As shown in fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a vehicle carrier frame 100, the vehicle carrier frame 100 being placed in a container for transporting a vehicle. The transportation frame 100 comprises a lower platform 10 for placing transportation vehicles, an upper platform 20, a front upright post 40 and a rear upright post 50, wherein the upper platform 20 is fixed above the lower platform 10 through the front upright post 40 and the rear upright post 50. As shown in fig. 1, the upper deck 20 includes two walkway constructions 2 extending from the front and rear direction, the walkway constructions 2 are spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction, a gap is formed between the two walkway constructions 2, and the gap is located at a middle position of the upper deck 20 in the lateral direction. Any one of the walkway structures 2 includes two fixed walkways 21 disposed near the front and rear uprights 40 and 50, respectively, and a movable walkway 22 detachably disposed between the two fixed walkways 21. The movable walkway 22 is located at the middle position of the walkway construction 2 in the fore and aft direction so that the four fixed walkways 21 are used right for supporting the wheels of the vehicle and the movable walkway 22 corresponds to the space between the wheels. Specifically, the fixed walkway 21 is a part of the walkway structure 2 for supporting and fixing the wheels, and is not limited to length, area, shape, etc. as long as it can support and fix the wheels.
Therefore, after the upper layer vehicle drives into the movable footpath 22, the front wheel and the rear wheel are just supported by the fixed footpath 21, and the movable footpath 22 is detached after the upper layer platform 20 is lifted upwards; at this time, when the vehicle in the lower layer drives into the lower layer platform 10, because the movable walkway 22 is detached, the accommodating space of the lower layer platform 10 is enlarged, and the redundant space is better utilized, so that the arrangement between the upper layer platform 20 and the lower layer platform 10 is more compact, and the space utilization rate is increased.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the front-rear direction is relative to the entering direction of the vehicle, but only represents that the extending direction of the walkway structure 2 coincides with the entering direction of the vehicle, and the "front" and "rear" are relative and do not represent a specific orientation
Specifically, the upper deck 20 has two side beams 23 disposed at both lateral sides, a fixed cross beam 24 perpendicularly connecting the side beams 23 and disposed between the fixed walkway 21 and the movable walkway 22, and the movable walkway 22 is detachably disposed on the fixed cross beam 24 or the side beams 23. After the upper deck 20 is raised upward, the side members 23 extend obliquely from the front-rear direction in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the side members 23 are provided entirely below the walkway structure 2 to support the walkway structure 2 as a whole. The fixed cross member 24 is also fixedly connected to the fixed walkway 21 and the side sill 23. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the movable walkway 22 is detachably installed on the fixed cross member 24. Of course, if the travelator 22 is detachably arranged on the side beam 23, the travelator 22 can be arranged on the side beam 23 by means of a hinge connection, for example, or directly connected to each other by means of bushings. Of course, the travelator 22 can also be arranged on the side beam 23 by means of a pivotable structural connection. It should be noted that the movable walkway 22 is detachably installed on the side beam 23 and has various connection modes, and is not limited to the above connection structure, and other connection structures can achieve the purpose of the present invention as long as they can perform detachable connection, and will not be described in detail below.
Further, the movable walkway 22 includes a main body 220, the main body 220 is disposed between the fixed beams 24 along the fore-and-aft direction, and a fixing structure for fixing the main body 220 and the fixed beams 24 and/or the side beams 23 is further disposed between the main body 220 and the side beams 23, so that the main body 220 can be fixed on the fixed beams 24 and/or the side beams 23. The fixing structure includes at least a pivoting structure connected to the main body portion 220, and the pivoting structure is provided at an outer side portion of the main body portion 220 in a lateral direction of the vehicle frame 100 so that the main body portion 220 is rotated downward. The pivot structure is arranged on the inner side of the carriage frame 100 in the transverse direction, so that the pivot structure is always connected with the fixed cross beam 24 and/or the side beam 23 after the main body part 220 is drawn out along the fixed cross beam 24; as shown in fig. 1, after the main body part 220 is completely drawn out, the main body part 220 may be turned down along the pivot structure so as to be hung outside the side member 23 as a whole.
Of course, if the fixed structure is another structure, the object of the present invention can be obtained as long as the movable walkway 22 can be installed on the fixed walkway 21 or detached from the fixed walkway 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the fixed cross member 24 is provided with a rail 241 extending in the lateral direction of the vehicle frame 100, and the pivoting structure is engaged with the rail 241 so that the movable walkway 22 can be drawn out along the rail 241. Of course, if the fixed cross member 24 is provided with other structures matched with the pivot structure, the object of the present invention can be achieved as long as the movable walkway 22 can be drawn out.
Specifically, in order to limit the moving position of the movable walkway 22, as shown in fig. 5, the fixed cross beam 24 is further provided with a first limiting member 31, as shown in fig. 6, the first limiting member 31 includes a limiting portion 311 extending in the front-rear direction and protruding out of the fixed cross beam 24. The first limiting member 31 is disposed at a middle section of the fixed beam 24 to limit the moving walkway 22 from continuously moving to a middle portion.
The first position-limiting portion 311 further includes an extending portion 312 extending outward from the position-limiting portion 311 in the transverse direction, and the inner side of the main body portion 220 of the movable walkway 22 in the transverse direction of the trolley frame 100 is provided with a fitting hole 224 for fitting and fixing with the extending portion 312. Then, after the movable walkway 22 moves to near the middle, the engaging hole 224 of the main body part 220 of the movable walkway 22 is abutted with the extending part 312 of the first stopper 311 to further limit and fix the movable walkway 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the main body part 220 includes a walkway body 221, and first and second fixed side sills 222 and 223 provided at both sides of the walkway body 221, the first and second fixed side sills 222 and 223 extending in the fore-and-aft direction, and the first and second fixed side sills 222 and 223 are flush with both sides of the fixed walkway 21 when the movable walkway 22 is installed in place. The first fixed side member 222 is disposed relatively inward, and the second fixed side member 223 is disposed relatively outward. The first fixed side member 222 includes two first end surfaces and a side surface formed between the first end surfaces, wherein the side surface facing away from the walkway body 221 is provided with the fitting hole 224.
The rails 241 protrude outward in the lateral direction beyond the side members 23 to prevent the travelator 22 from interfering with the side members 23 during a turn. Specifically, the movable walkway 22 further includes engaging portions disposed at both lateral sides of the main body portion 220, and the engaging portions are configured to engage with the rails 241. Thus, when the side member 23 is pulled out of the movable walkway 22, the engaging portion is rotated in the rail 241 so that the movable walkway 22 is suspended from the rail 241.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the engaging portion is a roller 25, as shown in fig. 7, the roller 25 is disposed on both front and rear sides of the main body portion 220, and the movable walkway 22 is slidably engaged with the rail 241 through the roller 25. The roller 25 is coupled to the body 220 to cooperate with the rail 241. And, the rollers 25 are formed to protrude in opposite directions from both first end surfaces of the first fixed side members 222. Of course, the form of the structure of the engaging portion is not limited to the roller 25, and the engaging portion may also adopt other structures, such as a sliding block, etc., to achieve the object of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the fixed beam 24 is further provided with a second limiting member 32 for limiting the outward movement of the movable walkway 22, and the second limiting member 32 is disposed at an end of the track 241 near the outer side to prevent the roller 25 from disengaging from the track 241. After the movable walkway 22 is maximally withdrawn outward, the second stopper 32 abuts against the roller 25 to prevent the roller 25 from moving outward.

In this embodiment, the second fixed side beam 223 includes second end surfaces formed at both ends, the second end surfaces having locking holes 331 formed thereon, and after the movable walkway 22 moves to be close to the stopper 311, the locking portions 33 are inserted into the locking holes 331 to prevent the movable walkway 22 from moving again, so that the weight of the vehicle can be supported when the movable walkway is installed between the fixed walkways 21.
Therefore, the movable walkway 22 is restricted from moving in a suitable area by the engagement of the first limiting member 31 and the engagement hole 224 and the blocking of the second limiting member 32, the position of the movable walkway 22 is further restricted by the engagement of the locking portion 33 and the locking hole 331, and the strength of the movable walkway 22 is greatly enhanced to better support the vehicle when the vehicle is driven.
In summary, the detachable movable walkway 22 is installed in the upper deck 20 of the carriage frame 100 according to the present invention, so that after the upper deck 20 is lifted upwards, the vehicles driven into the lower deck 10 can have more space, and the interference with the upper deck 20 is prevented, thereby improving the space utilization.
