Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a skin-care antibacterial cotton-linen fabric, which comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials: the antibacterial fabric is prepared from cotton-flax fibers, aloe fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, soybean protein fibers, silver fibers, acrylic fibers and an antibacterial agent through spinning by a spinning machine to prepare lining, an interlayer and fabric, adding the antibacterial agent for reaction, cleaning with clear water, ironing, drying and sewing. According to the invention, natural plant fibers such as aloe fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers and soybean protein fibers are adopted, and the natural antibacterial property, moisture absorption and air permeability of the natural plant fibers are adopted, so that the fabric is more environment-friendly, and the air permeability and comfortableness of the whole fabric are ensured; the silver fiber is added in the preparation of the fabric, so that the lasting antibacterial property of the fabric is ensured; by adopting the method of combining the inorganic antibacterial agent and the organic antibacterial agent, the antibacterial property and the comfort property of the fabric are improved, the breeding of bacteria is effectively reduced, and the skin is protected.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a skin-care antibacterial cotton-linen fabric.
Background
The cotton-linen fabric is good in hygroscopicity and comfortable to wear, has extremely high acceptance in modern textile and clothing application, but is very easy to breed bacteria in a damp and warm environment, sugar in cotton fiber can even be used as a nutrient substance of microorganisms under a proper condition, not only can cause the color change and the mechanical property damage of the fabric, but also can threaten the health of a human body, the cotton linen is a cotton fabric containing hemp components, also called cotton-linen interwoven fabric, the cotton-linen woolen cloth is ramie cotton, flax cotton and the like, the jute cloth is coarse, hard in hand feeling and much in hairiness, is not suitable for clothing materials, and the cotton-jute interwoven fabric is successfully developed by adopting a fabric after-finishing means, has the special coarse style of jute, but the hand feeling reaches the level of similar linen, and is lower in price than that of flax; the skin is the biggest organ of human body and the most main safety barrier of human body, therefore, it is necessary to maintain the health of skin, because for the microorganism in the nature, the human skin is a good nutrition supplier, some resident bacteria on the skin of people play the role of protecting the skin from the harm of pathogenic bacteria, once the flora in the microorganism is disordered, a small amount of pathogenic bacteria in the microorganism will breed in large quantity and cause the harm to human body through skin, respiratory tract, digestive tract and genital tract mucosa, the antibacterial textile is used as a product which can block and cut off the infection source of diseases, the antibacterial textile plays a vital role in the disease prevention and treatment of people along with the social progress and the increasing living standard of human, the requirement of people on the fabric is higher and higher, from the initial beauty to comfort, to the present multifunction, the skin and the external environment are contacted on the two sides of the fabric finished product, therefore, the skin protection is the most important two functions, namely the antibacterial function and the skin care function, the damage of the outside to the skin can be blocked, and the skin care and sterilization function can be realized from the antibacterial function, so that the preparation method of the skin care antibacterial cotton-flax fabric is designed to meet the requirements of people at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a skin-care antibacterial cotton-linen fabric, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a skin-care antibacterial cotton-linen fabric comprises the following steps:
s1: the following raw materials were prepared: cotton-flax fibers, aloe fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, soybean protein fibers, silver fibers, acrylic fibers and an antibacterial agent;
s2: respectively spinning cotton-flax fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers into filaments by a spinning machine to form warps and wefts, then spinning the filaments into lining materials, spinning aloe fibers and soybean protein fibers into mixed filaments to form the warps, spinning the filaments spun by the cotton-flax fibers to form the wefts, spinning the interlayer, spinning the silver fibers and the acrylic fibers into mixed antibacterial filaments to form the wefts, spinning the filaments spun by the cotton-flax fibers to form the warps, and spinning the warps into the fabric;
s3: dissolving an antibacterial agent in clear water to prepare an antibacterial solution with the concentration of 2% -5%, adjusting the pH to 6-8 and the temperature to room temperature, and dividing the solution into three reaction kettles for storage;
s4: placing the lining into a first reaction kettle, adjusting the temperature to be 40-50 ℃, contacting the lining with the antibacterial agent in a turbine stirring manner, placing the interlayer into the first reaction kettle, adjusting the temperature to be 35-55 ℃, placing the fabric into the first reaction kettle, adjusting the temperature to be 60-80 ℃, and contacting the fabric with the antibacterial agent in a turbine stirring manner for 2-3 hours;
s5: respectively fishing out the lining, the interlayer and the fabric, cleaning with clear water, ironing, and drying the semi-finished product;
s6: and (4) reacting the semi-finished product with the antibacterial agent added in the S4 again, cleaning with clear water, drying and sewing to obtain the finished product.
Preferably, the ratio of the cotton-flax fibers to the bamboo charcoal fibers in the S2 lining material is 9: 1.5, the proportion of the cotton-flax fiber, the aloe fiber and the soybean protein fiber in the interlayer is as follows: 8:2:1, wherein the ratio of the cotton fiber, the silver fiber and the acrylic fiber in the fabric is as follows: 15:1:3.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent in S1 consists of the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials of the following components: 40-60 parts of long-acting biochar antibacterial material, 10-15 parts of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 10-15 parts of trifluoromethylaniline acyl thiourea derivative;
step two: putting the long-acting biochar antibacterial material into a 5% ethanol solution at the temperature of 40-50 ℃, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;
step three: adding an alkaline catalyst, adjusting the temperature to 25-30 ℃, adding ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and trifluoromethylaniline acyl thiourea derivatives, and stirring;
step four: finally adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring, standing for 10-15 minutes, and taking supernatant to obtain the antibacterial agent solution.
Preferably, the density of the lining material in the S2 is 40 × 400/100 × 55/10 cm.
Preferably, the density of the interlayer in S2 is 45 × 45/108 × 58/10 cm.
Preferably, the density of the fabric in the S2 is 50 × 50/118 × 68/10 cm.
Preferably, the long-acting biochar antibacterial material in the antibacterial agent production step one is prepared by preparing amphiphilic biochar residue particles with a multifunctional group by using cell walls of yeast cells through a hydrothermal synthesis method, and grafting quaternized polyethyleneimine on the biochar residue particles.
