As shown in fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the preparation device further includes a plurality of anti-foaming applicators 11, and the anti-foaming applicators 11 are located above the limit conveyer belt 6; the anti-foaming applicator 11 comprises a third support plate 111 and a fourth support plate 114 which are arranged on the preparation platform; one side of the support plate III 111 is provided with a fixed end of a motor II 112, the rotating end of the motor II 112 is fixedly connected with one side of a uniform speed rotary drum 113, and the other side of the uniform speed rotary drum 113 is rotationally connected with a support plate IV 114 through a bearing II; the uniform speed drum 113 includes a roller 113b, and an annular chute 113a is provided on a side wall of the roller 113 b.
One end of a sliding block 119 is connected in a sliding manner in the annular sliding groove 113a, a colloid emulsion sprayer 115 is installed at the lower end of the sliding block 119, the sliding block 119 is sleeved on a first fixing rod 116 in a sliding manner, and the first fixing rod 116 is fixedly installed between a third support plate 111 and a fourth support plate 114.
The colloidal latex sprayer 115 comprises a colloidal latex tank 115a arranged on a support plate IV 114, the colloidal latex tank 115a is connected with a spray head 115d in a penetrating way through a corrugated hose 115b, and the spray head 115d is connected with a sliding block 119 through a spring III 115 c; the pump is connected to the end of the bellows 115b located within the latex tank 115 a.
The more critical step in the artificial turf preparation process is whether the addition of the air-bubble preventing agent is uniform and comprehensive. The anti-bubble agent in the prior art is added by spraying, but cannot be fully covered. According to the technical scheme, the second motor 112 is started to enable the uniform speed rotary drum 113 to rotate, the sliding block 119 slides in the annular sliding groove 113a due to the annular sliding groove 113a, the sliding block 119 moves back and forth left and right under the action of the first fixing rod 116, the limit conveyor belt 6 is fully sprayed, and an anti-foaming agent is added to the glue emulsion smearing position of the artificial turf 5 to prevent dead angle conditions.
As shown in fig. 8, as an embodiment of the present invention, the preparation apparatus further includes a nozzle-matched permanent magnet 118, where the nozzle-matched permanent magnet 118 includes a first permanent magnet 118a and a plurality of second permanent magnets 118b, a second fixing rod 117 is fixedly connected between the third support plate 111 and the fourth support plate 114, the second permanent magnet 118b is fixedly connected with the second fixing rod 117, and the first permanent magnet 118a is fixedly connected with the nozzle 115 d.
Through the technical scheme, in the process that the spray head 115d moves along with the sliding block 119, the first permanent magnet 118a is attracted or repelled by the second permanent magnets 118b distributed on the second fixed rod 117, so that the spray head 115d shakes under the third spring 115c, the spray head 115d sprays at multiple angles, and the anti-foaming agent is added more comprehensively without dead angles; the bellows 115b can accommodate movement of the spray head 115 d.
As an embodiment of the invention, the preparation device further comprises a levelling blade 10 for levelling the surface of the artificial turf 5.
By means of the above-described solution, the levelling blade 10 is used to ensure a smooth surface of the artificial turf 5 and a uniform process-required thickness.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a method of preparing artificial turf, the method comprising the steps of:
s1: adjusting the screw 829 according to the height of the artificial turf backing 1 and the artificial turf fibers 3 of the actual size, controlling the height of the compressing roller 821 to give compression tension to the formed artificial turf 5;
s2: starting the first motor 816 and the paint main roller 811; starting a second motor 112 and a roller 113b; a pump machine;
s3: starting the limit conveyor belt 6 and the fiber feeding conveyor 2;
s4: the artificial turf backing 1 enters the fibre inserter 4 under the influence of the limit conveyor 6, forming artificial turf 5 with the artificial turf fibres 3 fed in by the fibre feed conveyor 2;
s5: the artificial turf 5 is stretched under the action of the turf compression mechanism 820 to ensure a stretched state, and the coating gum emulsion is uniformly coated under the action of the coating special roll shaft 810; then the paint enters an anti-foaming applicator 11 to be sprayed and added with an acidic anti-foaming agent, and the paint is fully coated, so that the full coverage of the coating area is ensured; under the action of the leveling blade 10, the uniform thickness of the artificial turf 5 is ensured, and finally the artificial turf enters a curing heater 9 to form a finished product.

While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it will be understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not to be construed as limiting the invention, and that variations, modifications, alternatives and variations may be made to the above embodiments by one of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
1. An artificial turf preparation device, including installing artificial turf backing (1) on the preparation platform, fibre pay-off conveyer (2), artificial turf fibre (3), fibre inserter (4), solidification heater (9), transfer wheel (7) and supporting spacing conveyer belt (6) thereof, artificial turf fibre (3) and artificial turf backing (1) combine each other to form artificial turf (5), spacing conveyer belt (6) are used for the tip of artificial turf (5) to transport artificial turf (5), its characterized in that: the fiber inserter (4) is a tufter or a fiber shuttle loom; wherein the preparation device further comprises a coating mechanism (8), the coating mechanism (8) enabling the artificial turf (5) to be uniformly coated with the colloidal latex;
the coating mechanism (8) comprises a coating special roller shaft (810) and a colloid emulsion tank (830), the colloid emulsion tank (830) is positioned below the coating special roller shaft (810), and the coating special roller shaft (810) is positioned below the limit conveyor belt (6); the special roller shaft (810) for the coating comprises a first support plate (815) and a second support plate (817) which are fixedly arranged on the preparation platform, one side of the first support plate (815) is provided with a first motor (816), the rotating end of the first motor (816) is fixedly connected with the center of one side of a main roller (811) for the coating, and the center of the other side of the main roller (811) for the coating is rotationally connected with the second support plate (817) through a first bearing;
the side wall of the paint main roller (811) is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting baffles (814), a paint roller surface (812) is connected between two adjacent connecting baffles (814) through a first spring (813), the paint roller surface (812) comprises a steel wire supporting net (812 a), the steel wire supporting net (812 a) is connected with the connecting baffles (814), and the steel wire supporting net (812 a) is embedded in a sponge layer (812 b); wherein, the lateral wall that steel wire support net (812 a) kept away from motor one (816) is fixed mounting has hemisphere extrusion piece (818), extrusion piece (818) include movable block (818 a) and fixed block (818 b), and movable block (818 a) and steel wire support net (812 a) fixed connection, fixed block (818 b) and extension board two (817) fixed connection.

The artificial turf preparation device according to claim 1, wherein: the coating mechanism (8) comprises a turf compression mechanism (820) and a colloid emulsion tank (830), and the turf compression mechanism (820) is positioned above the limit conveyor belt (6); the turf compression mechanism (820) comprises two compression rollers (821) and a connecting rod I (822) connected between the compression rollers, a connecting rod II (823) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the connecting rod I (822), one end of a plug rod (824) is fixedly connected to the connecting rod II (823), the other end of the plug rod (824) is slidably inserted into a sleeve (825) and is connected to the bottom of the sleeve (825) through a spring II (826), the side wall of the plug rod (824) is fixedly connected with one end of a sliding rod (827), and the other end of the sliding rod (827) is slidably penetrated through a strip-shaped through hole formed in the side wall of the sleeve (825); the outer side wall of the sleeve (825) is fixedly connected with a nut (828), a screw rod (829) is inserted into the nut (828) in a threaded manner, and one end of the screw rod (829) is in contact with the side wall of the sliding rod (827) in a abutting mode.

The artificial turf preparation device according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation device further comprises a plurality of anti-foaming applicators (11), and the anti-foaming applicators (11) are positioned above the limit conveyor belt (6); the anti-foaming applicator (11) comprises a third support plate (111) and a fourth support plate (114) which are arranged on the preparation platform; one side of the support plate III (111) is provided with a fixed end of a motor II (112), the rotating end of the motor II (112) is fixedly connected with one side of a constant speed rotary drum (113), and the other side of the constant speed rotary drum (113) is rotationally connected with a support plate IV (114) through a bearing II; the uniform speed rotary drum (113) comprises a roller (113 b), and an annular chute (113 a) is formed in the side wall of the roller (113 b);
one end of a sliding block (119) is connected in a sliding manner in the annular sliding groove (113 a), a colloid emulsion sprayer (115) is arranged at the lower end of the sliding block (119), the sliding block (119) is sleeved on a first fixing rod (116) in a sliding manner, and the first fixing rod (116) is fixedly arranged between a third supporting plate (111) and a fourth supporting plate (114);
the colloid latex sprayer (115) comprises a colloid latex tank (115 a) arranged on a support plate IV (114), the colloid latex tank (115 a) is connected with a spray head (115 d) in a penetrating way through a corrugated hose (115 b), and the spray head (115 d) is connected with a sliding block (119) through a spring III (115 c); one end of the corrugated hose (115 b) positioned in the colloid emulsion tank (115 a) is connected with a pump.

A synthetic turf preparation device according to claim 3, characterised in that: the preparation device further comprises a nozzle matched permanent magnet (118), the nozzle matched permanent magnet (118) comprises a first permanent magnet (118 a) and a plurality of second permanent magnets (118 b), a second fixing rod (117) is fixedly connected between the third support plate (111) and the fourth support plate (114), the second permanent magnet (118 b) is fixedly connected with the second fixing rod (117), and the first permanent magnet (118 a) is fixedly connected with the nozzle (115 d).
5. The artificial turf preparation device according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation device further comprises a levelling blade (10) for levelling the surface of the artificial turf (5).
6. A method of making an artificial turf making use of an artificial turf making means as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: adjusting the screw (829) according to the height of the artificial turf backing (1) and the artificial turf fibers (3) of the actual size, controlling the height of the compression roller (821) to give compression tension to the formed artificial turf (5);
s2: starting a first motor (816) and a main paint roller (811); starting a second motor (112) and a roller (113 b); a pump machine;
s3: starting a limit conveyor belt (6) and a fiber feeding conveyor (2);
s4: the artificial turf backing (1) enters the fibre inserter (4) under the action of the limit conveyor (6), forming artificial turf (5) with the artificial turf fibres (3) introduced by the fibre feed conveyor (2);
s5: the artificial turf (5) is stretched under the action of the turf compression mechanism (820) to ensure a stretched state, and is coated with colloidal latex uniformly under the action of the coating special roll shaft (810); then the paint enters an anti-foaming applicator (11) to be sprayed and added with an acidic anti-foaming agent, and the paint is fully coated, so that the full coverage of the coating area is ensured; under the action of the leveling scraper (10), the uniform thickness of the artificial turf (5) is ensured, and finally the artificial turf enters a curing heater (9) to form a finished product.
