One end of a sliding block 119 is connected in the annular sliding groove 113a in a sliding manner, the lower end of the sliding block 119 is provided with a colloid latex sprayer 115, the sliding block 119 is sleeved on a first fixing rod 116 in a sliding manner, and the first fixing rod 116 is fixedly arranged between the third support plate 111 and the fourth support plate 114.
The colloidal latex sprayer 115 comprises a gummed paper latex tank 115a arranged on the fourth support plate 114, the gummed paper latex tank 115a is connected with a spray head 115d in a penetrating way through a corrugated hose 115b, and the spray head 115d is connected with a sliding block 119 through a spring III 115 c; one end of the corrugated hose 115b positioned in the adhesive paper latex tank 115a is connected with a pump.
The more key step of the preparation process of the artificial turf is whether the air-proof agent is added uniformly and comprehensively. The anti-foaming agents in the prior art are added by spraying, but cannot be fully covered. Through the technical scheme, in the process that the spray head 115d moves along with the sliding block 119, the first permanent magnet 118a is attracted or repelled by the second permanent magnets 118b distributed on the second fixing rod 117, so that the spray head 115d shakes under the third spring 115c, the spray head 115d sprays in multiple angles, and anti-foaming agents are added more comprehensively without dead angles; bellows 115b can accommodate movement of spray head 115 d.
As an embodiment of the invention, the preparation device further comprises a levelling blade 10 for levelling the surface of the artificial turf 5.
By means of the above-mentioned solution, the leveling blade 10 is used to ensure that the surface of the artificial turf 5 is leveled and the process requirements are uniform in thickness.
As an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing an artificial turf, the method comprising the steps of:
s1: adjusting the screw 829 according to the height of the artificial turf backing 1 and the actual size of the artificial turf fibers 3, controlling the height of the compression roller 821 to give the artificial turf 5a compressive tension;
s2: starting a first motor 816 and a paint main roller 811; starting a second motor 112 and a roller 113 b; a pump machine;
s3: starting the limiting conveyor belt 6 and the fiber feeding conveyor 2;
s4: the artificial turf backing 1 enters the fiber inserter 4 under the action of the limiting conveyor belt 6, and forms artificial turf 5 under the condition of the artificial turf fibers 3 introduced by the fiber feeding conveyor 2;
s5: the artificial turf 5 is stretched under the action of the turf compression mechanism 820 to ensure the tension state, and is smeared with colloidal latex under the action of the special coating roller 810 to be smeared uniformly; then the mixture enters an anti-foaming applicator 11 to be sprayed and added with an acidic anti-foaming agent, and the full coverage of the coating area is ensured after the full coating is finished; under the action of the leveling blade 10, a uniform thickness of the artificial turf 5 is ensured, and finally the artificial turf enters the curing heater 9 to form a finished product.
