Abstract

本发明属于中药制备领域,特别是指一种扁平疣凝膏及其制备方法。步骤如下:称取一定质量的槟榔粉碎后经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过滤得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,向其中加入糊精和抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物;称取木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;将得到的槟榔提取物与粉状提取物按比例充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。本发明以槟榔提取物为主要成分,以木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁的提取物为辅,在添加剂糊精和抗性淀粉的作用下,在严谨的比例控制下,经喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物与干燥得粉状提取物混合后静置3‑5分钟即得凝膏状的药剂,方便使用,疗效显著。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制备领域,特别是指一种扁平疣凝膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
扁平疣(Verruca plana)是由人类乳头病毒(HPV)引起的人体表皮赘生物,各年龄段均可发生。经医学研究发现人类乳头病毒感染后有一部分会导致皮肤癌和官颈癌等,因而日益引起人们的重视。人类乳头病毒是一种DNA病毒,人是它的唯一宿主,宿主细胞是皮肤和粘膜上皮细胞,病毒存在于棘层细胞中,并可促使细胞增生形成疣状损害。疣可通过直接接触传染,亦可通过污染物间接传染。疣的潜伏期为1至3个月,中医称扁平疣为″扁瘊″,″千日疮″,认为多由肌肤腠理不密,风热邪毒侵入体内或体内肝虚血燥,筋气不荣,热毒外发郁积皮肤而发病的。
目前常用治疗扁平疣方法有激光、冷冻、电灼等。这些方法均属创伤性治疗方法,会造成皮肤破损而引起感染,治疗后不能洗脸、洗澡。激光、冷冻、电灼等方法对面部皮肤,特别对眼周敏感部位会产生使人难以承受的疼痛,往往需要麻醉局部皮肤,带来更多副作用。激光、冷冻、电灼治疗由于不容易掌握治疗深度。治得太浅,不能达到扁平疣根部,又会重新生长出扁平疣。治疗深度超过真皮乳头层又会损伤血管、神经、毛囊、汗腺及皮下组织,则会产生永久性疤痕。以上方法均不能产生抗体,故复发率高。
发明内容
本发明提出一种扁平疣凝膏及其制备方法,解决了扁平疣治疗难易复发的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取一定质量的槟榔粉碎后经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过滤得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,向其中加入糊精和抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物;
(2)称取木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按比例充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
所述步骤(1)中醇提的温度为86-88℃,醇提时间为3h。
所述步骤(1)中膏状物、糊精和抗性淀粉的质量比为18:(1-2):(1-2)。
所述步骤(1)中喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度150-155℃,出风温度80-85℃,入料流量为1.5-1.8kg/min。
所述步骤(2)中木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁的质量比为1:(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(0.5-1)。
所述步骤(2)中水提的温度为95-100℃,水提时间为2-3h,滤液干燥的温度为80-90℃,干燥时间为6-8h。
所述步骤(3)中槟榔提取物与粉状提取物的质量比为1:(4-6)。
所制备的扁平疣凝膏。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1. 本发明以槟榔提取物为主要成分,以木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁的提取物为辅,在添加剂糊精和抗性淀粉的作用下,在严谨的比例控制下,经喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物与干燥得粉状提取物混合后静置3-5分钟即得凝膏状的药剂,方便使用,疗效显著。
2. 槟榔提取物中的槟榔刺碱的含量在0.511-0.889%,黄酮含量0.08-0.126%,现有研究表明:槟榔次碱对神经系统及内分泌系统作用,可以降低小鼠的自主活动和探究行为,有暂时麻痹性作用。且槟榔次碱能够增强GAGB和B-丙氨酸的抑制活性,而去甲基槟榔次碱能够增加GAGB的抑制性而对甘氨酸的活性无影响。本申请发明人利用槟榔中的槟榔次碱与香附中的以倍半萜类化合物联合起作用,通过一个月的外部涂抹即可治疗扁平疣。

实施例1
本实施例的一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取1000g的槟榔粉碎后,在86℃下经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过500目筛得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,称取180g膏状物,向其中加入10g糊精和20g抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物,喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度150℃,出风温度80℃,入料流量为1.5kg/min;
(2)称取500g木贼、250g香附、250g山豆根、250g板蓝根、250g红花、250g薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按质量比1:4充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
实施例2
本实施例的一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取1000g的槟榔粉碎后,在88℃下经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过500目筛得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,称取180g膏状物,向其中加入20g糊精和10g抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物,喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度155℃,出风温度85℃,入料流量为1.8kg/min;
(2)称取500g木贼、500g香附、500g山豆根、500g板蓝根、500g红花、500g薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按质量比1:6充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
实施例3
本实施例的一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取1000g的槟榔粉碎后,在87℃下经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过500目筛得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,称取180g膏状物,向其中加入20g糊精和10g抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物,喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度153℃,出风温度83℃,入料流量为1.7kg/min;
(2)称取500g木贼、400g香附、300g山豆根、350g板蓝根、300g红花、450g薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按质量比1:5充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
实施例4
本实施例的一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取1000g的槟榔粉碎后,在88℃下经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过500目筛得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,称取180g膏状物,向其中加入18g糊精和15g抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物,喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度154℃,出风温度84℃,入料流量为1.7kg/min;
(2)称取500g木贼、450g香附、350g山豆根、300g板蓝根、280g红花、450g薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按质量比1:4.5充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
实施例5
本实施例的一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)称取1000g的槟榔粉碎后,在86℃下经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过500目筛得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,称取180g膏状物,向其中加入10g糊精和20g抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物,喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度151℃,出风温度81℃,入料流量为1.6kg/min;
(2)称取500g木贼、450g香附、450g山豆根、450g板蓝根、500g红花、450g薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按质量比1:5充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
实施效果例
本发明制备的扁平疣凝膏中,槟榔提取物中的槟榔刺碱的含量在0.511-0.889%,黄酮含量0.08-0.126%,现有研究表明:槟榔次碱对神经系统及内分泌系统作用,可以降低小鼠的自主活动和探究行为,有暂时麻痹性作用。且槟榔次碱能够增强GAGB和B-丙氨酸的抑制活性,而去甲基槟榔次碱能够增加GAGB的抑制性而对甘氨酸的活性无影响。本申请发明人利用槟榔中的槟榔次碱与香附中的以倍半萜类化合物联合起作用,通过一个月的外部涂抹即可治疗扁平疣。

1.一种扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)称取一定质量的槟榔粉碎后经70%的乙醇醇提、静置后,过滤得滤液,滤液经真空浓缩至得膏状物,向其中加入糊精和抗性淀粉混匀后,再喷雾干燥得槟榔提取物;
(2)称取木贼、香附、山豆根、板蓝根、红花、薏仁经水提后,过滤取滤液经干燥得粉状提取物;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的槟榔提取物与步骤(2)的粉状提取物按比例充分混合后,得扁平疣凝膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中醇提的温度为86-88℃,醇提时间为3h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中膏状物、糊精和抗性淀粉的质量比为18:(1-2):(1-2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扁平疣凝膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中喷雾干燥的参数为:进风温度150-155℃,出风温度80-85℃,入料流量为1.5-1.8kg/min。
