Abstract
The invention provides a medicine containing lindera glauca volatile oil and a drug delivery method thereof, wherein the medicine comprises the following components (by mass percent) 1-10% of lindera glauca volatile oil and 90-99% of glycerol. The invention utilizes the electronic atomizer as a dosing instrument, accurately sets reasonable heating temperature (300-1000 ℃), and vaporizes the volatile oil medicament when the heating temperature exceeds the boiling point of compounds in the volatile oil through the heating action of the atomizer, so that a patient sucks medicament gas into an oral cavity and enters a respiratory tract in a smoking way, thereby exerting the curative effect of the medicament. The medicine of the present invention has the functions of relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma, and can be used for treating chronic bronchitis.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine, in particular to a medicine containing lindera glauca volatile oil and an administration method thereof.
Background
Chronic bronchitis is a chronic nonspecific inflammation of the trachea, bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues, mainly due to the formation of bronchial chronic nonspecific inflammation by repeated infection with viruses and bacteria. The clinical symptoms mainly include cough, expectoration or asthma lasting for more than 3 months every year after 2 or more years, which are common diseases of respiratory system and are serious health hazards. With the gradual deterioration of environmental pollution and the increasing of smoking population in recent years, the incidence rate of chronic bronchitis worldwide tends to rise year by year, and if the chronic bronchitis is not treated in time, the chronic bronchitis may develop into chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and even pulmonary heart diseases, which seriously affect the life quality of patients.
Clinically, recurrent attacks are a major feature of chronic bronchitis, and the treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment, i.e., cough relieving, phlegm reducing, asthma relieving, and the like. The atomization treatment is also a treatment means which is commonly used in clinic, but a glucocorticoid medicament is often used, the medicament has large side effect, the atomization treatment can be carried out only by a professional medical institution, and patients with less serious symptoms can be aggravated because of unwilling to go to a hospital. Once the chronic bronchitis is ill, the chronic bronchitis is difficult to completely cure, and no radical cure is available for the modern medical treatment of the chronic bronchitis, so that the development of a new medicine and a new administration route are very important.
Plant essential oils, also known as essential oils, are a general term for essential oils that are present in different tissues of plants, can be distilled with water vapor and have a certain specific and strong odor. Many plant essential oils have the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, relieving fever and pain, calming the nerves, resisting tumors and the like, and are safe and less in toxic and side effects. There are historical data showing that essential oils of plants are useful for treating diseases in folk from Ming dynasty.
According to records in Chinese herbal medicine dictionary, the spicebush has the effects of expelling wind and removing cold, regulating qi and killing parasites, detoxifying and relieving pain, relieving asthma, resisting allergy, arrhythmia, fungi and viruses and degrading aflatoxin, and is a common folk medicine. The lindera glauca volatile oil has broad-spectrum inhibition on bacterial growth, and has good inhibition effect on various bacteria such as escherichia coli, proteus, typhoid bacillus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas aeruginosa, salmonella, diplococcus pneumoniae, staphylococcus albus and the like; the lindera glauca volatile oil can also inhibit inflammation, has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects, and is clinically used for treating chronic inflammation; the main component citral in the lindera glauca volatile oil can relieve cough and eliminate phlegm, can obviously relax tracheal and intestinal smooth muscles, has obvious asthma relieving effect, and is a main research object for developing a medicine for relieving bronchitis. The citral also has strong lemon fragrance and antioxidant activity, so the volatile oil of fructus Piperis can be used as flavoring agent and antiseptic.
The electronic atomizer makes the battery work through the air current response or switch button, and the intercommunication atomizer heats evaporation liquid to produce atomization effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medicine containing lindera glauca volatile oil and capable of relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma, and the medicine can be used for treating chronic bronchitis. Meanwhile, a new administration method is provided, an electronic atomizer is used as an administration instrument, reasonable heating temperature is accurately set, volatile oil medicine is vaporized through the heating effect of the atomizer, and the medicine gas is sucked into the oral cavity and enters the respiratory tract by a patient in a smoking mode, so that the curative effect of the medicine is exerted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a medicine containing lindera glauca volatile oil and an administration method thereof are disclosed, wherein the medicine comprises the following components (by mass percentage) 1-10% of lindera glauca volatile oil and 90-99% of glycerol.
In the invention, the lindera glauca volatile oil is prepared by extracting lindera glauca fruits by a steam distillation method, and the glycerol is medicinal grade.
In the invention, the method comprises the following steps:
① extraction of volatile oil of fructus Piperis is carried out by placing 100g of grinded fructus Piperis into 1000 mL round-bottom flask, adding 500mL deionized water, soaking for 1-2 h, installing steam distillation device, collecting extracted volatile oil after about 5h, adding appropriate amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate into the obtained volatile oil, dehydrating to obtain light yellow transparent liquid with strong fragrance, namely volatile oil of fructus Piperis, and storing in refrigerator for later use.
② the preparation method comprises weighing raw materials according to a certain weight ratio, adding the volatile oil into glycerol solution, stirring, and mixing.
The administration mode of the medicine of the invention is as follows: the electronic atomizer is used as a medicine feeding instrument, reasonable heating temperature is accurately set, volatile oil medicine is vaporized through the heating effect of the atomizer, and medicine gas is sucked into an oral cavity and enters a respiratory tract by a patient in a smoking mode, so that the curative effect of the medicine is exerted.
The advantages of the invention are as follows:
① the volatile oil of fructus Piperis is natural extract, safe and has no adverse side effects.
② the volatile oil of fructus Piperis is effective in relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, and relieving asthma, and can be used for symptomatic treatment of chronic bronchitis.
③ the volatile oil of fructus Piperis is effective in inhibiting pathogenic bacteria, resisting inflammation and allergy, reducing antibiotic and glucocorticoid consumption, and reducing side effects.
④ the volatile oil of fructus Piperis has strong lemon fragrance and antioxidant activity, and has good patient acceptance and easy storage.
⑤ the invention provides a new drug delivery method based on the medical atomization treatment principle, and the drug delivery instrument has the advantages of small dosage, large absorption surface area, and rapid effect.
