Description

Anti-mosquito wet tissue and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wet tissue manufacturing, and particularly relates to an anti-mosquito wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many mosquito-proof products on the market can not achieve 100% mosquito prevention actually, or the mosquito-proof time is only dozens of minutes. The traditional mosquito-proof product has toxic or pungent smell more or less, and cannot be used for infants. Especially, some spray products can not be directly sprayed on the face for use.
And to wet wipe products, mosquito-proof wet wipes in the current industry can be roughly divided into two types:
the first type is wet tissue taking deet as main mosquito-proof effect, and the dosage of the wet tissue is between 5 and 15 percent. Has certain mosquito-proof effect and long time effect. However, the deet has certain toxic and side effects, possibly causes symptoms such as erythema, urticaria and the like to a user, and has certain permeability and irritation to the skin. Therefore, for the daily necessities of the wet tissue which is in direct contact with the skin of a human body, if the deet is used, the using amount of the deet is not too much, and if the using amount is small, the mosquito-preventing effect is inevitably poor unless the safety is not considered, only the mosquito-preventing effect is needed.
The second type of anti-mosquito wet tissue mainly adopts natural plant essential oil with anti-mosquito effect, is called as pure natural and has no additive. But is not known to be purely natural. And the mosquito-proof aging of the pure natural plant mosquito-proof essential oil is very short, only dozens of minutes, and at most dozens of minutes. Is not suitable for long-time outdoor camping. For example, chinese patent CN10634461A discloses a multifunctional environment-friendly wet tissue for infants and a preparation method thereof, the wet tissue comprises high-grade moisture-proof facial tissue and wet tissue liquid, wherein the wet tissue liquid is composed of the following raw materials: deionized water, a preservative, chamomile essential oil, perilla extract, polyhexamethylene guanidine, folium artemisiae argyi extract, absolute ethyl alcohol, xylitol, lavender extract, geranium extract, menthol, eucalyptus oil, olive extract, vitamin E, aloe extract and glycerol. In the patent document, although the wet tissue is mentioned to have the mosquito prevention effect, plant essential oil is adopted, the mosquito prevention effect is inevitably shorter, and the mosquito prevention effect is not good.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the functional liquid for the mosquito-proof wet tissue is prepared by using the copaiba oil and the anophelifuge ester in a matching way, and mixing the functional liquid with other antiallergic (plant extracts) moisturizing and antiseptic liquid medicines according to a certain concentration ratio, so that a good mosquito-repellent effect can be obtained, particularly, the synergistic effect of the copaiba oil and the anophelifuge ester is realized, the mosquito-repellent effect is greatly improved, and experiments prove that the mosquito-proof wet tissue can effectively prevent mosquito bites through a third party Aedes albopictus functional test, the effective time is more than 4 hours, and the outdoor camping time of personnel can be met. In addition, the anti-mosquito wet tissue also passes through oral toxicology tests and skin irritation tests of a third party, and experiments prove that the formula of the functional liquid for the anti-mosquito wet tissue is safe, non-toxic and non-irritant, even can reach the oral level, can be used for infants and adults, and can be used for wiping various parts on the surface of the body.
The mosquito-proof wet tissue is convenient to carry and use, and can be uniformly wiped on the naked parts (legs, ankles, arms, faces and necks) of the body when people go out to play and work in summer, so that the mosquito-proof wet tissue can effectively prevent mosquitoes from biting for more than 4 hours. And the mask is safe, nontoxic and non-irritant, and can be safely used for the face and neck of the infant which is most easily bitten by mosquitoes.
Detailed Description
Copaiba ester CAS No. 8001-61-4 is a pure natural plant essential oil extracted from a leguminous plant of rainforest of brazil, has a natural woody flavor, has various beneficial effects on the human body, and can also be used as a food additive, and has passed FDA agency food certification in the united states. In recent years, the Gouba ester has been researched and found by Kyogi university of Japan to have a certain mosquito repellent effect. The acute diametral toxicological data LD of copaiba ester is 3790mg/kg, (the acute diametral toxicological data LD of salt is 3000 mg/kg) is safer than that of salt.
The 3- (N-N-butyl-N-acetyl) -ethyl aminopropionate is commonly known as anophelifuge, imatinib and IR3535, and CAS No. 52304-36-6, and is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, non-toxic, non-irritating and environment-friendly repellent developed and developed by Germany Merck company. The acute diametral toxicological data LD of the anophelifuge is more than 5000mg/kg, and the acute diametral toxicological data LD of the salt is 3000mg/kg, which is safer than that of the salt.
The inventor discovers through research that copaiba ester and anophelifuge with certain concentration are added into the anti-mosquito functional liquid of the wet tissue and mixed with other anti-allergic, moisturizing and anti-corrosive liquid medicines according to a certain concentration ratio to prepare the functional liquid for the wet tissue, the good mosquito repelling effect can be obtained, the effective time can reach more than 4h, and through oral toxicology tests and skin irritation tests of a third party, experiments prove that the formula of the functional liquid for the anti-mosquito wet tissue is safe, non-toxic and non-irritant, and can be used for infants and adults.
The main mosquito prevention method of the mosquito prevention wet tissue has two aspects: on one hand, the special fragrance emitted by the plant essential oil copaiba ester is the taste which is disliked by mosquitoes, and the mosquitoes can be far away from the emission source of the fragrance (namely the skin surface); on the other hand, the anophelifuge in the anti-mosquito functional liquid can form a protective film on the skin, so that the mosquito can not smell the smell emitted by the body, feel that the mosquito is not a blood-sucking object and can not stay on the surface of the skin. The two effects are both effective, and the mosquito-proof effect is greatly improved.
The invention is further described below. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
