Description

Oil-in-water no-wash hair care emulsion containing hemp seed oil composite preparation
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an oil-in-water leave-in hair care emulsion containing a hemp seed oil composite preparation.
Background
Cannabis sativa (Cannabis sativa L., Hemp) is an annual plant of Moraceae, also known as Hemp, quebracho, etc., and is divided into three types for fiber, medicinal and seed. Has the planting in various places in China. Historical literature and ancient research data prove that China is the first region for planting and processing marijuana and has a history of more than 3000 years to date. Large hemp plays an important role in human history, and is an important raw material for manufacturing clothes, paper, food, ropes and the like. Cannabis is once prohibited from planting because it contains Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a characteristic psychoactive substance. In recent years, non-toxic Industrial Hemp (Industrial Hemp) has been cultivated successively in various countries, and in addition, the Industrial Hemp has come to be revived because of the importance of sustainable development of resources. Canada, australia, european union countries, russia and asian regions currently allow the growing of industrial hemp. Since cannabinols (Cannab inoids) is a unique class of chemical substances of the cannabis plant, Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is one of them, and THC is also a major source of psychotropic activity, a variety of cannabis with a THC content of less than 0.3% is internationally referred to as Industrial cannabis (Industrial Hemp), and a variety of cannabis with a THC content of more than 0.3% is referred to as pharmaceutical or psychotropic cannabis (M arijuana, Hashishi).
A cannabidiol CBD can be extracted from industrial cannabis sativa. In contrast to Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiolCBD not only has no obvious mental activity, but also can offset the mental (mental) activity brought by THC, and does not generate uneasy and dysphoric mood. The folium Cannabis extract such as crystalline CBD is powder, and is obtained from industrial Cannabis sativa and contains 99% purity CBD of cannabidiol. According to the literature, CBD has a remarkable medical benefit, relieves the problems of inflammation, pain, anxiety and the like, acts in the human body by attaching to a receptor, and the human body itself has an endocannabinoid system (ECS) which contributes to the regulation of sleep, the reaction of the immune system and pain and the like, and the endocannabinoid system of the human body itself can receive and convert signals from cannabinoids, thereby enabling CBD to act in the human body. In addition, research and application of industrial hemp is well established in countries where industrial hemp was developed earlier, such as the united states, and many cosmetics containing hemp leaf extract, hemp seed oil and CBD are present. The hemp leaf extract has good effects of relieving, caring skin, relieving muscle pain, removing scar, caring scalp, preventing alopecia, caring hair, etc. Even some large brand foreign cosmetic companies believe that CBD will become one of the most important trends in the future personal care product market. In fact, foreign research institutions such as arslald have long studied about the relationship between the human endocannabinoid system and CBD and developed CBD-like materials for the development of personal care products. CBD headers to yeast products' natural catalytic production to main the efficacy of the therapeutics and the optimal function of the endogenous catalytic system9.
The industrial hemp can be extracted from hemp seed oil, hemp leaf extract, etc. according to the parts, wherein the hemp (CANNABIS SATIVA) leaf extract, the hemp (CANNABIS SATIVA) seed oil, and the hemp (CANNABIS SATIVA) kernel fruit are listed in the 2015 cosmetic materials used in china.

Clinical market adjustment:
the clinical market for scalp pruritus, scalp inflammation and dandruff (see tables 5 and 6)
Test samples the best example of the present invention, comparative control example (no cannabis oil complex formulation active ingredient) was used.
Personnel: 24 volunteers who need to have hairs are selected from a database of efficacy testing population, usually have itching symptoms of different degrees of scalp and accompanied with red pimple (pimple), symptoms of oily hair and dandruff, and before the product is tried, sensory evaluation and hair image evaluation are carried out on the scalp of a patient to ensure that the volunteers meet the requirements of the test.
The 24 volunteers were divided into two groups of 12 persons, each group corresponding to the samples of the best example of the invention (table 2) and the comparative example of the invention (table 3), respectively, and were continuously used (samples were used according to daily frequency of use). During the trial, skin itching and dandruff were recorded separately and were assessed and scored as a composite with day 7, day 15 and day 30, respectively, see tables 5 and 6.
The volunteers are scored 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 before and after use, the higher the score is, the better the effect is,
1-2: invalid, evaluation of the condition of head itching was performed after each shampooing. The scalp itching and dandruff condition were the same as before use.
2-3: effectively, evaluation of the itching condition of the head is carried out after each shampoo. The scalp itching and dandruff condition is improved.
3-5: the shampoo has obvious effect, and the condition of head itching is evaluated after each shampoo. The itching condition of the scalp is obviously improved, the pimple (pimple) of the scalp is obviously reduced, and the dandruff is reduced along with the pimple.

Figure BDA0002332502940000142
The statistical results in tables 5 and 6 show that the percentage of significant effect after 30 days using the best example of the present invention was 58%, which is significantly higher than the number of significant persons (15%) in the blank control example (containing no active ingredient of the hemp seed oil complex formulation), and that the statistics show that most of the human scalp pimples (pimples) disappeared. The invention proves that the oil-in-water no-wash hair care cream containing the hemp seed oil composite preparation has obvious using effects on scalp pruritus, scalp inflammation and dandruff.
Instrumental testing
Scalp Barrier function improvement experiment (see FIG. 1)
Skin physiological index detector adopting DermaLab Cortex
Testing parts: forehead (head)
The test principle is as follows: the physiological indexes of the skin at the forehead part and the scalp are very close, and the physiological indexes of the scalp are simulated by using the physiological indexes of the skin at the forehead part before and after the product.
And (3) testing a product: best mode for carrying out the invention (Table 2) VS blank control example (Table 3)
By testing the ultrasonic images of the skin on the same forehead before and 30 days after using the product, the density echo images of different substances in the skin are observed, wherein yellow/white represents a high-density echo zone, and a dark zone (without ultrasonic density echo zone) represents structures such as fat, water and blood). The higher density of the same image area represents the better barrier function of the skin (scalp).
The ultrasonic image discovers that: table 2, which is the best mode for carrying out the present invention, images of the forehead fixing part before the best mode for carrying out the present invention is used (left side of fig. 1) and after the best mode for carrying out the present invention is used for 30 days (right side of fig. 1) are recorded, and it is observed that the skin density of the forehead part is obviously increased after the product of the present invention is used for 30 days, which shows that the barrier function of the skin (scalp) is enhanced after the product of the present invention is used. In the same way, no significant differences were observed after 30 days using the samples of the present blank control example-table 3 (without the "hemp seed oil complex formulation").
