Abstract

本发明公开了一种纯天然蚊香及其制备方法,所述蚊香由如下重量份配比的物质制成:麝香草2~5份、艾叶2~5份、柏叶1~4份、丁香1~5份、柠檬草2~6份、竹炭粉3~6份、榆树皮粉4~8份。其制备方法为:麝香草、丁香、柠檬草混合打粉后用环己烷或正己烷提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到混合精油;艾叶、柏叶、竹炭粉混合粉碎,制成混合药粉;榆树皮粉用热水制成过饱和溶液作为辅料;将混合精油加入混合药粉中搅匀加入槽型混合机,然后加入辅料制成适宜压盘的软材;软材注入制香机中模压成螺旋形蚊香盘圈,脱模、烘干,即得麝香草中药蚊香。本发明蚊香明显的特点是绿色取材,无工业除虫剂或毒性辅料的添加,且配方组成简单,驱蚊能力良好。

Description

一种麝香草中药蚊香及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于驱蚊用品技术领域,具体涉及一种麝香草中药蚊香及其制备方法。
背景技术
不论生活在农村还是城市,人们都不可避免被蚊虫侵扰。蚊虫叮咬的危害不容小觑,小则红肿起包瘙痒难忍,学习办公休息不堪其扰,大则感染恶疾生命堪忧。古代民间多以燃烧艾草驱蚊,但烟大味道刺激火星四溅的缺点,限制着燃烧艾草的使用;但人类与蚊虫的斗争一直未曾停止过。蚊香作一种驱蚊用品,其中的药物被点燃后所发出的烟可赶走蚊子或熏死蚊子。其优点是烟小燃烧稳定,但目前各类蚊香产品主要驱蚊成分为菊酯类,并添加化工类粘合剂,助燃剂等。而菊酯类常作为杀虫剂具有一定毒性,再混合上化工添加剂,将这些物质制成蚊香后使用对人们身体健康而言是巨大的隐患。所以传统蚊香已经不能满足新时代人们追求健康舒适的生活理念。
发明内容
为了弥补传统蚊香的不足,满足人们对健康有效的驱蚊产品的需求,本发明提供了一种绿色、健康、安全的麝香草中药蚊香,并为其提供了一种制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的麝香草中药蚊香由下述重量份配比的物质制成:
麝香草2~5份、艾叶2~5份、柏叶1~4份、丁香1~5份、柠檬草2~6份、竹炭粉3~6份、榆树皮粉4~8份。
上述的麝香草中药蚊香优选由下述重量份配比的物质制成:麝香草4~5份、艾叶4~5份、柏叶1~2份、丁香1~2份、柠檬草3~4份、竹炭粉5~6份、榆树皮粉6~8份。
本发明麝香草中药蚊香的制备方法由下述步骤组成:
1、将麝香草、丁香、柠檬草混合打粉,将麝香草、丁香、柠檬草混合打粉,所得混合粉加入其质量7~10倍的环己烷或正己烷中,在50~70℃下提取2~3次,每次2~3h,合并提取液,减压浓缩回收环己烷或正己烷,得到混合精油。
2、将艾叶、柏叶与竹炭粉混合粉碎,制成混合药粉。
3、将榆树皮粉用80~100℃热水制成过饱和榆树皮粉混悬液,作为辅料。
4、将混合精油加入混合药粉中,搅匀后加入槽型混合机,然后加入辅料制成适宜压盘的软材;将软材注入制香机中模压成螺旋形蚊香盘圈,脱模,在50~65℃条件下烘干,即得麝香草中药蚊香。
与传统蚊香相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明麝香草中药蚊香取材绿色,所用药材全部取自植物原材,麝香草具有驱蚊、抗菌,帮助睡眠的功效,麝香草、艾叶、丁香三者配伍具有驱蚊安神的功效;柠檬草具有驱蚊,预防感冒,美容的功效,不但能增强其驱蚊效果,而且使其气味清新令人舒适;辅料榆树皮粉和竹炭粉均为植物加工品,无工业除虫剂或毒性,能够保障药材挥发性物质不轻易损失。
2、本发明麝香草中药蚊香成本低廉,通过仿真实验的验证以及大量试验者的使用,发现其驱蚊效果明显,使用后舒适度高,为大多数使用者喜欢的产品,适宜大规模推广使用,有较高的经济价值。
3、本发明麝香草中药蚊香的配方主要取自驱蚊植物,其驱蚊物质主要为驱蚊植物的挥发性物质,将其挥发油提取出来适用其他新剂型,会有更大的适用范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
本实施例的麝香草中药蚊香由下述物质制成:麝香草500g、艾叶400g、柏叶100g、丁香200g、柠檬草300g、竹炭粉600g、榆树皮粉600g。具体制备方法如下:
1、将500g麝香草、200g丁香、300g柠檬草混合打粉,所得混合粉加入8倍量环己烷中,在60℃下提取两次,每次3h,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩回收环己烷,得到混合精油。
2、将400g艾叶和100g柏叶混合粉碎,制成混合药粉。
3、将600g榆树皮粉用80~100℃热水制成过过饱和榆树皮粉溶液作为辅料。
4、将混合精油加入混合药粉中,搅匀后加入槽型混合机,然后加入辅料制成适宜压盘的软材;将软材注入制香机中模压成螺旋形蚊香盘圈,脱模,在60℃条件下烘干,即得麝香草中药蚊香。
实施例2
本实施例的麝香草中药蚊香由下述物质制成:麝香草500g、艾叶400g、柏叶100g、丁香100g、柠檬草400g、竹炭粉600g、榆树皮粉700g。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例的麝香草中药蚊香由下述物质制成:麝香草400g、艾叶500g、柏叶200g、丁香100g、柠檬草300g、竹炭粉600g、榆树皮粉800g。其制备方法与实施例1相同。
为了对本发明麝香草中药蚊香的驱蚊效果进行评价,将试验分为“房间无蚊子”和“房间有蚊子”两种情况;在24个房间按试验方法进行实验,使用蚊香的时间尽量错开,保证实验的随机性。以统计学方法对“房间有无蚊子与是否使用本蚊香有关”的问题进行讨论,看是否有统计学差异,以此评价麝香草中药蚊香驱蚊效果。
试验材料:120根规格(长度、重量、性状、相对湿度)相同的实施例1制成的麝香草中药蚊香。
试验地点:24个试验地点安排在A、B两栋楼内,A栋楼12个房间为男生公寓,1至4楼每层楼随机3个房间为实验房间;B栋楼12个房间,1至4楼每层楼随机3个房间为实验房间。
试验要求:试验时长为连续10天。每个房间至少有3人以上作息生活。每个房间内不能使用除本蚊香外其他驱蚊防蚊产品。每个房间指定其中一人为志愿者每天负责填写调查问卷。志愿者对该房间内所有成员觉察到“房间内是否有蚊子“的情况进行调查,若至少一人觉察到房间内有蚊子,即认为该房间“有蚊子”;反之,所有成员觉察到该房间无蚊子,即认为该房间“无蚊子”。
试验方法:120根本发明蚊香平分成10批(每批12根)。将24个房间编号,在24个房间里随机选12个房间记为A组,则剩下的12个房间记为B组。试验时长连续10天,每天只给一组房间分发一批本发明蚊香。第一天A组房间均分一批本发明蚊香,第二天B组房间均分一批本发明蚊香,如此交替试验共10天。但不管该房间当天是否使用本发明蚊香,志愿者都必须每天如实按试验要求填写调查问卷。每个房间使用本发明蚊香的5天记为试验组,以自身作对照,每个房间未使用本发明蚊香的5天记为对照组。试验结果见表1。

经验证该2*2列联表满足χ2检验的要求:n>40,T>5。
以χ2检验对该统计数据进行检验,问题“使用和未使用本发明蚊香两种条件下,房间里蚊子出现的概率有无差异”等同于“这两个样本频率分布的总体分布是否相等”根据此思想建立以下假设:
H0使用和未使用本发明蚊香两种条件下,房间里蚊子出现的概率无差异;
H1使用和未使用本发明蚊香两种条件下,房间里蚊子出现的概率有差异;
本列表自由度等于1,查χ2临界值表,χ2 0.005,1=7.88。
将上述列表数据带入2*2列联表χ2检验的专用公式,经计算得本例χ2=78.21,则P<0.005。在α=0.005水平上拒绝H0,两样本频率差异具有统计学意义。
因此,可认为本发明麝香草中药蚊香具有明显的驱蚊效果。此外,5%以上的志愿者表示本发明蚊香燃烧的气味令人舒适放松。

Claims (3)

1.一种麝香草中药蚊香,其特征在于所述蚊香由下述重量份配比的物质制成:麝香草2~5份、艾叶2~5份、柏叶1~4份、丁香1~5份、柠檬草2~6份、竹炭粉3~6份、榆树皮粉4~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的麝香草中药蚊香,其特征在于所述蚊香由下述重量份配比的物质制成:麝香草4~5份、艾叶4~5份、柏叶1~2份、丁香1~2份、柠檬草3~4份、竹炭粉5~6份、榆树皮粉6~8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的麝香草中药蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将麝香草、丁香、柠檬草混合打粉,所得混合粉加入其质量7~10倍的环己烷或正己烷中,在50~70℃下提取2~3次,每次2~3h,合并提取液,减压浓缩回收环己烷或正己烷,得到混合精油;
(2)将艾叶、柏叶与竹炭粉混合粉碎,制成混合药粉;
(3)将榆树皮粉用80~100℃热水制成过饱和榆树皮粉混悬液,作为辅料;
(4)将混合精油加入混合药粉中,搅匀后加入槽型混合机,然后加入辅料制成适宜压盘的软材;将软材注入制香机中模压成螺旋形蚊香盘圈,脱模,在50~65℃条件下烘干,即得麝香草中药蚊香。
