After the hemodialysis machine receives fault information sent by medical equipment such as other hemodialysis machines, the fault information is stored in the memory 11, at the moment, after each medical equipment monitors the fault information, the fault information is sent to the medical equipment in communication connection with the medical equipment, the sent object is set in advance, and after a nursing staff clicks an operation control button 134 for triggering 'checking nearby equipment', the fault information of the other party is displayed in the information display area 132, namely, the self display screen 13 is controlled to display the fault information of the other party according to a display control instruction. Or directly display the other fault information in the information display area 132 after receiving the other fault information, that is, actively control the display screen 13 of the self to display the other fault information. For the display of the other fault information, when the number of the fault information is small, the fault processing prompt and/or the operation object related to the fault processing can be directly displayed, and when the number of the fault information is large, the fault information can be displayed in a list form, for example, as shown in fig. 5, displayed on a graphical user interface, and the operation object related to the fault processing prompt and/or the fault processing is displayed after the corresponding fault information is triggered by clicking.
That is, in the present embodiment, "the medical device transmits failure information to another medical device disposed in the same monitoring location" or "transmits failure information to another medical device communicatively connected thereto" is configured such that, after the failure information is monitored, the medical device automatically transmits the failure information to the corresponding medical device, or transmits the failure information to the corresponding medical device in accordance with a failure information transmission request of the other medical device, that is, transmits the failure information to the specified other medical device. Specifically, the other device processing authority information matching the failure information is transmitted at the same time as the failure information is transmitted.
As shown in fig. 5, the caregiver, the graphical user interface displayed at this time, as shown in fig. 5, displays the failure information of the device a, the device b, the device c, and the device d in the information display area 132, and marks the processing authority of each piece of failure information on the machine, namely, the identification information used for representing the processing authority of the medical equipment for the other party fault information is displayed in the display area, abnormal malfunctions of the venous kettles for the devices a and d can be checked and dealt with on the present hemodialysis machine 1, that is, the machine has the authority to issue a failure processing instruction for the failure information, but the abnormal failure of the venous kettles of the device b and the device c cannot be checked and processed on the hemodialysis machine 1, and can be processed only on the corresponding device, that is, the machine does not have the authority to issue a failure processing instruction for the failure information. The identification information for displaying the fault handling authority is not limited to the above description, and may be represented by different colors, green for having authority and red for not having authority, or gray icon for not having authority and dark black icon for having authority.
At this time, the caregiver clicks the failure information of the device a, the graphical user interface displayed on the display 13 is as shown in fig. 6, the operator can see not only the detailed failure description, but also the "off" operation control button 135 and the "back" operation control button 136 associated with the processing operation, when the off button is triggered, the caregiver can remotely turn off the alarm of the device a on the device, such as the alarm sound or the flashing signal of the device a, and when the back button is triggered, the caregiver jumps to the previous operation interface, that is, the operation interface as shown in fig. 5. For example, the alarm for the abnormal plasma cutoff which needs to be processed immediately is set as no operation authority, and the prompt message is' need to be viewed on site! "prompt medical personnel equipment c to appear the abnormity and need to process immediately before equipment c, for other fault information, the nursing staff can choose to input fault processing instruction or not through the input module of the local machine, and the specific operation depends on-site emergency situations and the like.
When the hemodialysis machine 1 receives a fault processing instruction which is authorized to be processed by other hemodialysis machines, the fault processing instruction is executed to perform fault processing, and fault processing state information is sent to the hemodialysis machine which sends the fault processing instruction, so that a fault processing progress can be conveniently checked on the current medical equipment. When the hemodialysis machine 1 receives the failure processing instruction from the input module, the failure processing instruction is executed to perform failure processing, and failure processing status information is displayed.
Whether other equipment has a fault processing instruction for the local equipment or not is set according to the actual situation, firstly, fault information which does not need to be processed on site immediately, namely, a fault which is not authorized to be processed by the equipment is configured to be capable of remotely controlling the action of the medical equipment so as to solve the fault, suspend the development of the fault or slow down the development of the fault; in addition, the setting can be customized for each machine, or the whole medical system is customized to the same authority, namely, the authority of processing the fault information of other parties is the same; the medical equipment can receive the modification of the processing permission of the other party aiming at the fault of the local party through the input module and send the modified permission state to other medical equipment along with the corresponding fault information, so that the other equipment can modify the current permission state of the previous permission information for displaying the fault information.
Further, in addition to the failure information, the other operation state information of the other devices other than the failure information can be viewed by clicking the operation control button 134 which triggers "view nearby devices".
In order to facilitate the nursing staff to decide whether to check nearby to process the fault information of the other party or directly run to the faulty equipment for fault processing, after the fault of the hemodialysis machine 1 is detected, the self alarm unit 16 is controlled to send out first alarm information capable of identifying that the local fault which is only authorized to be processed by the medical equipment of the other party exists or send out second alarm information capable of identifying that the local fault which is not authorized to be processed by the medical equipment of the other party exists, the first alarm information and the second alarm information can be different in voice broadcasting content, for example, different alarm sounds, or alarms by light rays with different colors, or the combination of the first alarm information and the second alarm information can be different in alarm information.
In order to facilitate the nursing staff to quickly judge which fault information is processed by the hemodialysis machine with authority and which fault information is processed without authority, the first fault information display area of the display screen 13 of the hemodialysis machine 1 displays the fault information of the other party which the medical equipment has authority to process, and the second fault information display area displays the fault information of the other party which the medical equipment does not have authority to process. Or the other party fault information with authority to be processed and the other party fault information without authority to be processed are displayed on the display screen 13 of the hemodialysis machine 1 in a form of difference, for example, the difference is made by using the font color and the like, for example, red represents the non-authority processing, and green represents the authority processing; in addition, the authorized processing and the unauthorized processing can be distinguished by the difference of the background color, and the font color and the background color are opposite color differences, so that the recognition degree is improved.
In order to distinguish whether the fault information displayed on the display screen of the local computer is the fault information of the local computer or the fault information of the other computer, the fault information of the other computer and the fault information of the local computer are displayed in different areas so as to be convenient for operators to distinguish. The two can also be displayed in a form with distinction, for example, such as by font color, for example, red represents unauthorized processing, and green represents authorized processing; in addition, the authorized processing and the unauthorized processing can be distinguished by the difference of the background color, and the font color and the background color are opposite color differences, so that the recognition degree is improved. The split area display may be displayed in combination with the distinguishing modality.
In order to avoid the problem that the caregiver is not familiar with the trouble handling, etc., when the operation objects associated with the trouble information handling steps, such as control buttons such as "pause" or numerical value input areas for inputting corresponding numerical values, are displayed on the self display 13, the first operation object associated with the currently operable step is displayed in an enlarged manner in the central area of the self display 13 in the order of the operation steps, and the second operation object associated with the step that is not currently operable is locked. For example, as shown in fig. 7, for the fault handling of the device a, the operation objects associated with the currently operable step are the "off" operation control button 135 and the "back" operation control button 136, which constitute the first operation object in this embodiment, the operation control buttons such as "end" and "parameter" associated with the steps that are not currently operable are in the locked state and cannot be triggered by clicking, which constitute the second operation object in this embodiment, the two operation objects are enlarged and displayed in a predetermined area, and the first operation object after the method does not obstruct the display of the fault description information and/or the fault handling operation guidance information on the current operation interface. In order to improve the contrast, the first operation object is set to cover at least a part of the second operation object.
