Background
The medical device is basically equipped with a display screen such as an LED screen, an OLED screen, etc., typically a touch screen, for example, a blood purification device disclosed in patent document with bulletin number CN305136748S, which is provided with a display screen above the host; the display screens can be used for displaying equipment running state information, such as equipment fault information, treatment process information, treatment mode information and the like, to operators, displaying operation selections, such as operation buttons of 'pause', 'start', and the like, controlling treatment processes, processing fault information and the like; if the touch screen is adopted to construct the display screen, the touch screen can be used for directly carrying out selection operation on the operation buttons, inputting numerical values and the like, or input by using input devices such as a mouse, a keyboard, mechanical keys and the like, or the combination of the two can be used for inputting, for example, a medical device disclosed in patent document with the application number of CN 201910958537.1; and for a common display screen, input is performed through input devices such as a mouse, a keyboard, mechanical keys and the like.
Medical institutions such as hospitals generally arrange a plurality of medical devices in the same monitoring place where a small number of nursing staff nurses care, for example, a plurality of hemodialysis devices are arranged in a hemodialysis center, one nursing staff or a small number of nursing staff is configured for supervision, when one device gives a fault alarm, the device can be processed in time, but when the device exceeding the number of nursing staff gives a fault alarm, faults on the rest devices are difficult to be processed in time.
In addition, in the treatment process of hemodialysis and the like, there are medical staff setting treatment parameters for patients based on experience, for example, setting parameters in the treatment process of blood purification for blood purification equipment, the same patient can be treated for multiple times, and as time goes on, the treatment parameters based on the experience of the medical staff often need to be redesigned, effort is consumed, or the treatment parameters of nearly several times are saved in a written record or printed mode, the past record needs to be turned over during the treatment again, and time is wasted. In actual clinic, different medical staff have different operation habits, and the different operation habits may be different from the standard flow, and the difference may cause misoperation, so that no scheme for solving the problem is found in the existing equipment. However, for manufacturers of blood purification devices, they need to acquire the service condition of the device for maintenance and improvement, in the prior art, maintenance personnel need to go to the door to perform maintenance periodically, and perform possible improvement according to the description of the user, the maintenance of going to the door periodically causes cost increase, and different users experience difference, and the improvement according to the description of different users may not be suitable for other users.
Disclosure of Invention
It is a first object of the present invention to provide a medical system for facilitating the supervision of a plurality of medical devices by a minority of caregivers;
A second object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a medical device usable for constructing the above medical system;
A third object of the present invention is to provide a medical device which can be used to construct the medical system described above.
In order to achieve the first object, the present invention provides a medical system including a plurality of medical devices which are disposed in the same monitoring site and are communicatively connected to each other; after each medical device fails, sending failure information to other medical devices arranged in the same monitoring place, sending warning information through a self-alarming unit, and displaying the failure information through a self-display screen; then according to the fault processing instruction received by the input module on the medical equipment or according to the fault processing instruction which is sent by other medical equipment and has processing authority, processing the fault of the medical equipment; after receiving fault information sent by other medical devices arranged in the same monitoring place, each medical device displays other fault information through a display screen of the medical device, and at least sends a fault processing instruction which is received by an input module on the medical device and has authority to process to the medical device for which the fault processing instruction is aimed.
For each medical device arranged in the same monitoring place, fault information can be sent to other medical devices, the fault information of other devices can be displayed, and meanwhile fault processing instructions of authorized operation of other devices and at least fault processing instructions for controlling the other devices to perform fault processing and authorized control can be received and executed; therefore, when faults occur, the fault information and the other party fault information can be checked on any one of the plurality of medical equipment nearby, the fault information can be processed, remote control operation processing is performed on the other party fault information which is at least authorized to be processed, the equipment fault information can be checked in time, partial faults can be processed in time, and therefore supervision of a few nursing staff on the plurality of medical equipment can be achieved. Meanwhile, compared with the mode of checking and controlling through additionally configured general control equipment without a treatment module, the operation mode of displaying and at least partially processing through other equipment can effectively reduce equipment investment cost, and when a nursing staff operates one piece of equipment, checking and partially remotely controlling operation can be performed on the equipment in time without checking the general control equipment and having to leave supervision and control on the current equipment.
The specific scheme is that a plurality of medical devices are medical devices with the same structure of the treatment module.
The preferable scheme is that each medical device displays the fault information and other party fault information through a display screen of the medical device according to the display control instruction. The nursing staff can conveniently control the progress of related matters.
Preferably, the step of transmitting the fault information to the other medical devices disposed in the same monitoring location is to transmit the fault information to the medical devices according to the opposite fault information transmission request.
The preferred scheme is that after the fault of the medical equipment is detected, the self-alarming unit sends out first alarming information which can identify that only other medical equipment has authority to process the fault or sends out second alarming information which can identify that other medical equipment has no authority to process the fault. So that a nursing staff can conveniently determine whether to directly run to the fault equipment or find one piece of equipment nearby for checking and operation; when a plurality of faults occur, the system can timely run to other equipment to process the faults which cannot be operated.
The preferable scheme is that each medical device displays the fault information in the information display area of the display screen, and displays the fault information of the other party in the other party fault information display area; and/or displaying the other party fault information and the present fault information in a distinguishing form on a display screen. So that it can be closely confirmed whether or not the current device has failed.
The preferable scheme is that each medical device displays the other party fault information which is authorized to be processed by the medical device in a first other party fault information display area of a display screen, and displays the other party fault information which is not authorized to be processed by the medical device in a second other party fault information display area; and/or displaying the fault information of the other party with authority processing and the fault information of the other party without authority processing on a display screen in a distinguishing mode. The fault information of different authorities is effectively distinguished, so that the fault information is convenient to identify, and misoperation can be reduced.
In a preferred scheme, when each medical device displays the operation objects associated with the fault processing operation steps on the display screen, displaying the first operation object associated with the current operable step in an enlarged manner at a preset area of the display screen according to the sequence of the operation steps, and locking the second operation object associated with the non-current operable step; and the first operation object which is displayed in an enlarged mode does not shade the display of the fault description information and/or the fault processing operation instruction information on the current operation interface. Effectively avoid misoperation caused by insufficient experience of nursing staff.
In order to achieve the other object, the control method of the medical equipment provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
The fault processing step, after the medical equipment fails, sends fault information to other medical equipment in communication connection with the medical equipment, and controls a display screen of the medical equipment to display the fault information; then according to the fault processing instruction received by the input module on the medical equipment or according to the fault processing instruction which is sent by other medical equipment and has processing authority, processing the fault of the medical equipment;
and the other party fault processing step is that after the fault information sent by other medical equipment is received, the display screen of the other party fault processing step is controlled to display the other party fault information, and at least the fault processing instruction which is received through the input module on the medical equipment and has authority to process is sent to the medical equipment for which the fault processing instruction is aimed.
The medical equipment can send fault information to other medical equipment and display the fault information of other equipment, and can receive and execute fault processing instructions of authorized operation of other equipment and at least send fault processing instructions which are used for controlling other equipment to perform fault processing and have processing authorization; therefore, when faults occur, the fault information of the medical equipment can be checked by using other medical equipment nearby, or the fault information of other equipment can be checked by the medical equipment, the faults of the medical equipment are processed, and at least the faults of other equipment with authority are processed by remote control operation, so that the fault information of equipment of related medical equipment can be checked in time, and partial faults are processed in time, so that the aim that a few nursing staff supervises a plurality of equipment can be realized.
In the step of processing the other party fault, the control display screen displays identification information for representing the processing authority of the medical equipment for the other party fault information.
The specific scheme is that the step of controlling the display screen to display the fault information is to control the display screen to display the fault information according to the display control instruction; and/or the step of controlling the display screen to display the other party fault information is to control the display screen to display the other party fault information according to the display control instruction; the step of transmitting the failure information to the other medical device in communication with the other medical device is to transmit the failure information to the medical device in accordance with the opponent failure information transmission request. The nursing staff can conveniently control the progress of related matters.
The more specific scheme is that when the medical equipment is detected to have faults, the display screen of the medical equipment is actively controlled to display the fault information; and/or when receiving the other party fault information, actively controlling the display screen to display the other party fault information; the step of sending the fault information to the other medical devices communicatively connected thereto is to automatically send the fault information to the other medical devices after the fault is monitored.
The preferred scheme is that the first other party fault information display area of the self display screen of the medical equipment displays other party fault information which is authorized to be processed by the medical equipment, and the second other party fault information display area displays other party fault information which is not authorized to be processed by the medical equipment; and/or displaying the fault information of the other party with authority processing and the fault information of the other party without authority processing on the display screen of the medical equipment in a distinguishing mode. The nursing staff can conveniently and rapidly distinguish fault information which is authorized to be processed, and can make fault processing decisions in time.
The preferred scheme is that after the medical equipment is detected to be faulty, the self-alarming unit is controlled to send out first alarming information capable of identifying that only other medical equipment has authority to process the fault or send out second alarming information capable of identifying that other medical equipment has no authority to process the fault. So that the nursing staff can conveniently decide to directly run to the faulty equipment or find a piece of equipment nearby for checking and operation; and when a plurality of faults occur, the fault running to other equipment can be timely conducted, and the operation faults can not be processed.
A preferred approach is that a fault for which other medical devices have authority to handle is configured to resolve the fault, halt the fault progression, or slow the fault progression by remotely manipulating the medical device actions.
When the operation objects related to the fault processing operation steps are displayed on the display screen of the self, displaying a first operation object related to the current operable step in an enlarged mode in a preset area of the display screen of the self according to the sequence of the operation steps, and locking a second operation object related to the non-current operable step; the first operation object displayed in an enlarged mode does not shade display of the fault description information and/or the fault handling operation instruction information on the current operation interface. Effectively avoiding misoperation and reducing the requirement on the familiarity degree of nursing staff to operation.
The control method comprises the steps that after the modification of the processing authority of the other party aiming at the fault is received through the input module, the modified authority state is sent to other medical equipment along with the corresponding fault information. So as to realize the customization of fault handling authority according to actual conditions.
In order to achieve the second object, the control method of the medical device provided by the present invention includes the following steps:
After the medical equipment fails, sending failure information to other medical equipment in communication connection with the medical equipment, controlling the alarm unit to send out warning information, and controlling the display screen to display the failure information;
And processing the faults of the medical equipment according to the fault processing instructions received through the input module on the medical equipment or according to the fault processing instructions which are sent by other medical equipment and have processing rights.
The fault information of the medical treatment can be checked on other medical equipment, and the remote operation treatment can be carried out on part of faults with authority treatment, so that the nursing supervision of a few nursing staff on a plurality of equipment can be effectively realized.
The preferred scheme is that the step of controlling the display screen to display the fault information is to control the display screen to display the fault information according to the display control instruction. The nursing staff can conveniently control the progress of related matters.
The preferred scheme is that after the medical equipment is detected to be faulty, the control alarm unit sends out first warning information which can identify that only other medical equipment has authority to process the fault or sends out second warning information which can identify that other medical equipment has no authority to process the fault. So that a nursing staff can conveniently determine whether to directly run to the fault equipment or find one piece of equipment nearby for checking and operation; when a plurality of faults occur, the system can timely run to other equipment to process the faults which cannot be operated.
When the operation objects associated with the fault processing operation steps are displayed on the display screen, displaying a first operation object associated with the current operable step in an enlarged mode at a preset area of the display screen according to the sequence of the operation steps, and locking a second operation object associated with a non-current operable step; the first operation object displayed in an enlarged mode does not shade display of the fault description information and/or the fault handling operation instruction information on the current operation interface. Effectively avoid misoperation caused by insufficient experience of nursing staff.

For the display of the fault information of the other party, when the number of the fault information pieces is small, the fault processing prompt and/or the operation object associated with the fault processing can be directly displayed, and when the number of the fault information pieces is large, the fault information can be displayed in a list form, for example, the display on a graphical user interface shown in fig. 5, and after clicking to trigger the corresponding fault information, the fault processing prompt and/or the operation object associated with the fault processing can be displayed.
That is, in the present embodiment, "the present medical device transmits the failure information to the other medical devices disposed in the same monitoring place" or "transmits the failure information to the other medical devices communicatively connected thereto" is configured such that, after the failure information is monitored, the present medical device automatically transmits the failure information to the corresponding medical device, or transmits the failure information to the corresponding medical device in accordance with the failure information transmission request of the other medical devices, that is, transmits the failure information to the specified other medical devices. Specifically, the fault information is transmitted, and the processing authority information of other devices matched with the fault information is transmitted.
As shown in fig. 5, the graphic user interface displayed by the nursing staff at this time is shown in fig. 5, fault information of the device a, the device b, the device c and the device d is displayed in the information display area 132, and processing authority of each piece of fault information on the own machine is marked, that is, identification information for representing processing authority of the own medical device for the fault information of the other party is displayed in the display area, abnormal faults of venous kettles of the device a and the device d can be checked and processed on the own hemodialysis machine 1, that is, the own machine has authority for sending a fault processing instruction for the fault information, abnormal faults of venous kettles of the device b and the device c cannot be checked and processed on the own hemodialysis machine 1, and processing can only be performed on the corresponding device, that is, the own machine does not have authority for sending a fault processing instruction for the fault information. The identification information for displaying fault handling authority is not limited to the above text description, and can be characterized by different colors, green for authority, red for no authority, or gray for no authority, and dark for authority.
At this time, the carer clicks on the fault information of the device a, the graphic user interface displayed on the display screen 13 is shown in fig. 6, the operator can see not only the detailed fault description, but also the "closing" operation control button 135 and the "returning" operation control button 136 associated with the processing operation, and when the closing button is triggered, the carer can remotely close the alarm of the device a on the device, for example, close the alarm sound or flashing signal of the device a, and when the returning button is triggered, the operator jumps to the previous operation interface, that is, the operation interface shown in fig. 5. An abnormality alarm such as plasma interruption which needs to be processed immediately is set as no operation authority, and the prompt information is' field check! By the aid of the intelligent fault handling device, a medical care person is prompted that the equipment c is abnormal and needs to be processed immediately before the equipment c is in the near state, and for other side fault information, the nursing person can choose to input a fault handling instruction or not through a local input module, and the specific operation of the intelligent fault handling device depends on site emergency situations and the like.
After the hemodialysis machine 1 receives the fault processing instructions which are authorized to process by other hemodialysis machines, the fault processing instructions are executed to process faults, and fault processing state information is sent to the hemodialysis machine which sends the fault processing instructions so as to check the fault processing process on the current medical equipment. After the hemodialysis machine 1 itself inputs the fault handling instruction received by the module, the fault handling instruction is executed to perform fault handling, and fault handling state information is displayed.
Setting whether other equipment has a fault processing instruction for the local machine according to actual conditions, wherein the fault information which is not required to be processed immediately on site, namely, the fault which is not processed with the authority is configured to be capable of solving the fault, suspending the fault development or slowing down the fault development by remotely controlling the action of the medical equipment; in addition, the system can be customized and set for each machine, or the whole medical system is customized to be in the same authority, namely the authority of the user for processing the fault information of other parties is the same; each device can also carry out customized fault processing permission aiming at a specific patient so as to adapt to specific requirements, and synchronously send the fault processing permission when sending fault information, so that other devices can timely and accurately display the processing permission owned by other devices, namely, the medical device can receive the modification of the processing permission of other devices aiming at the fault through the input module, and send the modified permission state to other medical devices along with corresponding fault information, so that the other devices can modify the current permission state for displaying the fault information when displaying the fault information.
Further, in addition to the failure information, other operation state information of other devices than the failure information can be checked by clicking the operation control button 134 that triggers "check nearby device".
In order to facilitate the caretaker to decide whether to check nearby to process the other party's fault information or to run directly to the fault device for fault processing, after detecting that the hemodialysis machine 1 has failed, the self-alarm unit 16 is controlled to send out the first alarm information capable of identifying that only the other party's medical device has authority to process the fault, or send out the second alarm information capable of identifying that the other party's medical device has no authority to process the fault, and the first alarm information and the second alarm information can be different in content of broadcast voice, for example, different in alarm sound, or can be used for alarming by light rays with different colors, or the two can be combined to present different alarm information.
In order to facilitate the caregivers to quickly judge which are the fault information of the local authority processing and which are the fault information of the non-authority processing, the first other party fault information display area of the self display screen 13 of the hemodialysis machine 1 displays the other party fault information of the medical equipment authority processing, and the second other party fault information display area displays the other party fault information of the medical equipment without authority processing. Or the other party fault information of the authorized processing and the other party fault information of the unauthorized processing are displayed on the display screen 13 of the hemodialysis machine 1 in a distinguishing mode, for example, the other party fault information is distinguished in a font color and the like, for example, red represents the unauthorized processing and green represents the authorized processing; in addition, the authorized processing and the unauthorized processing can be distinguished through the difference of the background colors, and the font color and the background color are of opposite color difference, so that the recognition degree is improved.
In order to distinguish whether the fault information displayed on the local display screen is the fault information of the user or the fault information of the other party, the fault information of the other party and the fault information of the user are displayed in different areas so as to be convenient for the operator to distinguish. The two can also be displayed in a distinguishing form, for example, the two can be distinguished in a character color mode, for example, red represents unauthorized processing and green represents authorized processing; in addition, the authorized processing and the unauthorized processing can be distinguished through the difference of the background colors, and the font color and the background color are of opposite color difference, so that the recognition degree is improved. The split area display may be displayed in combination with a form in which a distinction exists.
In order to avoid the problem that the carer is unfamiliar with the trouble processing, etc., when the operation object associated with the trouble information processing step is displayed on the own display 13, for example, a control button such as "pause" or a numerical value input area for inputting a corresponding numerical value, the first operation object associated with the currently operable step is displayed in an enlarged manner in the central area of the own display 13 in the order of the operation steps, and the second operation object associated with the non-currently operable step is locked. For example, as shown in fig. 7, for the fault handling of the apparatus a, the operation objects associated with the currently operable steps are the "off" operation control button 135 and the "back" operation control button 136, which constitute the first operation object in the present embodiment, and the operation control buttons associated with the non-currently operable steps, such as "end", "parameter", etc., which are in the locked state, cannot be triggered by clicking, which constitute the second operation object in the present embodiment, are enlarged and displayed in a predetermined area, and the first operation object after the method does not obstruct the display of the fault description information and/or the fault handling operation guidance information on the current operation interface. In order to improve the contrast, the first operation object is set to cover at least a part of the second operation object.
