Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of logistics, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing a logistics object.
Background
In the existing logistics distribution mode, different couriers correspond to different distribution areas. For example, courier a corresponds to the a-zone and courier B corresponds to the B-zone. The couriers A and B respectively have respective terminals, and the terminals can be in a handheld form, such as mobile phones, special baton, personal digital assistants, tablet computers and the like, and are used for storing courier information and a courier dispatch area, acquiring a package list number after scanning the courier package, and transmitting the courier information, the area information of the courier dispatch area and the package list number back to the server.
Because the couriers cannot exchange terminals with each other, when one courier A cannot dispatch a certain package, the courier B is entrusted to dispatch. But when the courier B scans the package single number with its own terminal and returns to the server, the area number corresponding to the dispatch area B of the courier B will be returned. The range to which the area number corresponds does not coincide with the dispatch range in which the package is located, so that the server cannot determine which is correct.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application are within the scope of the protection of the present application.
One of the core ideas of the application is to provide a method and a device for managing a logistics object, which can be applied to a terminal of a logistics courier, for example. As shown in fig. 1, when the courier a needs to replace it to send a package, the courier B may acquire, through its terminal, area information aa of the sending range of the courier a, and upload, by the terminal, the area information aa and the package number to the server when scanning the package instead of being sent, thereby realizing correspondence of the package areas reflected in the area information aa and the package information cc.
First embodiment
The first embodiment of the invention provides a logistics object management method. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for managing a physical distribution object according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for managing a logistics object according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, providing an acquisition interface of regional information through a logistics terminal;
in this step, the executing body, for example, a logistics terminal held by the courier, may provide an acquisition interface of the area information after the start-up or after receiving the trigger of the courier.
For example, when the courier B receives the delegate of the courier a to be a dispatch, the B opens an interface for inputting the area information with its own terminal, so as to input the area information dispatched by the a subsequently.
In this step, the area information obtaining interface may be an interface for the courier B to input the area information through the terminal, for example, an interface for inputting characters displayed by the terminal or a scanning interface, or may be a selection interface for displaying a plurality of pre-stored area information for the user to select.
The above-mentioned region information, for example, region code, may be, for example, a commonly used three-segment code, so long as the information related to the region can be reflected, and will not be described herein.
S102, after receiving the area information obtained through the acquisition interface, the logistics terminal takes the area information as current area information;
in this step, after the courier inputs the area information by means of code scanning or manual input, the terminal may store the area information and use the area information as the currently used area information. The area information is used for being transmitted back to the server along with the logistics object information after the package is scanned. Or after the courier B selects the area information of A from the plurality of area information, the terminal sets the area information selected by the user as the current area information.
S103, after the logistics terminal acquires the logistics object information related to the logistics object, the logistics object information and the current area information are sent to a server.
In this step, the above-mentioned logistic object is, for example, a parcel sent by an courier; the above-mentioned logistic object information is package information related to packages, such as package list numbers, and the like, and will not be described herein.
When the courier B helps the courier A to send a piece, after the courier B scans the package by using the terminal of the B aiming at the package in the original sending area of the courier A, the terminal can send the logistics object information acquired through scanning and the current area information recorded by the terminal to a server, and the server analyzes and stores the information.
As can be seen from the above, the method for managing a physical distribution object according to the first embodiment of the present invention has at least the following technical effects:
according to the logistics object management method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal of the logistics distribution personnel is subjected to system transformation, so that the terminal supports the change of the regional information. The on-site operation mode is updated, the area information is set in a manual setting or scanning mode, and then the dispatch scanning operation is performed, so that the aim of unbinding the courier and the dispatch address range is fulfilled, and the accuracy and the matching degree of data transmitted from the terminal to the server are improved.
In some embodiments, when the server needs to train the machine learning model by using the logistic object information and the area information transmitted from the terminal, so that the machine learning model can automatically determine the corresponding area information according to the sending address, the data of the training sample should ensure correctness. Therefore, according to the scheme provided by the invention, the logistic object information and the regional information can be ensured to be corresponding, the accuracy of the machine learning model sample is improved, and a good effect is provided for training the machine learning model.
Second embodiment
The second embodiment of the invention provides a logistics object management method. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a step of a method for managing a physical distribution object according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for managing a logistics object according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

s201, providing a plurality of preset area information.
In this step, the corresponding area information of a plurality of couriers a/B/C/D, etc. may be input in the terminal in advance. For example, in order to facilitate mutual substitution of couriers in adjacent areas abcd as dispatch, or in order to set one mobile courier, area information of multiple areas may be preset in a terminal of one courier a.
For example, for the courier a, the area information of the corresponding dispatch area is aa, but the preset area information in the terminal of the courier a includes aa, bb, cc, dd. After each start-up, one of the area information can be selected by the courier a. Or when in use, the region information switching page is called out to switch the region information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquisition interface is a code input interface or an identification code scanning interface. Wherein, the identification code is a two-dimensional code or a bar code. In the acquisition interface, the user may select one from a plurality of pieces of preset area information as the current area information, or input a character corresponding to the area information, or scan a bar code, a two-dimensional code, or the like as the area information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include the steps of:
s206, after the logistics terminal detects a trigger event, providing an acquisition interface of the region information;
in this step, when the courier a cannot send the mail smoothly, it delegates the courier B to send the mail, and the courier B opens an area information acquisition interface of the terminal, for inputting the area information.
The triggering event is, for example, a user invoking a switched page, for example, a code scanning page, an input page, etc., and these pages may provide an interface for information acquisition, so as to acquire the area information.
S207, after receiving the obtained region information through the acquisition interface, the logistics terminal replaces the current region information by using the obtained region information;
in this step, newly inputted area information may be used as current area information, and the original area information may be replaced or stored in a database.
And S208, after receiving the logistics object information, the logistics terminal sends the logistics object information and the input area information to a server.
In this step, when the courier B scans the package with its terminal, the logistics object information is obtained by scanning, the terminal transmits the logistics object information and the inputted area information to the server for the server to acquire data,
in an embodiment of the present invention, the triggering operation may be that the terminal receives an interface opening instruction initiated by a user, and will not be described herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include the steps of:
s205, the user information of the logistics terminal is sent to the server.
In addition to the physical distribution object information and physical distribution object information in step S204 being sent to the server, in this step, the user information may be sent to the server together, and the server may obtain information of the real sender through these data, so as to perform subsequent consideration, statistics, and other matters.
