Description

Logistics object management method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of logistics, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing logistics objects.
Background
In the existing logistics dispatching mode, different couriers correspond to different dispatching areas. For example, courier A corresponds to area a and courier B corresponds to area B. The couriers A and B are respectively provided with respective terminals, the terminals are in a handheld form, such as a mobile phone, a special bargun, a personal digital assistant, a tablet personal computer and the like, and are used for storing courier information and courier delivery areas, acquiring a parcel order number after scanning express parcels, and transmitting the courier information, the area information of the courier delivery areas and the parcel order number back to the server.
Since the terminals cannot be exchanged between the couriers, when one courier a cannot dispatch a certain parcel, the courier B is entrusted to dispatch the parcel. However, when the courier B scans the parcel order number by using its own terminal and returns the parcel order number to the server, the parcel order number corresponding to the delivery area B of the courier B is returned. The range corresponding to the area number does not coincide with the dispatch range in which the package is located, so that the server cannot determine which one is correct.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
One of the core ideas of the present application is to provide a method and an apparatus for managing logistics objects, which can be applied to terminals of logistics couriers, for example. As shown in fig. 1, when the courier a needs to be delivered with a parcel by the courier B instead, the courier B may obtain the area information aa of the delivery range of the courier a through its terminal, and when scanning the parcel instead of being delivered, the terminal uploads the area information aa and the parcel order number to the server, thereby implementing correspondence of the parcel area embodied in the area information aa and the parcel information cc.
First embodiment
The first embodiment of the invention provides a logistics object management method. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a logistics object management method according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the logistics object management method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101, providing an acquisition interface of regional information through a logistics terminal;
in this step, the execution subject, for example, a hand-held logistics terminal of the courier, may provide an acquisition interface of the area information after the start or after receiving a trigger of the courier.
For example, when the courier B is entrusted by the courier a to dispatch, B opens the interface for inputting the area information with its own terminal, so as to input the area information dispatched by a later.
In this step, the interface for acquiring the area information may be, on one hand, an interface for the courier B to input the area information through the terminal, such as an interface for inputting characters displayed by the terminal or a scanning interface, or may be a selection interface for displaying a plurality of pre-stored area information and allowing the user to select the area information.
The region information, such as the region code, may be a common three-segment code, for example, as long as the information related to the region can be reflected, and is not described herein again.
S102, after receiving the area information obtained through the acquisition interface, the logistics terminal takes the area information as current area information;
in this step, after the courier inputs the area information by means of code scanning or manual input, the terminal may store the area information as the currently used area information. The region information is used for being transmitted back to the server along with the logistics object information after the parcel is scanned. Or when the courier B selects the area information of A from the plurality of area information, the terminal sets the area information selected by the user as the current area information.
S103, after the logistics terminal acquires logistics object information related to a logistics object, the logistics terminal sends the logistics object information and the current area information to a server.
In this step, the above-mentioned logistics object is, for example, a package delivered for a courier; the logistics object information is package information related to packages, such as package order numbers, and is not described herein again.
When the courier B helps the courier A to dispatch, aiming at the original parcel in the dispatching area of the courier A, after the courier B uses the terminal of the courier B to scan the parcel, the terminal sends the logistics object information acquired by scanning and the current area information recorded by the terminal to the server, and the server analyzes and stores the information.
As can be seen from the above, the logistics object management method provided in the first embodiment of the invention has at least the following technical effects:
the logistics object management method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention are used for carrying out system transformation on the terminal of the logistics dispatching personnel, so that the terminal supports the change of regional information. The field operation mode is upgraded, the regional information is preferentially set through a manual setting or scanning mode, and then the delivery scanning operation is performed, so that the purposes of unbinding couriers and delivery address ranges are achieved, and the accuracy and matching degree of data transmitted from the terminal to the server are improved.
In some embodiments, when the server needs to train the machine learning model by using the logistics object information and the area information transmitted by the terminal, so that the machine learning model can automatically determine the corresponding area information according to the delivery address, the data of the training sample should be correct. Therefore, according to the scheme provided by the invention, the logistics object information and the area information can be ensured to be corresponding, the accuracy of the machine learning model sample is improved, and a good effect is provided for training the machine learning model.
Second embodiment
The second embodiment of the invention provides a logistics object management method. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a logistics object management method according to a second embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the logistics object management method according to the embodiment of the invention includes the following steps:
s202, providing an acquisition interface of the area information through the logistics terminal;

s201, providing a plurality of preset area information.
In this step, area information corresponding to a plurality of couriers a/B/C/D and the like may be input in the terminal in advance. For example, in order to facilitate the couriers in the adjacent area abcd to substitute for each other as dispatches, or in order to set up a mobile courier, area information of a plurality of areas may be preset in the terminal of one courier a.
For example, for courier a, the corresponding region information of the delivery region is aa, but the region information preset in the terminal of courier a includes aa, bb, cc, dd. One of the zone information may be selected by courier a after each power-on. Or calling out the area information switching page in use to switch the area information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining interface is a code input interface or an identification code scanning interface. The identification code is a two-dimensional code or a bar code. In the acquisition interface, a user may select one of a plurality of preset area information as current area information, or input a character corresponding to the area information, or scan a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or the like as the area information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include the steps of:
s206, after the logistics terminal detects the trigger event, providing an acquisition interface of the area information;
in this step, when the courier a cannot dispatch the parcel smoothly, the courier a is entrusted to dispatch the parcel, and the courier B starts an acquisition interface of the area information of the terminal for inputting the area information.
The above-mentioned trigger event is, for example, a page called for switching by a user, for example, a code scanning page, an input page, and the like, and these pages may provide an interface for acquiring information, so as to acquire area information.
S207, after the logistics terminal receives the obtained area information through the acquisition interface, replacing the current area information with the obtained area information;
in this step, the newly input area information may be used as the current area information, and the original area information may be replaced or stored in the database.
And S208, after receiving the logistics object information, the logistics terminal sends the logistics object information and the input area information to a server.
In this step, when the courier B scans the packages by using the terminal thereof, the logistics object information is obtained by scanning, the terminal sends the logistics object information and the input area information to the server side for the server side to obtain data,
in an embodiment of the present invention, the triggering operation may be that the terminal receives an interface opening instruction initiated by a user, and the like, which is not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include the steps of:
and S205, sending the user information of the logistics terminal to a server.
In addition to sending the logistics object information and the logistics object information in step S204 to the server, in this step, the user information may also be sent to the server together, and the server may obtain the information of the real delivery person through these data, and perform subsequent matters such as compensation and statistics.
