While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for displaying a reading page according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and acquiring text content corresponding to the reading page, and identifying a target text unit contained in the text content.
The reading page refers to a text page displayed in the electronic book. Specifically, in order to avoid processing delay and increase the display speed, when the current display page is rendered by the electronic book, the next text page to be displayed may be obtained in advance, and the next text page to be displayed is used as the reading page. Or, a plurality of continuous text pages can be acquired at one time, and the plurality of continuous text pages are taken as reading pages to be processed uniformly, so that the context incoherence caused by paging is avoided. In summary, the present invention does not limit the number and position of the reading pages.
Specifically, character recognition is performed on the acquired reading page to obtain corresponding text content. And then, identifying the target text unit contained in the text content according to a preset strategy. The preset strategy can be a strategy for recognizing according to parts of speech or a strategy for recognizing according to word frequency, and in short, the specific recognition mode of the target text unit is not limited by the invention. The target text unit may be a word, a phrase, a sentence, or even a small paragraph, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step S120: and acquiring real-time environment information of the reading equipment, and determining a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information and the semantic information of the target text unit.
The real-time environment information of the reading device is used for reflecting the real-time state of the reading device, and may specifically be real-time positioning information, displacement information, and/or current time information of the reading device. Or, the real-time environment information of the reading device may also be environment sound information acquired by a recording device, environment picture information acquired by an image acquisition device, and the like, and the specific meaning of the real-time environment information is not limited by the invention.
Specifically, a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit is determined according to the real-time environment information and the semantic information of the target text unit. The semantic information of the target text unit is used for reflecting the contextual meaning of the target text unit in the context, so that the contents with similar contextual meanings can be selected for replacement. For example, when the semantic information of the target text unit is the location type, the location type text unit which can be replaced in the current environment is determined according to the real-time environment information, so that the location type text unit is used as a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit.
In a word, the replacement is carried out according to the semantic information of the target text unit, and the replaced content can be ensured to be matched with the context meaning in the context, so that the reading process of a user is not interfered. The content is replaced according to the real-time environment information, and the replaced content can be matched with the current environment of the reading device, so that the user has an immersive effect, and the user can understand the content of the electronic book conveniently. All the replacement modes which can comprehensively consider the real-time environment information of the reading equipment and the semantic information of the target text unit can be used in the method, and the method does not limit the specific replacement strategy.
Step S130: and replacing the target text unit contained in the text content with a replacement text unit, and displaying the read page after replacement.
Specifically, when the number of the target text units is multiple, the replacement text units corresponding to the target text units are determined one by one, and the replacement operation is performed one by one, so that the replaced reading page is displayed to the user. During specific display, highlighting or thickening processing and the like can be executed on the replaced text unit contained in the reading page so as to prompt the user that the part of content is replaced content. In addition, the corresponding target text unit can be displayed in the adjacent area of the replacement text unit, so that the user can read the original content at the same time.
Therefore, according to the method, partial content in the reading page can be replaced according to the real-time environment information of the reading device, so that the reading page displayed by the electronic book application is matched with the reading environment of the current reading user, the user can understand the text content of the electronic book deeply, and the reading effect is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a reading page according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S210: and acquiring text content corresponding to the reading page.
The reading page refers to a text page displayed in the electronic book. Specifically, the page to be currently displayed may be regarded as the reading page, so that a part of the content in the page is analyzed and replaced in advance before the current page is rendered.
Or, in order to avoid processing delay and increase the display speed, when the electronic book renders the current display page, N text pages to be displayed after the current display page may be obtained in advance, and the N text pages to be displayed after the current display page are used as the reading page. Wherein N is a natural number. In this manner, the number of read pages acquired at a time may be one or more. When the number of the reading pages acquired at a time is multiple, multiple continuous text pages can be acquired at a time, and the multiple continuous text pages are taken as the reading pages to be processed uniformly, so that the context incoherence caused by paging is avoided. In addition, in the case of acquiring a plurality of reading pages at a time, in order to further avoid context inconsistency caused by paging, the same vocabulary is prevented from being separated into two pages of contents, and the plurality of reading pages acquired twice in a neighboring manner can be partially overlapped. For example, assuming that pages 3-5 of an electronic book are acquired for the first time, pages 5-7 of the electronic book may be acquired for the second time.
Step S220: a target text unit contained in the text content is identified.
Specifically, word segmentation processing is carried out on text content to obtain a plurality of text word segments; and identifying entity keywords contained in the text segmentation words, and screening target text units from the entity keywords. The text participles in this embodiment may be single word vocabularies or multi-word vocabularies, and when the text participles are single word vocabularies, the word segmentation processing may also be understood as word segmentation processing.
In specific implementation, word segmentation and word segmentation of the part of speech of the noun can be screened according to the part of speech of the text word segmentation to serve as entity keywords, and then target text units can be screened from the entity keywords. Wherein, the entity key words are: parts of speech are nouns and are used to indicate the vocabulary of entity names. For example, the name of a person, the name of an organization, the name of a place, and all other entities identified by names, and even entity words of various kinds of nouns such as numbers, dates, currencies, addresses, events, etc. may be included. In short, all the vocabularies that can refer to specific things can be used as the entity keywords in the embodiment.
In addition, when the target text unit is screened from the entity key words, the method can be realized through various screening strategies. In the embodiment, the method can be realized by at least one of the following implementation manners:
in a first implementation manner, the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords in the electronic book is counted, and the target text unit is screened according to the comparison result between the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords in the electronic book and the keyword frequency threshold. Specifically, for each entity keyword, the occurrence frequency and/or the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword in the electronic book are/is counted, so as to obtain the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword; and then, comparing the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords with a preset keyword frequency threshold, and screening the entity keywords into target text units if the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords is lower than the preset keyword frequency threshold. Wherein, the keyword frequency threshold may be 2, so that the entity keywords appearing only once are screened as the target text unit. The inventor finds that the lower the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword is, the lower the influence of the entity keyword on the content of the whole book is, so that the understanding of the content of the book by the user is not interfered after the entity keyword is replaced. In addition, the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword in the electronic book may refer to the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword in the whole text of the electronic book, or may refer to the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword in the corresponding chapter. Because a part of books contain a plurality of parallel chapters, the content of each parallel chapter is not closely related, for the books, the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords in the corresponding chapters can be counted, and the counting range of the entity keyword frequency can be determined according to the subject type of the electronic book. In addition, the preset keyword frequency threshold value can be further set according to the subject type of the electronic book and the type of the entity keyword, so that different keyword frequency threshold values are set for electronic books with different subject types, and different keyword frequency threshold values are set for entity keywords with different types.
In a second implementation manner, a target main body corresponding to the entity keyword is determined according to the context information of the entity keyword, the occurrence frequency of the target main body in the electronic book is counted, and a target text unit is screened according to the comparison result between the occurrence frequency of the target main body in the electronic book and a main body frequency threshold. Specifically, for each entity keyword, context information corresponding to the entity keyword is obtained, and specifically, the context information may be a sentence or a paragraph to which the entity keyword belongs. Then, sentence structure components including subjects, predicates, objects, determinants, subjects, complements, and the like of the respective sentences in the context are determined by way of sentence structure analysis, and a target subject corresponding to the entity keyword is determined from the sentence structure components. The target subject refers to a main description object in the context, and may specifically be a person name. Accordingly, the entity keywords are generally used to define the activity event of the target subject, for example, to define the information of time, place, etc. of executing a specific event of the target subject. Correspondingly, counting the occurrence frequency and/or the occurrence frequency of the target main body in the electronic book, so as to obtain the occurrence frequency of the target main body; and then, comparing the occurrence frequency of the target subject with a preset subject frequency threshold, and screening the corresponding entity keywords as target text units if the occurrence frequency of the target subject is lower than the preset subject frequency threshold. The value of the main body frequency threshold may be the same as or different from the keyword frequency threshold. The lower the occurrence frequency of the target subject is, the lower the influence of the target subject on the full-book content is, so that the entity keyword corresponding to the target subject is replaced without influencing the full-book content. In addition, similar to the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords, the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the electronic book may refer to the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the whole text of the electronic book, or may refer to the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the corresponding chapter.
In a third implementation manner, whether the entity keyword appears in the electronic book for the first time is judged; if yes, screening the entity key words into target text units; if not, the context information of the entity keywords is obtained, and whether the entity keywords are screened into the target text unit or not is determined according to the context information of the entity keywords. Specifically, if the entity keyword appears for the first time in the electronic book, it indicates that the keyword is replaced without affecting the reading of the user, and therefore, the entity keyword can be replaced. When the entity keyword is judged to be firstly appeared in the electronic book, the searching range can be the whole electronic book or the chapter of the entity keyword. If the entity keyword does not appear in the electronic book for the first time, in order to avoid influencing the reading process, the context information of the entity keyword needs to be analyzed, whether the entity keyword can be replaced or not is determined according to the analysis result, specifically, the corresponding execution main body can be determined according to the context information of the entity keyword, and whether the entity keyword can be replaced or not is determined according to the appearance frequency of the execution main body.
The above-mentioned several implementations can be used alone or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S230: and acquiring real-time environment information of the reading equipment.
The real-time environment information of the reading device may be various information such as real-time positioning information, displacement information, and/or current time information of the reading device. Specifically, the real-time positioning information of the reading device can be determined by a GPS positioning technology, so that the current geographic position of the reading device is determined as the real-time positioning information. The displacement information of the reading device comprises a displacement direction, a displacement speed and the like, so that whether the reading device is in a moving state, such as a riding state and the like, can be identified. The current time information of the reading device may be determined according to the system time, and may specifically be seasonal information such as a month and a day, information such as a working day and a resting day, and information of a time period in one day (such as a morning time period, a midday time period, and an evening time period). In addition, the real-time environment information of the reading device can also be environment image information acquired by the image acquisition device, and the position of the user can be accurately positioned and the current activity of the user can be presumed by analyzing the environment image information. Or the real-time environment information of the reading device can also be environment sound information collected by the sound collection device, and the position of the user can be further accurately positioned and the current activity of the user can be presumed by analyzing the environment sound information. In summary, the real-time environment information of the reading device may be in multiple dimensions, which is not limited by the present invention.
Step S240: and determining a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information of the reading device and the semantic information of the target text unit.
Specifically, firstly, determining the text type of a target text unit according to the semantic information of the target text unit; acquiring candidate text units matched with the text types from a preset alternative text database; then, according to the real-time environment information, the replacement text unit matched with the target text unit is screened from the candidate text units. The text type of the target text unit is mainly used for identifying the role of the text unit in the context, and specifically comprises the following steps: a location type, a time type, and/or a name type. The preset replacement text database is used for storing the replaceable text units, and the text units can be classified and stored according to text types. For example, the replacement text database may be used to store a plurality of text units corresponding to the location types, each text unit is divided into a plurality of groups according to the region range, and accordingly, the group matched with the region range may be quickly determined according to the real-time positioning information, so as to screen candidate text units from the group for replacement. The candidate text units which can be replaced can be nearby place names, shop names, school names, hospital names, famous persons or friends and relatives of reading users.
Specifically, when the candidate text units are screened for the replacement text units matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information, the current position, time and even ongoing activities of the user can be further determined by combining the real-time environment information, so that the electronic book content can be replaced by combining the information, and the electronic book content can be more fit with the life of the user. For example, based on the location information in the real-time environment information, it can be ensured that the content of the replacement text unit matches the current geographic location of the user, for example, replaced with a name of a school or hospital near the user, thereby facilitating understanding by the user. For another example, according to the time information in the real-time environment information, it can be ensured that the content of the replacement text unit matches the current time of the user, for example, in the lunch time period, the target text unit is replaced by the name of a certain dining shop, thereby facilitating the activities of the user.
Step S250: and replacing the target text unit contained in the text content with a replacement text unit, and displaying the read page after replacement.
Specifically, in order to facilitate reading of a user, the replacement text units included in the reading page are displayed according to a preset display style; wherein, this show style of predetermineeing includes: a bolded pattern, and/or a highlighted pattern. In this way, the replacement text element can be highlighted to draw the attention of the user.
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to know the original content of the electronic book, the original content of the target text unit corresponding to the replacement text unit may also be displayed in the vicinity of the replacement text unit, for example, by means of a pop-up box or a transparent floating layer, so that the user can visually browse the corresponding original content. Or, the query entry element may be displayed in the area adjacent to the replacement text unit, and the original content of the target text unit corresponding to the replacement text unit is displayed when the query request triggered by the query entry element is received.
In addition, when the replacement operation is executed, only the target text unit appearing in the current reading page may be replaced, or the same vocabulary in the section to which the full-text e-book or the target text unit belongs may be replaced, and the specific details are not limited in the present invention.
In summary, by the method in the embodiment of the present invention, partial contents in the reading page can be replaced according to the real-time environment information of the reading device, so that the reading page displayed by the electronic book application is better matched with the reading environment of the current reading user, which is beneficial for the user to deeply understand the text contents of the electronic book, thereby improving the reading effect. In addition, the invention combines the occurrence frequency of each content to be replaced and other related information to carry out screening, and can ensure that the reading of the user is not influenced after the replacement. Moreover, the replacement according to the real-time environment information of the reading device is beneficial to closely combining the content of the electronic book with the surrounding environment of the user, so that the more real and close reading experience is brought to the user, and the user can deeply understand the content of the electronic book.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to make the entity keyword identified in step S220 more accurate, the identification may be performed by:
the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining each character and initial word vector of each character contained in text content, and obtaining each participle contained in the text content and initial word vector of each participle.
Specifically, in this embodiment, on one hand, each word included in the text content and an initial word vector corresponding to the word are required to be obtained by taking the word as a unit, where the initial word vector may be obtained by directly querying a preset word vector dictionary; on the other hand, each participle and the corresponding initial word vector contained in the text content need to be acquired by taking the word as a unit, wherein each participle can be determined according to a preset participle dictionary, and the initial word vector of each participle can be directly acquired by querying the preset word vector dictionary. The present invention does not limit the initial word vector and the determination method of the initial word vector. In addition, the process of obtaining the initial word vector and the process of obtaining the initial word vector may be performed simultaneously or sequentially, and the present invention is not limited as such.
Step two: determining semantic word vectors of the characters according to the initial word vectors of the characters and the context information of the characters in the text content; and determining the semantic word vector of each participle according to the initial word vector of each participle and the context information of each participle in the text content.
Specifically, for the initial word vector of each word, the context information corresponding to the word in the text content is determined according to the position of the word in the text content, and the semantic word vector of the word is determined by combining the context information. As can be seen, the semantic word vector is a word vector in which context information is fused. Similarly, for the initial word vector of each participle, determining the context information corresponding to the participle in the text content according to the position of the participle in the text content, and determining the semantic word vector of the participle by combining the context information. As can be seen, the semantic word vector refers to a word vector that is merged with context information. The invention does not limit the semantic word vector and the specific acquisition mode of the semantic word vector, and all the modes capable of fusing context information can be used in the invention. In addition, the invention does not limit the acquisition sequence of the semantic word vector and the semantic word vector, and can acquire the semantic word vector simultaneously or sequentially.
Step three: a first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word and a second entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each participle are determined.
Specifically, according to the semantic word vector of each character, a first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each character is determined. For example, the first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each character can be obtained by means of a word segmentation and marking model. The word segmentation and marking model can output an entity recognition result according to each semantic word vector. And similarly, determining a first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each participle according to the semantic word vector of each participle. For example, a second entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each participle can be obtained by means of a participle mark model. The word segmentation and tagging model used for outputting the first entity recognition result and the word segmentation and tagging model used for outputting the second entity recognition result may be the same model or different models, which is not limited in the present invention. In addition, the generation process of the first entity identification result and the generation process of the second entity identification result can be carried out simultaneously or sequentially, and the specific execution sequence is not limited by the invention.
Step four: and identifying entity keywords contained in the text content according to the first entity identification result and the second entity identification result.
The first entity recognition result is an entity recognition result obtained according to the word vector corresponding to each character, and each entity vocabulary obtained through recognition is specifically marked; correspondingly, the second entity recognition result is an entity recognition result obtained according to the word vector corresponding to each participle, and each entity vocabulary obtained through recognition is labeled in the same way. Since the first entity recognition result and the second entity recognition result are generated according to different criteria, there may be a little difference between the two. In this step, the entity keywords included in the text content are finally determined by comparing the similarities and differences between the first entity recognition result and the second entity recognition result.
Therefore, in the above manner, on one hand, the semantic word vector of each character is determined according to the initial word vector of each character in the text content and the context information of each character in the text content, and then the first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each character is determined; on the other hand, according to the initial word vector of each participle in the text content and the context information of each participle in the text content, determining the semantic word vector of each participle, and further determining a second entity identification result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each character. Therefore, as the word vectors of the participles contain more semantic information, the method in the embodiment can obtain more accurate recognition results, and avoids recognition errors caused by small information amount of the word vectors.
