Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for displaying a reading page according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and acquiring text content corresponding to the reading page, and identifying a target text unit contained in the text content.
The reading page refers to a text page displayed in the electronic book. Specifically, in order to avoid processing delay and increase the display speed, when the electronic book renders the current display page, the next text page to be displayed can be obtained in advance, and the next text page to be displayed is taken as a reading page. Or, a plurality of continuous text pages can be obtained at a time, and the continuous text pages are used as reading pages to be processed uniformly, so that the context inconsistency caused by paging is avoided. In short, the present invention is not limited to the number and location of the pages to be read.
Specifically, text recognition is performed on the acquired reading page, and corresponding text content is obtained. Then, the target text units contained in the text content are identified according to a preset policy. The preset strategy can be a strategy for identifying according to the part of speech, or can be a strategy for identifying according to the word frequency, in short, the specific identification mode of the target text unit is not limited. Wherein the target text unit may be a word, a phrase, a sentence, or even a small paragraph, etc., to which the present invention is not limited.
Step S120: and acquiring real-time environment information of the reading device, and determining a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information and semantic information of the target text unit.
The real-time environment information of the reading device is used for reflecting the real-time state of the reading device, and can be specifically real-time positioning information, displacement information and/or current time information of the reading device. Or, the real-time environmental information of the reading device may be environmental sound information obtained by the recording device, environmental picture information obtained by the image acquisition device, etc., and the specific meaning of the real-time environmental information is not limited in the present invention.
Specifically, according to the real-time environment information and the semantic information of the target text unit, the replacement text unit matched with the target text unit is determined. The semantic information of the target text unit is used for reflecting the context meaning of the target text unit in the context so as to select the content with similar context meaning for replacement. For example, when the semantic information of the target text unit is a place type, the place type text unit which can be replaced in the current environment is determined according to the real-time environment information, so that the place type text unit is used as a replacement text unit matched with the target text unit.
In a word, the content after replacement can be ensured to be matched with the context meaning in the context according to the semantic information of the target text unit, so that the reading process of the user is not interfered. The electronic book is replaced according to the real-time environment information, and the fact that the replaced content is matched with the current environment of the reading device can be guaranteed, so that a user has an immersive effect, and the user can understand the electronic book content conveniently. Any alternative way that can comprehensively consider real-time environment information of the reading device and semantic information of the target text unit can be used in the invention, and the invention does not limit specific alternative strategies.
Step S130: and replacing the target text unit contained in the text content with a replacement text unit, and displaying the replaced reading page.
Specifically, when the number of the target text units is plural, it is necessary to determine the replacement text units corresponding to the respective target text units one by one and perform the replacement operation one by one, thereby displaying the replaced reading page to the user. When the content is specifically displayed, highlighting processing or thickening processing can be performed on the replacement text units contained in the reading page, so that the user is prompted that the partial content is the replacement content. In addition, the corresponding target text unit can be displayed in the adjacent area of the replaced text unit, so that the user can read the original content at the same time.
Therefore, the method can replace part of the content in the reading page according to the real-time environment information of the reading device, so that the reading page displayed by the electronic book application is more matched with the reading environment of the current reading user, the user can understand the text content of the electronic book in depth, and the reading effect is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for displaying a reading page according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S210: text content corresponding to the reading page is obtained.
The reading page refers to a text page displayed in the electronic book. Specifically, the page to be currently displayed can be used as the reading page, so that part of the content in the page is analyzed and replaced in advance before the current page is rendered.
Or, in order to avoid processing delay and increase the display speed, N text pages to be displayed after the current display page can be obtained in advance when the current display page is rendered by the electronic book, and the N text pages to be displayed after the current display page are used as the reading pages. Wherein N is a natural number. In this manner, the number of reading pages acquired at a time may be one or a plurality. When the number of the reading pages obtained at a time is multiple, multiple continuous text pages can be obtained at a time, and the multiple continuous text pages are used as the reading pages to be processed uniformly, so that the context inconsistency caused by paging is avoided. In addition, in the case of acquiring a plurality of reading pages at a time, in order to further avoid the context incoherence caused by paging, the same vocabulary is prevented from being separated in two pages of contents, and the plurality of reading pages acquired at two adjacent times can be partially overlapped. For example, assuming that pages 3-5 of an electronic book are acquired for the first time, pages 5-7 of the electronic book may be acquired for the second time.
Step S220: target text units contained in the text content are identified.
Specifically, word segmentation processing is carried out on text content to obtain a plurality of text word segments; and identifying entity keywords contained in the text segmentation, and screening target text units from the entity keywords. The text word segmentation in this embodiment may be a single word or a multi-word, and when the text word segmentation is a single word, the word segmentation process may be understood as word segmentation process.
In the implementation, word segmentation words with noun parts of speech can be selected as entity keywords according to the parts of speech of the text segmentation words, and then target text units are selected from the entity keywords. Wherein, the entity keyword refers to: parts of speech is a noun and is a word used to indicate the name of an entity. For example, a person's name, an organization's name, a place's name, and all other entities identified by names may even include words of entities of various names part of speech such as numbers, dates, currencies, addresses, events, etc. In short, any word that is part of the name and can refer to a specific thing can be used as the entity keyword in this embodiment.
In addition, when the target text unit is screened from the entity keywords, the target text unit can be realized through various screening strategies. In this embodiment, it may be realized by at least one of the following implementations:
In a first implementation manner, the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords in the electronic book is counted, and the target text unit is screened according to a comparison result between the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords in the electronic book and the keyword frequency threshold. Specifically, counting the occurrence frequency and/or the occurrence frequency of each entity keyword in the electronic book according to each entity keyword, so as to obtain the occurrence frequency of the entity keyword; and comparing the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords with a preset keyword frequency threshold, and screening the entity keywords as target text units if the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords is lower than the preset keyword frequency threshold. The keyword frequency threshold may be 2, so that the entity keywords that only appear once are screened as the target text units. The inventor finds that the lower the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords is, the lower the influence of the entity keywords on the whole book content is, so that the user cannot be disturbed in understanding the book content after replacement. In addition, the frequency of occurrence of the entity keyword in the electronic book may refer to the frequency of occurrence of the entity keyword in the whole electronic book, or the frequency of occurrence of the entity keyword in the corresponding chapter. Because the partial books contain a plurality of parallel chapters, the content among the parallel chapters is not closely related, and for the books, the occurrence frequency of entity keywords in the corresponding chapters can be counted, and the counting range of the entity keyword frequency can be determined according to the topic type of the electronic book. In addition, the preset keyword frequency threshold can be further set according to the topic type of the electronic book and the type of the entity keywords, so that different keyword frequency thresholds are set for the electronic books with different topic types, and different keyword frequency thresholds are set for the entity keywords with different types.
In a second implementation manner, determining a target subject corresponding to the entity keyword according to the context information of the entity keyword, counting the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the electronic book, and screening target text units according to a comparison result between the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the electronic book and a subject frequency threshold. Specifically, for each entity keyword, the context information corresponding to the entity keyword is obtained, which may specifically be a sentence or paragraph to which the entity keyword belongs. Then, sentence structure components of each sentence in the context, including subject, predicate, object, subject, object, complement, etc., are determined by way of sentence structure analysis, and a target subject corresponding to the entity keyword is determined from the sentence structure components. The target subject refers to a main description object in the context, and may specifically be a person name. Accordingly, entity keywords are typically used to define activity events for the target subject, e.g., information defining when, where, etc., the target subject is performing a particular event. Correspondingly, counting the occurrence frequency and/or the occurrence frequency of the target main body in the electronic book, so as to obtain the occurrence frequency of the target main body; and comparing the occurrence frequency of the target subject with a preset subject frequency threshold, and screening the corresponding entity keywords as target text units if the occurrence frequency of the target subject is lower than the preset subject frequency threshold. The value of the main frequency threshold may be the same as or different from the keyword frequency threshold. The lower the occurrence frequency of the target subject, the lower the influence of the target subject on the whole book content is indicated, so that the corresponding entity keywords are not influenced on the whole book content after being replaced. In addition, similar to the occurrence frequency of the entity keywords, the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the electronic book may refer to the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the whole electronic book, or the occurrence frequency of the target subject in the corresponding chapter.
In a third implementation manner, judging whether the entity keyword appears for the first time in the electronic book; if yes, screening the entity keywords as target text units; if not, acquiring the context information of the entity keywords, and determining whether to screen the entity keywords into target text units according to the context information of the entity keywords. Specifically, if the entity keyword appears for the first time in the electronic book, it is indicated that the keyword is replaced and does not affect the reading of the user, so that the keyword can be replaced. When judging whether the entity keyword appears in the electronic book for the first time, the search range of the entity keyword can be the whole text of the electronic book or a chapter where the entity keyword is located. If the entity keyword does not appear in the electronic book for the first time, in order to avoid influencing the reading process, the context information of the entity keyword needs to be analyzed, whether the entity keyword can be replaced is determined according to the analysis result, specifically, a corresponding execution subject can be determined according to the context information of the entity keyword, and whether the entity keyword can be replaced is determined according to the occurrence frequency of the execution subject.
The above-described implementations may be used alone or in combination, and the invention is not limited in this regard.
Step S230: and acquiring real-time environment information of the reading device.
The real-time environment information of the reading device can be various information such as real-time positioning information, displacement information, current time information and/or the like of the reading device. Specifically, the real-time positioning information of the reading device can be determined by a GPS positioning technology, so that the current geographic position of the reading device is determined as the real-time positioning information. The displacement information of the reading device includes a displacement direction, a displacement speed, and the like, so that it can be recognized whether the reading device is in a moving state, such as a riding state, and the like. The current time information of the reading device can be determined according to the system time, and can be particularly seasonal information such as month, day, etc., information such as working day, day of rest, etc., and time period information (such as morning time period, noon time period, evening time period, etc.), and in a word, the specific granularity of the current time information is not limited. In addition, the real-time environment information of the reading device can also be environment image information acquired by the image acquisition device, and the user can be accurately positioned and the current activity of the user can be estimated by analyzing the environment image information. Or, the real-time environmental information of the reading device can also be environmental sound information collected by the sound collecting device, and the user can be further precisely positioned and the current activity of the user can be presumed by analyzing the environmental sound information. In general, the real-time environment information of the reading device may be in multiple dimensions, which is not limited by the present invention.
Step S240: and determining the replacement text unit matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information of the reading device and the semantic information of the target text unit.
Specifically, firstly, determining the text type of a target text unit according to semantic information of the target text unit; obtaining candidate text units matched with the text types from a preset replacement text database; then, according to the real-time environment information, the candidate text units are screened for the replacement text units matched with the target text unit. The text type of the target text unit is mainly used for identifying the role played by the text unit in the context, and specifically comprises the following steps: a location type, a time type, and/or a person name type. The preset replacing text database is used for storing the replaceable text units, and can be stored in a classified mode according to the text types. For example, the alternative text database may be used to store a plurality of text units corresponding to location types, each text unit being divided into a plurality of groupings based on geographic scope, and accordingly, groupings to which the geographic scope matches may be quickly determined based on real-time positioning information, such that candidate text units are screened from the groupings for replacement. The candidate text units may be place names, store names, school names, hospital names, known characters, friends and relatives of the reading user, and the like.
Specifically, when the candidate text unit is screened for the replacement text unit matched with the target text unit according to the real-time environment information, the current position and time of the user and even the ongoing activities can be further determined by combining the real-time environment information, so that the electronic book content is combined with the user life more closely. For example, according to the positioning information in the real-time environment information, the content of the replaced text unit can be ensured to be matched with the current geographical position of the user, for example, the user is replaced by a name of a school or a hospital nearby the user, so that the user can understand the text unit conveniently. For another example, according to the time information in the real-time environment information, the content of the replaced text unit can be ensured to be matched with the current time of the user, for example, in the lunch time period, the target text unit is replaced by the name of a restaurant, so that convenience is brought to the activities of the user.
Step S250: and replacing the target text unit contained in the text content with a replacement text unit, and displaying the replaced reading page.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the reading of a user, the replacement text units contained in the reading page are displayed according to a preset display style; the preset display style comprises the following steps: a bolded pattern, and/or a highlighted pattern. In this way, the replacement text unit can be highlighted to draw the attention of the user.
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to understand the original content of the electronic book, the original content of the target text unit corresponding to the replaced text unit may be displayed in the adjacent area of the replaced text unit, for example, by means of a popup frame or transparent floating layer, so that the user can intuitively browse the corresponding original content. Or, the query entry element can be displayed in the adjacent area of the replaced text unit, and the original content of the target text unit corresponding to the replaced text unit is displayed when the query request triggered by the query entry element is received.
In addition, when the replacing operation is executed, only the target text unit appearing in the current reading page can be replaced, and the whole electronic book or the same vocabulary in the section to which the target text unit belongs can be replaced completely.
In summary, according to the method in the embodiment of the invention, part of the content in the reading page can be replaced according to the real-time environment information of the reading device, so that the reading page displayed by the electronic book application is more matched with the reading environment of the current reading user, the user can understand the text content of the electronic book in depth, and the reading effect is improved. In addition, the invention combines the related information such as the occurrence frequency of each content to be replaced and the like to screen, thereby ensuring that the reading of the user is not influenced after the replacement. Moreover, the electronic book content is favorably combined with the surrounding environment of the user by replacing the electronic book content according to the real-time environment information of the reading device, so that a more true and relevant reading experience is brought to the user, and the user is helped to understand the electronic book content deeply.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to make the entity keyword identified in step S220 more accurate, the identification may be performed by the following steps:
step one: each word and an initial word vector of each word contained in the text content are obtained, and each word segment and an initial word vector of each word segment contained in the text content are obtained.
Specifically, in this embodiment, on the one hand, each word included in the text content and its corresponding initial word vector need to be obtained in units of words, where the initial word vector may be directly obtained by querying a preset word vector dictionary; on the other hand, each word and the corresponding initial word vector contained in the text content need to be acquired in word units, wherein each word can be determined according to a preset word dictionary, and the initial word vector of each word can be directly acquired by querying the preset word vector dictionary. The invention does not limit the initial word vector and the determination mode of the initial word vector. In addition, the initial word vector acquiring process and the initial word vector acquiring process may be performed simultaneously or sequentially, and the invention is not limited as well.
Step two: determining the semantic word vector of each word according to the initial word vector of each word and the context information of each word in the text content; and determining semantic word vectors of the segmented words according to the initial word vectors of the segmented words and the context information of the segmented words in the text content.
Specifically, for the initial word vector of each word, determining the context information corresponding to the word in the text content according to the position of the word in the text content, and determining the semantic word vector of the word in combination with the context information. It follows that a semantic word vector refers to a word vector that incorporates context information. Similarly, for the initial word vector of each word segment, according to the position of the word segment in the text content, determining the corresponding context information of the word segment in the text content, and determining the semantic word vector of the word segment by combining the context information. It follows that semantic word vectors refer to word vectors that incorporate context information. The invention does not limit the specific acquisition mode of the semantic word vector and the semantic word vector, and any mode capable of fusing the context information can be used for the invention. In addition, the invention does not limit the acquisition sequence of the semantic word vector and the semantic word vector, and the semantic word vector can be acquired simultaneously or sequentially.
Step three: a first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word and a second entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word are determined.
Specifically, according to the semantic word vector of each word, determining a first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word. For example, the first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word can be obtained by means of the word segmentation marker model. The word segmentation marking model can output entity recognition results according to each semantic word vector. Similarly, according to the semantic word vector of each word, determining a first entity identification result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word. For example, a second entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word may be obtained by means of the word segmentation marker model. The word segmentation marking model for outputting the first entity recognition result and the word segmentation marking model for outputting the second entity recognition result may be the same model or different models, which is not limited by the present invention. In addition, the generation process of the first entity identification result and the generation process of the second entity identification result can be performed simultaneously or sequentially, and the specific execution sequence is not limited by the invention.
Step four: and identifying entity keywords contained in the text content according to the first entity identification result and the second entity identification result.
The first entity recognition result is an entity recognition result obtained according to the word vector corresponding to each word, and each entity vocabulary obtained through recognition is specifically marked; correspondingly, the second entity recognition result is an entity recognition result obtained according to the word vector corresponding to each word segmentation, and each entity vocabulary obtained through recognition is labeled. Since the first entity identification result and the second entity identification result are generated according to different bases, there may be a little difference between the two. In this step, entity keywords contained in the text content are finally determined by comparing the difference between the first entity recognition result and the second entity recognition result.
Therefore, in the above manner, on one hand, according to the initial word vector of each word in the text content and the context information of each word in the text content, the semantic word vector of each word is determined, and then the first entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word is determined; on the other hand, according to the initial word vector of each word segment in the text content and the context information of each word segment in the text content, the semantic word vector of each word segment is determined, and then a second entity recognition result corresponding to the semantic word vector of each word is determined. Therefore, the word vector of the word includes more semantic information, so that the above manner in the embodiment can obtain more accurate recognition results, and recognition errors caused by less information of the word vector are avoided.
