Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for determining a referee document based on a front document, under the condition of determining the element characteristics corresponding to the front document and capable of indicating the case situation fact of the front document, at least one referee document with the same element characteristics as the front document is obtained, thereby filtering referee documents with different element characteristics from the element characteristics of the front document, and the referee documents with the same element characteristics as the front document, and also determining the referee document similar to the front document from at least one referee document according to a first component part describing the case situation fact in each referee document with the same element characteristics as the front document and a second component part describing the case situation fact in the front document, so that the pushed referee document is the referee document which is the same as the case fact of the front document and similar to the front document, compared with the existing referee document determining similar manner according to the similarity, the accuracy of the determined official document can be improved.

As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the case of determining the element feature corresponding to the preceding document and capable of indicating the case facts of the preceding document, at least one referee document having the same element feature as the preceding document is acquired, so that referee documents having different element features from the element features of the preceding document can be filtered out based on the element feature, and for referee documents having the same element feature as the preceding document, referee documents similar to the preceding document can be determined from at least one referee document based on the first component part describing the case facts in each referee document having the same element feature as the preceding document and the second component part describing the case facts in the preceding document, so that the determined referee documents are referee documents identical to the case facts of the preceding document and similar to the preceding document, compared to the existing manner of determining similar referee documents based on the similarity, the accuracy of the determined referee document is improved.
What should also be explained here is that: as can be seen from the above illustration of the preset feature matching rule, the preset feature matching rule may correspond to components in the front-end document and the referee document, and based on this, the method for determining the referee document based on the front-end document shown in fig. 2 is further provided, and may include the following steps:
201: determining each component of the front-end document, wherein each component of the front-end document is each independent part related to case trial in the front-end document, and each component can be determined through a document parsing system established in advance, and for this embodiment, each component is not explained again.
For each component, each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, that is, the at least one preset feature matching rule preset for any type of case is as follows: the preset feature matching rules corresponding to each component in the official documents of the type of case are obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situation facts in the components of a plurality of front documents which are the same as those of the front documents, and the detailed description refers to the embodiment of the method, which is not described again.
202: and determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to all components in the prepositive document according to the case composition of the prepositive document. The preset feature matching rules correspond to case sets, so that the preset feature matching rules corresponding to all components in the front-end document can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the case sets and the preset feature matching rules under the condition that the case sets of the front-end document are known.
203: for any one of the components: and judging whether the component has the content which accords with the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component.
The process of determining whether the component has content meeting the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component is similar to the process of determining whether the content meeting the preset feature matching rule exists in the front-end document, which is not described in this embodiment. And the points to be explained are: the content recorded by each component of the prepositioned document is possibly irrelevant to the case fact, such as a title segment, so that preset feature matching rules are not preset for the components irrelevant to the case fact, the preset feature matching rules corresponding to the determined components irrelevant to the case fact are empty, and the element features corresponding to the components irrelevant to the case fact are further determined to be empty. If the component does not have the content meeting the corresponding preset feature matching rule, the corresponding feature of the component is also considered to be empty or prompt information can be output to prompt the manual determination of the feature.
204: and determining the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component. One of the possible ways is: processing the element features corresponding to each component according to a preset element processing rule to obtain the element features corresponding to the front-end document, where the preset element processing rule is at least used for performing deduplication processing and conflict processing on a plurality of initial element features, and reference is made to the relevant description in the above method embodiment, which is not described in this embodiment.
205: at least one referee document having the same element characteristics as the preceding document is acquired. It can be understood that: the official document includes a number of components, such as including but not limited to: the system comprises a title section, a court deeming section, a complaint section, an anti-dialectic section, a fact deeming section and a judgment section, wherein the title section is a part of a front-facing document in which case bases corresponding to the front-facing document are recorded, the court section is a part of the front-facing document in which court information of case trial is recorded, the anti-dialectic section is a part of the front-facing document in which statement contents of an advisee are recorded, the judgment section is a part of the front-facing document in which the contents of court judgment are recorded, and components included in the judgment document can be determined through a pre-established document analysis system.
In the case that the official document includes a plurality of components, at least one preset feature matching rule corresponding to the official document of any case is: the case is composed of a plurality of referee documents, each component of the referee documents corresponds to a preset feature matching rule, the preset feature matching rule corresponding to any component is obtained by summarizing the content related to case situation facts in the components of the referee documents which are the same as the case of the referee documents, and the corresponding element features corresponding to the predetermined referee documents are as follows: for any component of the official document: judging whether the component has the content meeting the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component, and determining the element feature corresponding to the judgment document according to the element feature corresponding to each component.
206: a referee document similar to the preceding document is determined from at least one referee document based on a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the preceding document and a second component part describing case facts in the preceding document.
In this embodiment, for the official documents similar to the preceding document, the present embodiment can also push the official documents similar to the preceding document, and then can display the similar official documents, so that the judge can conveniently view the similar official documents. Wherein the above step 205 and step 206: like the above steps 102 and 103, this embodiment will not be explained.
According to the technical scheme, when each component of the front-end document is determined, the element features corresponding to the front-end document are determined according to the element features corresponding to each component of the front-end document, the purpose of determining the element features corresponding to the front-end document based on the content describing case facts in each component is achieved, the accuracy of the element features is improved, the accuracy of the referee document matched based on the element features is improved, and the accuracy of the referee document similar to the front-end document and determined from the referee document is improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an apparatus for determining a referee document based on a front document, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 3, and the apparatus may include: a first determination unit 11, an acquisition unit 12 and a second determination unit 13.
The first determining unit 11 is configured to determine an element feature corresponding to the preceding document, where the element feature is a content capable of indicating a case fact of the preceding document. In the present embodiment, one possible way for the first determination unit 11 to determine the feature characteristics corresponding to the preceding document is: and determining a preset feature matching rule corresponding to the case of the front document according to the case of the front document, judging whether the front document has contents meeting the preset feature matching rule, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule as the element feature corresponding to the front document.
The preset feature matching rules are obtained by summarizing the content related to case facts in a plurality of previous documents which are the same as the case of the previous document in advance, and each preset feature matching rule corresponds to one element feature.
An obtaining unit 12, configured to obtain at least one referee document having the same element characteristics as the front document, so as to filter out, by the element characteristics, referee documents having element characteristics different from the front document. Specifically, the element features corresponding to each referee document are respectively compared with the element features corresponding to the preceding document, and at least one referee document with the same element features as the preceding document, such as all referee documents with the same element features as the preceding document, is determined.
The process of determining the feature characteristics corresponding to the referee document may be the same as the process of determining the feature characteristics corresponding to the preceding document, for example, it may be determined whether the referee document has content meeting a preset feature matching rule corresponding thereto, and if so, the feature characteristics corresponding to the preset feature matching rule are determined to be the feature characteristics corresponding to the referee document.
A second determination unit 13 for determining a referee document similar to the preceding document from among at least one referee document based on a first component part describing a case fact in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the preceding document and a second component part describing a case fact in the preceding document.
In the present embodiment, the second determination unit 13 determines the feasibility of the referee document similar to the preceding document as follows: calculating the similarity between the first component and the second component of any referee document with the same element characteristics as the preceding document; according to the similarity between the first component and the second component of each official document, the official document similar to the preceding official document is determined, and the specific description and the process refer to the method embodiment, which is not described again.
Under the condition that the referee documents similar to the front documents are determined, the referee documents similar to the front documents can be pushed by the embodiment, and then the similar referee documents can be displayed so that the judge can conveniently check the similar referee documents.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the case of determining the element feature corresponding to the preceding document and capable of indicating the case facts of the preceding document, at least one referee document having the same element feature as the preceding document is acquired, so that referee documents having different element features from the element features of the preceding document can be filtered out based on the element feature, and for referee documents having the same element feature as the preceding document, referee documents similar to the preceding document can be determined from at least one referee document based on the first component part describing the case facts in each referee document having the same element feature as the preceding document and the second component part describing the case facts in the preceding document, so that the determined referee documents are referee documents identical to the case facts of the preceding document and similar to the preceding document, compared to the existing manner of determining similar referee documents based on the similarity, the accuracy of the determined referee document is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows another structure of the apparatus for determining a referee document based on a front document according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of fig. 3, the apparatus may further include: a third determination unit 10.
The third determining unit 10 is configured to determine each component of the front-end document, where each component of the front-end document is each independent part of the front-end document related to case examination, and each component may be determined by a document parsing system established in advance, and for this embodiment, each component is not described again.
For each component, each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, that is, the at least one preset feature matching rule preset for any type of case is as follows: the preset feature matching rules corresponding to each component in the official documents of the type of case are obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situation facts in the components of a plurality of front documents which are the same as those of the front documents, and the detailed description refers to the embodiment of the method, which is not described again.
The corresponding first determination unit 11 determines the element characteristics corresponding to the preamble document by the following process: according to the case of the front-end document, determining a preset feature matching rule corresponding to each component in the front-end document, and for any component: judging whether the component has the content meeting the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component, and determining the element feature corresponding to the front-end document according to the element feature corresponding to each component.
According to the technical scheme, when each component of the front-end document is determined, the element features corresponding to the front-end document are determined according to the element features corresponding to each component of the front-end document, the purpose of determining the element features corresponding to the front-end document based on the content describing case facts in each component is achieved, the accuracy of the element features is improved, the accuracy of the referee document matched based on the element features is improved, and the accuracy of the referee document similar to the front-end document and determined from the referee document is improved.
The present invention also provides a storage medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described method of determining a referee document based on a preamble document.
The invention also provides a processor for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute the method for determining the referee document based on the preposition document.
The device for determining the referee document based on the preposition document comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first determining unit, the acquiring unit, the second determining unit, the third determining unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the accuracy of the determined referee document is improved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having stored thereon a program that, when executed by a processor, implements the method for determining a referee document based on a preamble document.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the method for determining a referee document based on a preamble document is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps:
determining element characteristics corresponding to the preposed documents, wherein the element characteristics are contents capable of indicating case facts of the preposed documents;
acquiring at least one referee document with the same element characteristics as the front document;
and determining a referee document similar to the front document from the at least one referee document according to a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the front document and a second component part describing case facts in the front document.
Preferably, the determining the corresponding feature characteristics of the preamble document includes: according to the case routing of the preposed documents, determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to the case routing of the preposed documents, wherein the preset feature matching rules are obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situations in a plurality of preposed documents which are the same as the case routing of the preposed documents, and each preset feature matching rule corresponds to one element feature;
and judging whether the content meeting the preset feature matching rule exists in the preposed document, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule as the element feature corresponding to the preposed document.
Preferably, the processor executes the program to further implement the following steps: determining each component of the prepositive documents, wherein each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, and the preset feature matching rule corresponding to any component is obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situation facts in the components of a plurality of prepositive documents which are the same as the prepositive documents;
the determining of the element characteristics corresponding to the front documents comprises the following steps: determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to all components in the prepositive document according to the pattern of the prepositive document;
for any one of the components: judging whether the component has the content which accords with the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component;
and determining the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component.
Preferably, the determining the element characteristics corresponding to the front documents according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component part includes: and processing the element characteristics corresponding to each component according to a preset element processing rule to obtain the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document.
Preferably, the determining, from the at least one referee document, a referee document similar to the preceding document based on a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element features as the preceding document and a second component part describing case facts in the preceding document comprises:
calculating the similarity between the first component and the second component of any referee document with the same element characteristics as the preceding document;
and determining the official documents similar to the front documents according to the similarity between the first component and the second component of each official document.
The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
determining element characteristics corresponding to the preposed documents, wherein the element characteristics are contents capable of indicating case facts of the preposed documents;
acquiring at least one referee document with the same element characteristics as the front document;
and determining a referee document similar to the front document from the at least one referee document according to a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the front document and a second component part describing case facts in the front document.
Preferably, the determining the corresponding feature characteristics of the preamble document includes: according to the case routing of the preposed documents, determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to the case routing of the preposed documents, wherein the preset feature matching rules are obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situations in a plurality of preposed documents which are the same as the case routing of the preposed documents, and each preset feature matching rule corresponds to one element feature;

Preferably, the program, when executed on a data processing device, is further adapted to perform a procedure for initializing the following method steps: determining each component of the prepositive documents, wherein each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, and the preset feature matching rule corresponding to any component is obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situation facts in the components of a plurality of prepositive documents which are the same as the prepositive documents;
the determining of the element characteristics corresponding to the front documents comprises the following steps: determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to all components in the prepositive document according to the pattern of the prepositive document;
for any one of the components: judging whether the component has the content which accords with the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component;
and determining the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component.
Preferably, the determining the element characteristics corresponding to the front documents according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component part includes: and processing the element characteristics corresponding to each component according to a preset element processing rule to obtain the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document.
Preferably, the determining, from the at least one referee document, a referee document similar to the preceding document based on a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element features as the preceding document and a second component part describing case facts in the preceding document comprises:
calculating the similarity between the first component and the second component of any referee document with the same element characteristics as the preceding document;
and determining the official documents similar to the front documents according to the similarity between the first component and the second component of each official document.

Claims (10)
1. A method for determining a referee document based on a preamble document, the method comprising:
determining element characteristics corresponding to the preposed documents, wherein the element characteristics are contents capable of indicating case facts of the preposed documents;
acquiring at least one referee document with the same element characteristics as the front document;
and determining a referee document similar to the front document from the at least one referee document according to a first component part describing case facts in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the front document and a second component part describing case facts in the front document.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the element characteristics corresponding to the preamble document comprises: according to the case routing of the preposed documents, determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to the case routing of the preposed documents, wherein the preset feature matching rules are obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situations in a plurality of preposed documents which are the same as the case routing of the preposed documents, and each preset feature matching rule corresponds to one element feature;
and judging whether the content meeting the preset feature matching rule exists in the preposed document, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule as the element feature corresponding to the preposed document.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising: determining each component of the prepositive documents, wherein each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, and the preset feature matching rule corresponding to any component is obtained by summarizing the contents related to case situation facts in the components of a plurality of prepositive documents which are the same as the prepositive documents;
the determining of the element characteristics corresponding to the front documents comprises the following steps: determining preset feature matching rules corresponding to all components in the prepositive document according to the pattern of the prepositive document;
for any one of the components: judging whether the component has the content which accords with the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, and if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component;
and determining the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document according to the element characteristics corresponding to each component.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the corresponding feature characteristic of the preamble document according to the corresponding feature characteristic of each component part comprises: and processing the element characteristics corresponding to each component according to a preset element processing rule to obtain the element characteristics corresponding to the preposed document.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining from said at least one official document a official document similar to said preamble document based on a first component describing case facts in each official document having the same elemental characteristics as said preamble document and a second component describing case facts in said preamble document comprises:
calculating the similarity between the first component and the second component of any referee document with the same element characteristics as the preceding document;
and determining the official documents similar to the front documents according to the similarity between the first component and the second component of each official document.
6. An apparatus for determining a referee document based on a preamble document, the apparatus comprising:
a first determination unit, configured to determine an element feature corresponding to a preceding document, where the element feature is a content capable of indicating a case fact of the preceding document;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire at least one referee document having the same element feature as the preceding document;
a second determination unit configured to determine a referee document similar to the preceding document from among the at least one referee document based on a first component part describing a case fact in each referee document having the same element characteristics as the preceding document and a second component part describing a case fact in the preceding document.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first determining unit is configured to determine, according to a case base of the preceding document, a preset feature matching rule corresponding to the case base of the preceding document, determine whether there is content in the preceding document that meets the preset feature matching rule, and if so, determine an element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule as the element feature corresponding to the preceding document, where the preset feature matching rule is obtained by summarizing content, related to case facts, in a plurality of preceding documents that are the same as the case base of the preceding document, and each preset feature matching rule corresponds to one element feature.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: a third determining unit, configured to determine each component of the preceding documents, where each component corresponds to at least one preset feature matching rule, and the preset feature matching rule corresponding to any component is obtained by summarizing cases from content related to case facts in the components of multiple preceding documents that are the same as the preceding documents;
the first determining unit is configured to determine, according to the case of the preceding document, a preset feature matching rule corresponding to each component in the preceding document, and for any component: judging whether the component has the content which accords with the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component, if so, determining the element feature corresponding to the preset feature matching rule corresponding to the component as the element feature corresponding to the component, and determining the element feature corresponding to the front-end document according to the element feature corresponding to each component.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of determining a referee document based on a preamble document according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A processor for executing a program, wherein the program when executed performs the method for determining a referee document based on a preamble document according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
