and generating a second query statement by taking the law number and the law name as the generation conditions of the query statement on the basis of the first query statement so as to obtain the law content corresponding to the law matched with the law number and the law name.
Preferably, the generating a second query statement by using the french number and the french name as queries based on the first query statement includes:
judging whether the law corresponding to the law name is an entity law;
if the query sentence is an entity law, limiting the legal name according to the legal number, and setting the query condition of the legal name in the second query sentence to be accurate matching;
and if the query sentence is not an entity law, limiting the legal name according to the legal number, and setting the query condition of the legal name in the second query sentence as fuzzy matching.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)
1. A query method for French contents in referee documents is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a referee document;
analyzing the referee document to obtain a law enforcement parameter related to a law enforcement cited by a judgment result in the referee document;
converting the law parameter into a query statement;
and querying in a French database by using the query statement to obtain French contents corresponding to the referee document.
2. The query method according to claim 1, wherein the parsing the referee document to obtain a number of law parameter related to a law of a decision result in the referee document comprises:
calling a preset analysis service to analyze the referee document;
obtaining a judgment result of the judgment document;
and obtaining at least one of the law code number, the law name and the audit date in the judgment result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein converting the legal parameters into a query statement comprises:
and taking the examination date as a time screening condition, and taking the law code and the law name as a content screening condition to obtain the query sentence.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining the french name, the method further comprises:
judging whether the French name accords with a naming rule which can be converted into a query statement;
and if the name does not accord with the naming rule, converting the French name into the French name which accords with the naming rule.
5. The query method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining the french number, the method further comprises:
judging whether the French number is in a specific format which can be converted into an inquiry statement;
and if the special format is not met, converting the French number into the special format.
6. The query method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining a query statement comprises:
taking the approval date as a generation condition of a query statement, and generating a first query statement so that the legal release date and the effective date in the legal content are both before the approval date;
and generating a second query statement by taking the law number and the law name as the generation conditions of the query statement on the basis of the first query statement so as to obtain the law content corresponding to the law matched with the law number and the law name.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the generating a second query statement using the french number and the french name as a query based on the first query statement comprises:
judging whether the law corresponding to the law name is an entity law;
if the query sentence is an entity law, limiting the legal name according to the legal number, and setting the query condition of the legal name in the second query sentence to be accurate matching;
and if the query sentence is not an entity law, limiting the legal name according to the legal number, and setting the query condition of the legal name in the second query sentence as fuzzy matching.
8. An apparatus for querying contents of a french sentence in a referee document, comprising:
an obtaining unit configured to obtain a referee document;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the referee document to obtain a law enforcement parameter related to a law enforcement of a judgment result in the referee document;
the conversion unit is used for converting the law parameter into a query statement;
and the query unit is used for querying in a French database by using the query statement to obtain the French content corresponding to the referee document.
9. An electronic device comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to call program instructions in the memory to perform a method of querying similar referee document french content as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions, which when loaded and executed by a processor, carry out a method of querying for forensic content as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7.
