Digital construction system of cement mixing pile, its characterized in that includes: a control system, a monitoring system and a terminal system; control system is including batching stirring module, spout a module, PLC control module and touch-sensitive screen, batching stirring module, spout a module and touch-sensitive screen respectively with PLC control module electric connection is under construction, monitored control system includes construction data processing module, location monitoring module and resource management module, is used for construction system's parameter integration, monitoring and analysis, monitored control system, terminal system with touch-sensitive screen electric connection realize with control system's data transmission, terminal system is used for construction system's remote management.
2. The digital construction system of the soil-cement mixing pile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the batching and mixing module comprises a batching assembly, a mixer and a slurry storage device, the batching assembly comprises a water scale, a cement scale and an additive scale, and the batching assembly adopts a PR weighing module.
3. The digital construction system for the cement-soil mixing pile as claimed in claim 2, wherein the slurry storage device is provided with an ultrasonic material level meter, and the PLC control module collects material level signals monitored by the ultrasonic material level meter in real time.

The digital construction system for cement-soil mixing piles as claimed in any one of claim 3, wherein the pile-spraying module comprises a material pressing machine and a material spraying device, the PLC control module can adjust the output slurry flow rate of the material pressing machine through a frequency conversion signal, the output slurry flow rate is in positive correlation with the frequency of the frequency conversion signal, the material pressing machine is connected with the slurry storage device and the material spraying device through a pipeline, and slurry in the slurry storage device is conveyed to the material spraying device.

The digital construction system of cement-soil mixing pile as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a flow sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged at the outlet of the pipeline of the pressing machine, so that the PLC control module can obtain the flow parameter and the pressure parameter of the output slurry flow.

The digital construction system of cement-soil mixing pile as claimed in claim 5, wherein a position encoder for acquiring a position signal is provided on the drilling machine of the material spraying device, the PLC control module calculates the slurry flow rate required for the movement of the position according to the position signal and performs PID operation, and the output slurry flow rate can be controlled according to the PID operation result to be consistent with the required slurry flow rate.

The digital construction system of cement-soil mixing pile as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the construction data processing module comprises a data acquisition module and a data analysis module, the data acquisition module is used for acquiring construction data in the construction process and uploading the construction data to the terminal system, and the data analysis module is used for the integrated analysis of the construction data.
8. The digital construction system for cement-soil mixing piles as claimed in claim 7, wherein the location monitoring module comprises location monitoring based on image recognition technology and location monitoring based on GPS technology.

The digital construction system of cement-soil mixing pile of claim 8, characterized in that the resource management module comprises an equipment resource module and a material resource module, the equipment resource module can monitor the status of the construction equipment, and the material resource module can dynamically display the used equipment resource information and material resource information in the construction process through the terminal system.

The digital construction system of cement-soil mixing pile according to claim 9, characterized in that the terminal system comprises a mobile terminal or a web terminal, the terminal system is loaded with a cloud server module and a database module, and the cloud server module can use the data analysis module to preprocess data and transmit the data to the database module for data storage.
11. The digital construction method using the digital construction system for soil-cement mixing piles as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 10, which essentially comprises: a control step and a monitoring step, wherein the control step further comprises the following steps:
step S11: setting construction parameters through a touch screen according to construction process requirements; the construction parameters at least comprise: material mixing parameters, stirring parameters and guniting parameters;
step S12: the batching component automatically carries out batching according to the set batching parameters; after the materials are mixed, the materials are sequentially and automatically put into a stirrer;
step S13: the stirrer performs full-automatic stirring according to the set stirring parameters;
step S14: the system carries out unloading judgment, and the stirrer unloads the slurry to the slurry storage device under the condition of allowing unloading;
step S15: the material pressing machine extracts slurry to the pile spraying equipment;
step S16: controlling the pile spraying equipment to spray the pile, and adjusting the flow of output slurry in real time in the pile spraying process;
the monitoring step comprises the following steps:
step S21: acquiring data of the cement soil mixing pile in real time, wherein the data comprises construction data and positioning data;
step S22: the system uploads data to a cloud server module for preprocessing, wherein the preprocessing process comprises the step of utilizing a data analysis module to perform statistical analysis on construction data of the cement soil mixing pile;
step S23: the cloud server module stores the processed data into the database module;
step S24: and the terminal system remotely accesses the cloud server module and calls and manages the data in the database module.

The method of claim 11, wherein in step S14, the discharging determination is to obtain a level signal from an ultrasonic level gauge in the slurry storage device, determine the level status, and automatically prohibit discharging from the mixer when the level is too high, otherwise, allow discharging from the mixer.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein said adjusting the flow rate of slurry in real time comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a position signal of a drilling machine of the material spraying equipment, calculating the required slurry flow according to the position signal, obtaining the output slurry flow at the outlet of a pipe of the material pressing machine, carrying out PID (proportion integration differentiation) operation on the system by taking the required slurry flow and the output slurry flow as input values, and carrying out frequency conversion control on the output slurry flow of the material pressing machine according to the PID operation result to enable the output slurry flow to be consistent with the required slurry flow.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein the agitation parameters include, but are not limited to: the number of stirring discs, the stirring time and the unloading time of the stirrer; the guniting parameters include, but are not limited to: pile body number, grouting length, and slurry weight per unit length, wherein the construction parameters include but are not limited to: material proportioning parameters, stirring parameters and guniting parameters.
