Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the using process of the air conditioner, perfume or other liquid is added into the liquid storage tank 131, then the atomizer 132 is started to atomize the liquid, meanwhile, the second fan 134 is started to match with the mist inlet pipe 133 to convey the atomized liquid in the liquid storage tank 131 into the air outlet structure 4, and the air blown out by the air conditioner enters the room, so that the function of eliminating the indoor peculiar smell is realized, in the long-time using process, when a large amount of dust is stained on the nylon net 114, and the peculiar smell of the dust affects the indoor air, the water pump 115 is started to enable the water suction pipe 116 to suck the water on the inner side of the partition plate 112, and then the water is sprayed on the nylon net 114 through the spray pipe 117, so that the simple and easy dust work is realized, so that the peculiar smell emitted by the dust is reduced, when the rotating angle is needed for use, the shell 1 can be matched with the vertical upright post 123 and the top disc 124 to, when the proper angle is reached, the fixing nuts 126 on the outer wall of the moving rod 127 are tightened to fix and complete the positioning by cooperating with the top plate 124, and when the maintenance is needed, the rear cover 3 at the rear part of the housing 1 is removed, and then the mounting plate frame 55 is pulled to be removed from the housing 1, so that the structures on the mounting plate frame 55, the first assembling plate 57 and the second assembling plate 58 can be more conveniently maintained.

An intelligent vertical air conditioner is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a microcomputer digital controller (2), a rear cover (3), an air outlet structure (4), a movable assembling frame structure (5), a fixed rectangular block (6), a heat exchanger (7), an expansion valve (8), a first fan (9), a compressor (10), a cleanable air inlet box structure (11), a rotatable supporting seat structure (12) and an auxiliary atomizing box structure (13), wherein the microcomputer digital controller (2) is arranged on the middle upper part of the left side of the shell (1) through bolts; the rear cover (3) is mounted on the rear wall of the shell (1) through bolts; the air outlet structure (4) is arranged on the left side of the upper side in the shell (1) through a bolt; the movable assembling frame structure (5) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (1); the fixed rectangular blocks (6) are respectively and integrally arranged in the middle parts of the upper right part and the lower right part of the inner wall of the movable assembling frame structure (5); the heat exchanger (7) is arranged between the fixed rectangular block (6) and the fixed rectangular block (6) through bolts; the expansion valve (8) is in threaded connection with the middle part of the left side of the heat exchanger (7); the first fan (9) is mounted in the middle of the inner wall of the movable assembling frame structure (5) through a bolt; the compressor (10) is mounted on the lower part of the inner wall of the movable assembling frame structure (5) through bolts; the cleanable air inlet box structure (11) is arranged at the middle lower part of the front part of the shell (1); the rotatable supporting seat structure (12) is arranged at the lower end of the shell (1); the auxiliary atomization box structure (13) is arranged at the left upper side of the rear part of the shell (1); the movable assembling frame structure (5) comprises a fixed plate frame (51), a supporting plate (52), a pulley (53), a connecting plate (54), an installing plate frame (55), a sealing plate (56), a first assembling plate (57), a second assembling plate (58), a communicating pipeline (59) and an air outlet pipe (510), wherein the fixed plate frame (51) is respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the upper part and the lower part of the inner wall of the shell (1) through bolts; the supporting plate (52) is arranged on the inner side of the fixing plate frame (51) through bolts; the pulleys (53) are respectively inserted into the left side and the right side between the fixed plate frame (51) and the supporting plate (52); the connecting plate (54) is welded on the periphery of the outer wall of the mounting plate frame (55) and is in shaft connection with the pulley (53); the sealing plate (56) is mounted at the front part of the mounting plate frame (55) through bolts; the first assembling plate (57) and the second assembling plate (58) are respectively installed on the middle upper part and the lower part of the inner wall of the installing plate frame (55) through bolts, the compressor (10) is installed on the right lower part of the inner wall of the fixing plate frame (51) through bolts, and the first fan (9) is installed on the right side of the upper part of the first assembling plate (57) through bolts; the communicating pipeline (59) is integrally arranged at the right side in the second assembly plate (58); the air outlet pipe (510) is integrally arranged at the upper part of the left side of the mounting plate frame (55) and is connected with the air outlet structure (4) through a bolt; the cleanable air inlet box structure (11) comprises a working box (111), a partition plate (112), an air inlet (113), a nylon net (114), a water pump (115), a water suction pipe (116), a spray pipe (117), a water discharge pipe (118) and a sealing cover (119), wherein the working box (111) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the front surface of the shell (1) through bolts; the separation plate (112) is integrally arranged on the right side of the inner wall of the working box (111); the air inlets (113) are respectively arranged at the front part and the rear part of the left side in the working box (111), and a first fan (9) is inserted in the air inlets (113); the nylon net (114) is arranged between the inner wall of the working box (111) and the partition plate (112) through bolts; the water pump (115) is arranged in the middle of the upper side inside the working box (111) through bolts; the water suction pipe (116) is connected to the right side of the water pump (115) in a flange manner; the spraying pipe (117) is connected to the left side of the water pump (115) in a flange mode, and the spraying pipe (117) is embedded in the left upper side inside the working box (111); the drain pipe (118) is integrally arranged on the right side of the lower part of the working box (111); the sealing cover (119) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the drain pipe (118).

The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotatable supporting base structure (12) comprises a base (121), a sleeve bearing (122), an upright post (123), a top plate (124), a movable hole (125), a fixing nut (126) and a movable rod (127), wherein the sleeve bearing (122) is embedded in the middle of the upper side inside the base (121); the vertical column (123) is welded in the middle of the lower end of the top plate (124), and the lower part of the vertical column (123) is embedded in the sleeve bearing (122); the top disc (124) is mounted at the lower end of the shell (1) through bolts; the movable holes (125) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side inside the top disc (124); the fixed nut (126) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer wall of the movable rod (127); the movable rods (127) are respectively and integrally arranged at the left side and the right side of the base (121).

The intelligent vertical air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary atomization tank structure (13) comprises a liquid storage tank (131), an atomizer (132), a mist inlet pipe (133), a second fan (134) and a protective cover (135), the liquid storage tank (131) is mounted on the left upper side of the rear part of the shell (1) through bolts; the atomizer (132) is mounted on the right side of the lower side in the liquid storage tank (131) through bolts; one end of the mist inlet pipe (133) is in threaded connection with the front part of the second fan (134), and the other end of the mist inlet pipe is in threaded connection with the rear part of the air outlet structure (4); the second fan (134) is embedded in the left upper side of the interior of the liquid storage tank (131).

The intelligent floor air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front of the fixing plate frame (51) is sealed by a sealing plate (56), and the rear of the fixing plate frame (51) is sealed by the rear cover (3), and the inner walls of the fixing plate frame (51) are respectively provided with a first assembling plate (57) and a second assembling plate (58).

The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pulleys (53) at the outer side of the fixing plate frame (51) are installed between the fixing plate frame (51) and the support plate (52), and the fixing plate frame (51) and the support plate (52) are installed on the inner wall of the housing (1).

The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein a spraying opening is arranged at the lower part of the spraying pipe (117), the spraying pipe (117) is arranged at the upper side of the front part of the nylon net (114), and the spraying opening at the lower part of the spraying pipe (117) is inclined corresponding to the nylon net (114).

The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the partition plate (112) is made of L-shaped PVC plastic plate, the partition plate (112) is arranged at the upper right side inside the working box (111), and a suction pipe (116) is inserted into the inner side of the partition plate (112).
8. The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sleeve bearing (122) is embedded with a vertical column (123), and the vertical column (123) and the sleeve bearing (122) are installed between the base (121) and the housing (1).
9. The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the movable holes (125) at the left and right sides inside the top plate (124) are arranged in an arc shape, and the movable rods (127) are inserted into the movable holes (125).
10. The intelligent vertical air conditioner as claimed in claim 3, wherein the front end of the liquid storage tank (131) is communicated with the air outlet structure (4) through a mist inlet pipe (133).
