The externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 1, wherein the spraying system comprises a water tank (2) arranged in the casing (1), a water pump (4) arranged at a water outlet of the water tank (2), a spray head (15) communicated with the water pump (4) through a water pipe (5), and a water outlet pipe (20) arranged at the bottom of the air duct (22), and a nozzle of the spray head (15) faces the high-voltage electrostatic dust collection plate (16).
3. An externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 2, wherein the spraying system further comprises a rotating rod (14) arranged in the casing (1) and a steering engine (13) arranged at one end of the rotating rod (14), the steering engine (13) is installed on the inner wall of the casing (1), and the spray head (15) is installed on the rotating rod (14).
4. An externally mounted fresh air purification machine according to claim 2, wherein a U-shaped valve (19) is provided on the water outlet pipe (20).
5. An externally-mounted fresh air cleaner according to claim 2, wherein a water guard (21) for preventing water from entering the suction fan (23) is provided on the bottom of the air duct (22).
6. The externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 1, wherein the high-voltage electrostatic dust collecting plate (16) comprises a plurality of vertically-arranged conductive flat plates, and each conductive flat plate is provided with a heating wire (17) wrapped by an insulating layer.
7. An externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 1, wherein an air inlet is provided at the bottom of the casing (1), the air suction fan (23) is mounted on the air inlet, and the second humidity sensor (24) and the second air sensor (25) are mounted outside the air inlet.
8. An externally mounted fresh air purification machine according to claim 1, wherein a first air sensor (12) is provided inside the casing (1) and at the position of the blowing fan (11).
9. The externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 1, wherein a first humidity sensor (18) is disposed below the high-voltage electrostatic dust collecting plate (16).
10. An externally-mounted fresh air purifier according to claim 1, wherein a solar panel (26) is mounted on one side of the outer wall of the casing (1), and an advertisement panel (28) is mounted on the other side of the outer wall.
