本发明公开了一种天然再生纤维织物及其织造方法,包括无光人造丝45~55%、棉28~32%、再生纤维素纤维15~17%和氨纶3~5%。本发明采用无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆作为经线,以及经向和纬向的不同原料的设置,解决了现有的再生纤维素纤维强力低,导致尺寸稳定性差和防皱性差的问题。并且本发明采用变化五枚缎进行织布,通过浮长的渐变再搭配纬丝的色纱,形成左列的颜色、光泽、质感从上向下发生渐变,右列的颜色、光泽、质感从下向上发生渐变,布面形成渐变、交错、朦胧、梦幻的新型风格。本发明产品具有良好的舒适性、环保性,外观新颖别致,是制作内衣、休闲装、床上用品的佳品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然再生纤维织物及其织造方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
再生纤维素纤维是指通过回收以棉、麻、竹、人造棉等纤维素纤维类服用产品及其废旧物料,或从树皮、农作物、植物中提取纤维素成分,再通过加工获得的纤维素类纤维。因100%纯天然材质,自然生物降解、无添加、无重金属、无有害化学物,对皮肤亲和无刺激,它是一种性能优良的环保型“绿色”纤维。再生纤维素纤维面料,被誉为“会呼吸的面料”,夏天穿着不会感觉到闷热,透气性优于纯棉织物,是理想的贴身织物和保健服饰产品,有利于人体生理循环和健康。再生纤维素纤维也存在织物尺寸稳定性差、防皱性差等缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种天然再生纤维织物的织造方法。通过混纺技术、交织技术、织造加工等方式可有效改善其缺点,并提升其保健、舒适、透气等综合功能。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种天然再生纤维织物,包括无光人造丝45~55%、棉28~32%、再生纤维素纤维15~17%和氨纶3~5%。
进一步地,所述的天然再生纤维织物由经线和纬线织造而成;所述的经线是将无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆得到,包覆捻度为720T/S;所述的纬线为再生纤维素纤维与棉纱按照1:1.5~2.5比例混纺得到。
进一步地,所述的经线中,无光人造丝与氨纶的比例为8~12:1。
进一步地,所述的天然再生纤维织物的组织结构为变化五枚缎,表现为双色双向逐渐竖条。
进一步地,所述的变化五枚缎是将五枚缎的组织结构每隔10根纱线增加一根浮长点,逐渐过渡到反五枚缎。通过浮长的渐变再搭配纬丝的色纱,形成左列的颜色、光泽、质感从上向下发生渐变,右列的颜色、光泽、质感从下向上发生渐变,布面形成渐变、交错、朦胧、梦幻的新型风格。
进一步地,所述的天然再生纤维织物的经密47.8根/cm,纬密41.3根/cm。
进一步地,所述的天然再生纤维织物的幅宽150cm,重量145克/平方米。
本发明的第二个目的是提供所述的天然再生纤维织物的织造方法,包括如下步骤:将无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆得到经线,包覆捻度为720T/S;所述的纬线为再生纤维素纤维与棉纱按照1:1.5~2.5比例混纺得到纬线,将经线和纬线进行织造,织造时使用喷气织机生产,上机11号筘4入,纬密27梭,幅宽163厘米。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆作为经线,以及经向和纬向的不同原料的设置,解决了现有的再生纤维素纤维强力低,导致尺寸稳定性差和防皱性差的问题。
并且本发明采用变化五枚缎进行织布,通过浮长的渐变再搭配纬丝的色纱,形成左列的颜色、光泽、质感从上向下发生渐变,右列的颜色、光泽、质感从下向上发生渐变,布面形成渐变、交错、朦胧、梦幻的新型风格。
本发明产品具有良好的舒适性、环保性,外观新颖别致,是制作内衣、休闲装、床上用品的佳品。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
1、按照10:1的比例,将D100无光人造丝与D40氨纶进行机器包覆,包覆捻度为720T/S,得到经线;将以棉、粘胶为主的回收再生纤维素纤维染色(本试验染黑色)后,再生纤维素纤维与棉纱按照黄金比例,棉66.7%,再生纤维素纤维33.3%,进行混纺,得到纬线。
2、使用喷气织机生产,上机11号筘4入,纬密27梭,幅宽163厘米,组织结构为变化五枚缎。
本实施例制备的成品技术指标:1)成分:无光人造丝50%,棉30%,再生纤维素纤维15%,氨纶5%;2)经密47.8根/cm,纬密41.3根/cm;3)幅宽150cm,重量145克/平方米;4)吸湿量15%;5)经向弹性28%。

1.一种天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,包括无光人造丝45~55%、棉28~32%、再生纤维素纤维15~17%和氨纶3~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的天然再生纤维织物由经线和纬线织造而成;所述的经线是将无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆得到,包覆捻度为720T/S;所述的纬线为再生纤维素纤维与棉纱按照1:1.5~2.5比例混纺得到。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的经线中,无光人造丝与氨纶的比例为8~12:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的天然再生纤维织物的组织结构为变化五枚缎,表现为双色双向逐渐竖条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的变化五枚缎是将五枚缎的组织结构每隔10根纱线增加一根浮长点,逐渐过渡到反五枚缎。
6.根据权利要求2所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的天然再生纤维织物的经密47.8根/cm,纬密41.3根/cm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的天然再生纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的天然再生纤维织物的幅宽150cm,重量145克/平方米。
8.一种权利要求1~7任一项所述的天然再生纤维织物的织造方法,其特征在于,将无光人造丝与氨纶进行机器包覆得到经线,包覆捻度为720T/S;所述的纬线为再生纤维素纤维与棉纱按照1:1.5~2.5比例混纺得到纬线,将经线和纬线进行织造,织造时使用喷气织机生产,上机11号筘4入,纬密27梭,幅宽163厘米。
