本发明涉及一种竹炭纤维织物面料制备方法,采用喷水织机,选用消光锦纶做经线,竹碳纤维作纬线,总经:13592根,使用23#钢筘穿筘,上机筘幅为178cm,上机纬密55根/厘米,边同地;采用12片综框一顺穿,采用12*12变化组织交织规律,通过经纬浮长的交替变化,形成面料外观的三维立体感。本发明通过原料规格、织造规格等完整工艺的搭配,具新颖性、环保性、舒适性、保健性、多功能性,填补市场的空白,引导并满足消费者的需求。耐水洗、耐汗渍色牢度达到4级及以上。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹炭纤维织物面料制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
竹碳纤维是竹纤维的一种,是利用可再生的竹材资源开发的又一个全新的具有卓越性能的环保材料。竹碳纤维科技含量高,其产品具有优良的抗菌除异味、吸湿放湿、负离子透气、防静电、抗电磁辐射、柔软、土壤可降解、冬暖夏凉、抗起毛起球、易打理、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等优点,同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。目前市场上,使用竹碳纤维的布料产品,主要是针织布,都是用于内衣、毛巾、床单等,竹碳纤维机织物面料基本没有,用于休闲服的面料也几乎没有,有的企业也在研发起步阶段,还没有成熟的工艺和产品,不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种竹炭纤维织物面料制备方法,使用竹碳纤维经喷水织机制织。
上述的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种竹炭纤维织物面料制备方法,采用喷水织机,选用消光锦纶做经线,竹碳纤维作纬线,总经:13592 根,使用23# 钢筘穿筘,上机筘幅为178cm,上机纬密55 根/ 厘米,边同地;采用12 片综框一顺穿,采用12*12 变化组织交织规律,通过经纬浮长的交替变化,形成面料外观的三维立体感。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明选用新型环保原料——灰色竹碳纤维作纬丝,使产品充分发挥竹碳纤维的特性——环保性、舒适性、保健性。利用消光锦纶丝与竹碳纤维交织,实现原料性能的互助互补。设计适合的组织规律,使面料具有鸟巢状三维立体感。采用色丝进行试制,产品不需染色,即节电节水,又保证了产品的环保性。通过原料规格、织造规格等完整工艺的搭配,研发试制成兼具新颖性、环保性、舒适性、保健性、多功能性的面料新产品,填补市场的空白,引导并满足消费者的需求。耐水洗、耐汗渍色牢度达到4 级及以上。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
