For more than 10 years, the steel coil transportation of metallurgical enterprises, especially the steel coil transportation of newly-built hot rolling factories, basically adopts a tray type transportation scheme, wherein the scheme is divided into two types, namely double-layer tray transportation and double-row tray transportation. The tray transportation system of the horsesteel 2250mm hot rolling mill is a first double-layer tray transportation system in the world, the tray transportation system of the first steel Jingtang 2250mm hot rolling mill is a first double-row tray transportation system in the world, and the double-row tray transportation technology has more obvious advantages than a double-layer tray transportation technology. Although the pallet-type transportation technology meets the production requirement of the modern hot rolling mill at a fast pace, the following defects also exist: the road trafficability is poor, and underground tunnels or elevated frames are generally needed when the road is crossed; the longer the transport distance is, the more the motors and sensors are needed, so that the workload of cable laying is large, and the running reliability of equipment is reduced; the civil engineering construction workload is large, the precision requirement of equipment installation is high, and the construction period is long.
In order to solve the limitation of the pallet transportation, the first steel international engineering company develops the first new-energy intelligent pallet truck steel coil transportation system with completely independent intellectual property in the world in recent years, and compared with the pallet transportation system, the system has more application advantages and innovativeness: the pure super capacitor is adopted for power supply, braking energy can be recovered, the whole life cycle is pollution-free, and the method conforms to the concepts of green, environmental protection, low carbon and energy conservation; the limit of the traditional power supply mode is overcome, the transportation equipment gets rid of the dependence on cables, a large number of cables can be saved, the construction scheme is simplified, the engineering investment is reduced, and the operation cost is reduced; the transportation cost is greatly reduced by adopting rail transportation, the road trafficability is good, and the transportation can be crossed with social roads; and by adopting wireless communication, the radiation of a control cable is reduced, and the automation degree is high. At present, a plurality of production lines all adopt a tray steel coil transportation system, the passing performance of the tray steel coil transportation system is poor when the tray steel coil transportation system passes through a road, and the tray steel coil transportation system generally adopts the combination of tray steel coil transportation and automobile transportation to complete the steel coil transportation task of a production line and a workshop steel coil warehouse. The invention comprises a liftable heavy-load roller way 1, a tray 3, a liftable light-load roller way 4, a rotary table 5, a tray roller way vehicle 6, a track 7, a heavy-load roller way 8 and a light-load roller way 9; the liftable heavy-load roller way 1, the liftable light-load roller way 4, the rotary table 5, the track 7, the heavy-load roller way 8 and the light-load roller way 9 are all arranged on a civil foundation or a support; the tray 3 carrying the steel coil can stay on the lifting heavy-load roller bed 1, the tray roller bed vehicle 6 or the heavy-load roller bed 8; the empty tray 3 can stay on the lifting heavy-load roller way 1, the lifting light-load roller way 4, the tray roller way vehicle 6, the heavy-load roller way 8 or the light-load roller way 9; the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 and the heavy-load roller way 8 are arranged on a heavy-load line, the liftable light-load roller way 4 and the light-load roller way 9 are arranged on a light-load line, and the heavy-load line and the light-load line are arranged in parallel; the heavy-load roller way 8 and the light-load roller way 9 belong to equipment in a pallet transport system, and the pallet roller way vehicle 6, the track 7 and the rotary table 5 belong to equipment in a pallet vehicle transport system; the tray roller way vehicle 6 is arranged on the track 7, a tray roller way is arranged on the tray roller way vehicle 6, and the tray 3 loaded with the steel coil is arranged on the tray roller way and can run on the tray roller way.
The lifting heavy-load roller way 1 is arranged between a heavy-load roller way 8 and a rotary table 5, and the height of the tray 3 carrying the steel coil from the heavy-load roller way 8 is changed. When the tray 3 loaded with the steel coil on the heavy-load roller way 8 runs onto the liftable heavy-load roller way 1, under the action of lifting devices of the liftable heavy-load roller way (1) and the liftable light-load roller way (4), the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 and the tray 3 loaded with the steel coil thereon are lifted to the height of the roller surface of the liftable heavy-load roller way 1, which is the same as the roller surface of the tray roller way trolley 6, so that the tray 3 loaded with the steel coil can run onto the tray roller way trolley 6, and then the tray roller way trolley 6 finishes the transportation of the tray 3 loaded with the steel coil; the liftable light-load roller way 4 is arranged between the rotary table 5 and the light-load roller way 9, the liftable light-load roller way 4 keeps the roller surface of the liftable light-load roller way 4 and the roller surface of the tray roller way vehicle 6 at the same height under the action of the liftable heavy-load roller way (1) and the lifting device of the liftable light-load roller way (4), receives the empty tray 3 on the tray roller way vehicle 6, then descends until the roller surface of the liftable light-load roller way 4 and the roller surface of the light-load roller way 9 are at the same height, and starts to rotate the liftable light-load roller way 4 and the light-load roller way 9, so that the empty tray 3 runs onto the light-load roller way 9, and the empty tray 3 is returned to the tray transportation system; the rotary table 5 is arranged at the end part of the track 7 to realize the turning around of the tray roller way vehicle 6.
The tray 3 carrying the steel coil can run on the lifting heavy-load roller bed 1 and the tray roller bed vehicle 6 and can complete positioning; the empty tray 3 can run on the lifting light-load roller way 4 and the tray roller way vehicle 6, and can complete positioning. The rotary table 5 changes the running direction of the tray roller way trolley 6, and positioning devices are arranged on the rotary table 5 and the tray roller way trolley 6; the tray roller way vehicle 6 is provided with a power supply and a control system, can automatically run on the track 7, and can finish accurate positioning on the rotary table 5.
The lifting heavy-load roller way 1, the lifting light-load roller way 4, the roller way of the tray roller way vehicle 6, the heavy-load roller way 8 and the light-load roller way 9 are all provided with roller way motors and proximity switches, and the tray 3 can run on the roller way motors and complete the tracking and positioning of the tray 3.
The lifting device of the lifting heavy-load roller way 1 and the lifting light-load roller way 4 is driven by an electric cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.
The tray roller way vehicle 6 comprises a vehicle body 61, a heavy-load roller way 62, a roller way motor 63, a driven roller 64, a locking device 65, a vehicle positioning device 66, a tray positioning device 67, a transmission device 68, a charging rail 69, a walking motor 610, a super capacitor cabinet 611 and a control cabinet 612; a charging rail (69) is arranged on the side surface of the vehicle body, and a super capacitor cabinet 611 and a control cabinet 612 are arranged on the vehicle body 61;
the heavy-load roller way 62, the driven roller 64, the locking device 65 and the tray positioning device 67 are all arranged above the vehicle body 61; the roller motor 63 is installed on the side surface of the vehicle body; the positioning device 66 and the transmission device 68 are arranged below the vehicle body 61;
the roller way motor 63 is connected with the heavy-duty roller way 62, and the transmission device 68 is connected with the walking motor 610.
The induction scale for positioning the tray roller way trolley 6 is arranged on the rotary table 5, so that the tray roller way trolley 6 is positioned on the rotary table 5.
The invention has the advantages that the invention can change the running height of the tray without the need of the overhead traveling crane to coil, automatically transport the tray and the steel coil of the tray transportation system into the tray truck transportation system, and automatically return the empty tray into the tray transportation system, thereby realizing the seamless connection between the tray transportation system and the tray truck transportation system, and having high automation degree, small labor intensity, safety and reliability.

The rotary table 5, the track 7, the heavy-load roller way 8 and the light-load roller way 9 are arranged on a civil foundation. The tray 3 carrying the steel coil can run on the lifting heavy-load roller bed 1 and the tray roller bed vehicle 6 and can complete positioning; the empty tray 3 can run on the lifting light-load roller way 4 and the tray roller way vehicle 6, and can complete positioning. The rotary table 5 changes the running direction of the tray roller bed vehicle 6 and is provided with a positioning device; the tray roller way vehicle 6 is provided with a power supply and a control system, can automatically run on the track 7, and can finish accurate positioning on the rotary table 5.
The lifting heavy-load roller way 1 and the lifting light-load roller way 4 are both electrically driven and positioning devices 67 of the tray 3, and the tray 3 can be accurately positioned above; the power of the lifting devices of the two devices can be electrically or hydraulically driven.
The tray roller way vehicle 6 is provided with a heavy-load roller way 62, the tray 3 carrying the steel coil and the empty tray 3 can run on the heavy-load roller way, and the tray positioning device 67 and the locking device 65 are also arranged.
The operation mode of the invention is as follows:
the rotary table 5 rotates, the tray roller way vehicle 6 reaches the position of the tray 3 carrying the steel coil, the tray 3 carrying the steel coil moves to the liftable heavy-load roller way 1, after the positioning, the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 is driven by the lifting device to lift to the height which is the same as the height of the roller surface of the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 and the roller surface on the tray roller way vehicle 6, the roller ways on the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 and the tray roller way vehicle 6 start to rotate, the tray 3 carrying the steel coil 2 is transmitted to the tray roller way vehicle 6, the roller way on the tray roller way vehicle 6 and the liftable roller way heavy load 1 stop rotating when the positioning is carried out, at the moment, the liftable heavy-load roller way 1 starts to descend to the initial position to prepare for next tray 3 carrying the steel coil 2, the tray roller way vehicle 6 locks the loaded steel coil 3, the walking motor 610 of the tray roller way vehicle 6 starts to operate, the tray 3 carried by the tray roller way vehicle 6 advances along the track 7, when the aim is reached, the steel coil 2 is unloaded, the tray roller way vehicle 6 drives the empty tray 3 to move forwards and returns to the rotary table 5, the empty tray 3 is locked and unlocked, the liftable light-load roller way 4 and the roller surface on the tray roller way vehicle 6 are at the same height, the roller way on the tray roller way vehicle 6 and the liftable light-load roller way 4 start to rotate, the empty tray 3 is stopped on the liftable light-load roller way 4 under the driving of the roller way, the liftable light-load roller way 4 is driven by the lifting device to be lowered to the same height as the roller surface of the light-load roller way 9, the light-load roller way 9 and the liftable light-load roller way 4 start to rotate, the empty tray 3 returns to the original tray transportation system under the driving of the roller way, the liftable light-load roller way 4 is driven by the lifting device to be raised to the height of the empty tray 3 to prepare for next empty tray 3, the rotary table 5 rotates to transport the tray roller way 6 to the position of the tray 3 carrying the steel coil, a tray 3 on which a steel coil is placed is prepared.
