a. cleaning and emptying the full-flow liquid straight pipe (1) and the full-flow liquid horizontal pipe (2) by introducing steam;
b. determining the specific position of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1) where the partition plate (3) needs to be installed, drawing a cutting circumferential line around the circumference of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1) at the determined position, dividing a semicircle of the cutting circumferential line into a plurality of equally divided points, and drawing a perpendicular line perpendicular to the cutting circumferential line on each equally divided point;
c. a connecting plate (12) with a V-shaped groove is respectively welded on each equant point, the angle of the V-shaped groove is 60-120 degrees, the angular bisector of the V-shaped groove is opposite to the cutting circumferential line, and the connecting plate (12) is welded on the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1) along the vertical line;
d. cutting the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1) along the cutting circumferential line of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1);
e. a partition plate (3) is inserted into a gap of the cut full flow liquid vertical pipe (1), the material of the partition plate (3) is the same as that of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1), and the diameter of the partition plate (3) is larger than that of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1);
f. welding the partition plate (3) and the cut full-flow liquid vertical pipe (1) together;
g. the side wall of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1) above the partition plate (3) is provided with a hole, the hole diameter of the hole is the same as the diameter of the transverse pipe of the L-shaped bent pipe (4), and the outer end of the transverse pipe of the L-shaped bent pipe (4) is welded with the hole of the full flow liquid vertical pipe (1);
h. welding and connecting the upper end of a straight pipe of the L-shaped bent pipe (4) with a straight pipe on one side of the n-shaped bent pipe (5), wherein the distance between the center of the top of the n-shaped bent pipe and the center of the bottom of the L-shaped bent pipe is a liquid seal height;
l, forming a hole in the full-flow liquid transverse pipe (2), wherein the hole position is opposite to the straight pipe on the other side of the n-shaped bent pipe (5), the hole diameter of the hole is the same as the pipe diameter of the straight pipe of the n-shaped bent pipe (5), and the straight pipe of the n-shaped bent pipe (5) is connected with the hole in a welding mode;
j. the side wall of a connecting pipe of the straight pipe of the n-shaped bent pipe (5) and the L-shaped bent pipe (4) is provided with a hole, the aperture of the connecting pipe is matched with the diameter of the liquid supplementing pipe (6), the lower end of the liquid supplementing pipe (6) is welded with the hole, and the liquid supplementing valve (7) is additionally arranged in the liquid supplementing pipe (6).

The method for installing a safety hydraulic seal of a full flow pipe of a tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the bottom of the L-shaped bent pipe (4) and the full-flow liquid transverse pipe (2) are respectively provided with holes, the hole diameter of the hole is respectively matched with the diameter of the liquid discharge pipe (8), two ends of the liquid discharge pipe (8) are respectively welded with the bottom of the L-shaped bent pipe (4) and the holes of the full-flow liquid transverse pipe (2), and a liquid discharge valve (9) is additionally arranged in the liquid discharge pipe (8).
5. The method for installing a safety hydraulic seal of a full flow pipe of a tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the top of the transverse pipe of the n-shaped bent pipe (5) is provided with a hole, the aperture of the transverse pipe is matched with the diameter of the exhaust pipe (10), the lower end of the exhaust pipe (10) is welded with the top of the transverse pipe of the n-shaped bent pipe (5), and the exhaust valve (11) is additionally arranged in the exhaust pipe (10).
