The outer groove of the miniature thrust angular contact ball bearing is generally of a half-groove and straight-slope structure, and the mutual position interrelation of the diameter of the slope top and the diameter of the groove bottom determines the rotation and assembly precision of the bearing, so that the size difference and the action tolerance of the diameter of the slope top and the diameter of the groove bottom are important links for ensuring the product precision.
The existing grinding process method is to use a special bearing outer groove grinding machine to grind a groove and then axially move a workpiece shaft to grind a straight slope part. However, because the method positions the bearing by the outer diameter and the end face of the bearing by the spring chuck, the positioning precision of the positioning method is low, and the requirement on the processing skill of an operator is very high. Therefore, the installation positioning precision of the bearing ring and the axial moving speed and precision of the workpiece shaft directly influence the interrelation and geometric precision of the groove and the slope, and the axial feeding and the radial feeding of the processing method are both manual operations, which directly influences the consistency of the bearing ring channel.

The bearing outer ring groove slope grinding process method is realized according to the following steps:

thirdly, finely grinding: setting the rotating speed of the ground bearing ring to be 100-140 rpm, performing rough grinding through oilstone, adjusting the rotating speed of the ground bearing ring to be 180-220 rpm, and continuing to use oilstone for fine grinding to finish grinding of the groove slope of the bearing outer ring.
Because the groove curvature of the outer groove of the miniature thrust angular contact ball bearing is too small, and the distance from the straight slope to the groove bottom is too small, the grinding wheel is difficult to finish by using the traditional interpolation method, the invention can realize the one-time grinding of the groove slope by finishing the outline shape of the grinding wheel, so that the slope is 0.01-0.02 mm lower than the groove, the accuracy of the groove curvature and the fineness of the surface appearance are ensured, the pressure rotor is adopted to ensure the accurate positioning and the stable rotation of the bearing outer ring during grinding, the grinding amount of final grinding is controlled to be 0.02-0.04 mm, the dimensional precision and the geometric precision of the outer ring groove are improved, and a good foundation is provided for fine grinding.
The invention adopts a double-station lapping machine for lapping, improves the dimensional precision and the geometric precision by rough lapping, and improves the surface roughness of the channel by lapping.
The bearing outer ring groove slope grinding process method can realize accurate control of the shape of the bearing outer ring groove slope.

In the embodiment, a numerical control micro bearing outer ring groove grinder is used, an electric spindle roller dresser is used for forming and dressing a grinding wheel, and then servo control is realized on the axial movement of a grinding wheel shaft and the radial movement of a workpiece shaft through a servo system.
