本发明公开了一种钢珠带及应用该钢珠带的转盘,包括若干钢珠,以及保持带,所述钢珠间隔排列设置于所述保持带上,所述钢珠与保持带一体成型形成钢珠带体,本发明将钢珠与保持条做成条状,使钢珠在转盘内均匀排布,安装尺寸也不受限制,可满足不同转盘的尺寸需求,改善了钢珠自身磨损问题,并且提高了安装及维修效率,且增加了转盘旋转的灵活性,避免了卡滞现象,转盘改用铝材,解决了铁质与磁场反应后发热的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊钳设备配件技术领域,具体为一种钢珠带及应用该钢珠带的转盘。
背景技术
目前市面上用于焊钳的转盘存在下述缺陷:转盘材质都是铸铁材质,会受磁场影响发热,其次,目前市面上用的转盘结构,都是采用钢珠灌注结构,钢珠在转盘槽内属于自由排列,钢珠自身会相互磨损,另转盘磨损后,钢珠会堆积导致转盘卡滞,此外,市面上的钢珠都属于散落颗粒或固定尺寸的保持架结构,不满足焊钳转盘安装需求,且转盘因受结构设计的缺陷,存在发烫、设备旋转卡顿的缺陷,存在安全隐患和浪费劳动力的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢珠带及应用该钢珠带的转盘,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种钢珠带,包括若干钢珠,以及保持带,所述钢珠间隔排列设置于所述保持带上,所述钢珠与保持带一体成型形成钢珠带体。
一种应用该钢珠带的转盘,包括转盘本体,转盘本体包括内圈和外圈,内圈和外圈之间设置钢珠带体。
优选的,所述转盘本体采用铝材制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将钢珠与保持条做成条状,使钢珠在转盘内均匀排布,安装尺寸也不受限制,可满足不同转盘的尺寸需求,改善了钢珠自身磨损问题,并且提高了安装及维修效率,且增加了转盘旋转的灵活性,避免了卡滞现象,转盘改用铝材,解决了铁质与磁场反应后发热的问题。

一种应用该钢珠带的转盘,包括转盘本体,转盘本体包括内圈3和外圈4,内圈和外圈之间设置钢珠带体,所述转盘本体采用铝材制成。

2.一种应用该钢珠带的转盘,其特征在于:包括转盘本体,转盘本体包括内圈和外圈,内圈和外圈之间设置钢珠带体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用该钢珠带的转盘,其特征在于:所述转盘本体采用铝材制成。
