Compared with the prior art, the liquid casting equipment with the bubble removing function for the metal product stirs the casting liquid through the bubble removing mechanism, realizes the bubble removing function, avoids the residual bubbles in the casting liquid and influences the quality of the cast finished product, compared with the prior bubble removing mechanism, the bubble removing mechanism can also pump away the air in the top die 5 during stirring, reduces the air pressure in the top die 5, thereby reducing the bubble content in the casting liquid and realizing the bubble removing function, improves the bubble removing effect through the bubble removing of two different forms, can drive the top die 5 and the bottom die 6 to rock through the rocking mechanism, ensures that the casting liquid can be uniformly distributed in the top die 5 and the bottom die 6, avoids the unevenness of the cast finished product, thereby improving the quality of the cast finished product, compared with the prior rocking mechanism, the rocking mechanism and the bubble removing mechanism are an integrated linkage mechanism, the practicality is higher, only needs a driving source, and is more energy-concerving and environment-protective.

Claims (10)
1. A hydraulic casting equipment with remove bubble function for metal product, includes base (1), bottom plate (2), roof (4), top mould (5), die block (6), backup pad (8), fixed box (7), first hose (24), two bracing pieces (9) and two pneumatic cylinders (3), the both ends of backup pad (8) are fixed in the top of base (1) through two bracing pieces (9) respectively, bottom plate (2) set up in the top of base (1), pneumatic cylinder (3) and die block (6) are all fixed in the top of bottom plate (2), two pneumatic cylinders (3) are connected with the both ends of roof (4) respectively, top mould (5) are fixed in the below of roof (4), top mould (5) are just to setting up with die block (6), fixed box (7) are fixed in the top of backup pad (8), the lower part of the fixed box (7) is communicated with the top die (5) through a first hose (24), a first valve is arranged in the first hose (24), a control panel (10) is fixed above the base (1), a PLC is arranged in the control panel (10), and the first valve is electrically connected with the PLC;
the bubble removing mechanism comprises a stirring component and two air extracting components, the stirring component is arranged inside the fixed box (7), the two air extracting components are respectively arranged on two sides below the supporting plate (8), the air extracting components are connected with the top die (5), and the stirring component is connected with the air extracting components;
the stirring assembly comprises a motor (11), a rotating shaft (12), a first bearing, a transmission unit and a plurality of stirring sheets (13), the motor (11) is fixed above the fixed box (7), the motor (11) is in transmission connection with one end of the rotating shaft (12), through holes are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the fixed box (7), the other end of the rotating shaft (12) sequentially penetrates through the two through holes to be arranged below the fixed box (7), the other end of the rotating shaft (12) is connected with the air suction assembly through the transmission unit, the first bearing is fixed at the bottom in the fixed box (7), the rotating shaft (12) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the stirring sheets (13) are circumferentially and uniformly fixed on the rotating shaft (12), the stirring sheets (13) are arranged inside the fixed box (7), and the motor (11) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the shaking mechanism comprises a moving assembly and a connecting assembly, the moving assembly is arranged inside the base (1) and is connected with one of the air exhaust assemblies through the connecting assembly, an opening is formed above the base (1), and the moving assembly is connected with the lower part of the bottom plate (2);
the movable assembly comprises a screw rod (32), a sliding block (33) and two second bearings, the second bearings are fixed at the top of the base (1), the two ends of the screw rod (32) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner rings of the two second bearings, the sliding block (33) is sleeved on the screw rod (32), threads matched with the screw rod (32) are arranged at the connecting position of the sliding block (33) and the screw rod (32), the sliding block (33) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (2) through an opening, and the screw rod (32) is connected with the connecting assembly.

The hydraulic casting apparatus with a bubble removing function for metal products according to claim 1, wherein the transmission unit comprises a support shaft (14), a rotating disc (15) and two rotating rods (16), one end of the support shaft (14) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft (12) far away from the motor (11), a round hole is formed in the support plate (8), the other end of the support shaft (14) penetrates through the round hole to be arranged below the support plate (8), the other end of the support shaft (14) is fixedly connected with the rotating disc (15), the two rotating rods (16) are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the rotating disc (15), one end of each rotating rod (16) is fixedly connected with the periphery of the rotating disc (15), and the other end of each rotating rod (16) is connected with an air suction assembly.

The hydraulic casting apparatus with a bubble removing function for metal products of claim 2, wherein the air pumping assembly comprises an air cylinder (21), a piston (19), a second hose (22), an air outlet pipe (23), a spring (20), a moving plate (17) and two moving rods (18), the air cylinder (21) is fixed below the support plate (8), one side of the air cylinder (21) far away from the turntable (15) is communicated with the air outlet pipe (23), the lower side of the air cylinder (21) is communicated with the top die (5) through the second hose (22), the piston (19) is arranged inside the air cylinder (21), the piston (19) is connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (21) in a sealing manner, one ends of the two moving rods (18) are respectively fixedly connected with the two ends of one side of the piston (19) far away from the air outlet pipe (23), the other side of the air cylinder (21) is provided with two small holes, the aperture and carriage release lever (18) one-to-one, the other end of carriage release lever (18) passes one side fixed connection of aperture and movable plate (17), the one end of keeping away from carousel (15) of bull stick (16) supports with the opposite side of movable plate (17) and leans on, the both ends of spring (20) are connected with inner wall and piston (19) of the opposite side of inflator (21) respectively, spring (20) are in tensile state, all be equipped with the check valve in second hose (22) and outlet duct (23), the check valve is connected with the PLC electricity.
4. The hydro-casting apparatus with a bubble removing function for a metal product according to claim 3, wherein an end of the rotating rod (16) remote from the rotating disc (15) is shaped as a hemisphere.

The hydraulic casting apparatus for metal products with a bubble removing function according to claim 4, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a wire winding reel (26), a wire (25), a connecting shaft (27), a connecting unit, two third bearings and two torsion springs (28), the third bearings are fixed on the supporting rod (9), two ends of the connecting shaft (27) are respectively fixedly connected with inner rings of the two third bearings, the wire winding reel (26) is fixed on the connecting shaft (27), one end of the wire (25) is wound on the wire winding reel (26), the other end of the wire (25) is fixedly connected with one side of the piston (19) close to the air outlet pipe (23), the torsion springs (28) are in one-to-one correspondence with the third bearings, two ends of the torsion springs (28) are respectively connected with outer rings of the third bearings and the connecting shaft (27), the connecting shaft (27) is connected with the screw rod (32) through a connecting unit.

The hydraulic casting apparatus with a bubble removing function for a metal product according to claim 5, characterized in that the connection unit comprises a transmission shaft (29), a fourth bearing, a first bevel gear (30) and a second bevel gear (31), the fourth bearing is fixed above the base (1), an assembly hole is arranged above the base (1), one end of the transmission shaft (29) is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft (27), the other end of the transmission shaft (29) penetrates through the assembling hole to be arranged inside the base (1), the transmission shaft (29) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the fourth bearing, the other end of the transmission shaft (29) is fixedly connected with the first bevel gear (30), the second bevel gear (31) is fixedly connected with a screw rod (32), the second bevel gear (31) is meshed with the first bevel gear (30), and the screw rod (32) is perpendicular to the transmission shaft (29).

The hydraulic casting apparatus with a bubble removing function for metal products according to claim 1, wherein the moving assembly further comprises a bracket (34), the bracket (34) is U-shaped, both ends of the bracket (34) are fixed at the bottom inside the base (1), the sliding block (33) is sleeved on the bracket (34), and the sliding block (33) is connected with the bracket (34) in a sliding manner.

The hydraulic casting equipment with the bubble removing function for the metal products as recited in claim 1, wherein a notch is uniformly formed below the bottom plate (2), a ball (35) is arranged in the notch, the center of the ball (35) is arranged in the notch, and the ball (35) is abutted on the upper side of the base (1).
