A rice soaking and cleaning method which uses the rice soaking and cleaning tank for soaking and cleaning rice and preferably adopts compressed air to intermittently and pneumatically stir and clean the rice in the soaking and cleaning process.
The operation of the soaking process is as follows: placing rice in a jar, simultaneously opening the soaking water inlet, adding water to about 20cm above the surface of the rice, and closing the soaking water inlet. Compressed air is introduced through the compressed air inlet at intervals in the soaking process, so that the rice is rolled sufficiently, impurities such as dust, rice bran and the like attached to the surface of the rice are washed away, and the rice deposited at the bottom of the tank body is stirred, so that the soaking uniformity of the rice is ensured. In the soaking process, a certain amount of soaking water is added again through the soaking water inlet to replace the original soaking water, and light impurities floating on the surface of the soaking water are discharged out of the tank through the overflow port along with the soaking water. After soaking, let in compressed air and make rice water mixture roll, open the discharge gate simultaneously for rice water mixture is taken away by ejection of compact jet pump. The tank is used for a period of time, the inner wall of the tank is cleaned by spraying liquid through the cleaning head, and the cleaning liquid is discharged through the slag discharge port.

Claims (10)
1. A soaking and cleaning tank for rice is characterized by comprising a cylinder body (3), a conical end enclosure (2), a support piece (1) and a composite connecting pipe (4); the cylinder (3) is in a cylindrical shape with at least an opening at the lower end, the conical end enclosure (2) is in a truncated cone shape with a large upper part and a small lower part and an opening at the upper part and the lower part, the lower part of the cylinder (3) is fixedly and hermetically connected with the upper part of the conical end enclosure (2), and the cylinder (3) and/or the conical end enclosure (2) is connected with the support piece (1) or is placed on the support piece (1); compound takeover (4) is including the cylindricality body (41), the immersion water import (42), discharge gate (43) and row's cinder notch (44) that communicate each other, the upper end opening of cylindricality body (41) forms upper end mouth of pipe (411), discharge gate (43) set up on the bottom plate (412) of cylindricality body, and the diameter of discharge gate (43) is less than the diameter of cylindricality body (41), immersion water import (42) and row's cinder notch (44) all set up on bottom plate (412) and/or pipe lateral wall (413) of cylindricality body (41), the sealed swing joint in lower part of the upper end mouth of pipe (411) and tapered head (2) of compound takeover (4), still be provided with conical frustum form's toper filter screen (45) in compound takeover (4) for separate rice and immersion water import (42) and row's cinder notch (44), the upper end external diameter of toper filter screen (45) with the internal diameter matching of cylindricality body (41) or being less than the cylindricality body The inner diameter of the pipe body (41) is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the discharge hole (43), and the outer diameter of the lower end of the conical filter screen (45) is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the discharge hole (43), so that the soaking water inlet (42) and the slag discharge hole (44) are arranged on the radial outer side of the conical filter screen (45); the aperture of the meshes of the conical filter screen (45) is less than or equal to the diameter of rice grains; when the outer diameter of the upper end of the conical filter screen (45) is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical pipe body (41), the part between the conical filter screen and the cylindrical pipe body is vertically separated by a plate or a filter screen, and when the outer diameter of the lower end of the conical filter screen (45) is smaller than the inner diameter of the discharge hole (43), the part between the conical filter screen and the cylindrical pipe body is vertically separated by a plate or a filter screen; one or more compressed air inlets (21) are formed in the side wall of the conical sealing head (2) and are used for introducing compressed air into the cylinder body and the conical sealing head to achieve the pneumatic rolling and stirring effects on the soaked rice; barrel (3) lateral wall top is equipped with overflow mouth (31), overflow mouth department is equipped with and carries out filterable overflow filter element (32) to the soak, contain the overflow filter screen in the overflow filter element, the mesh aperture less than or equal to rice granule diameter of overflow filter screen.
2. The rice soaking and washing tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the overflow strainer is disposed perpendicular to the flow direction of the overflow liquid, and the height of the upper edge of the overflow strainer is higher than the upper edge of the pipe orifice of the overflow port (31).
3. The rice soaking and cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein valves are arranged on the soaking water inlet (42), the discharging port (43) and the slag discharging port (44), and the overflow filtering component (32) is preferably a detachable overflow filtering component.
4. The soaking and washing tank for rice according to claim 1, further comprising a washing head (6) and a support frame (7) provided above the tub (3) for fixing the washing head (6) at the center of the upper portion of the tub (3).
5. The rice soaking and cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower part of the cylinder (3) is connected with the upper part of the conical head (2) by welding; preferably, a compressed air inlet pipe is further connected to the compressed air inlet (21).
6. The rice soaking and cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the conical head (2) is provided with more than four compressed air inlets (21).

The rice soaking and cleaning tank as claimed in claim 6, wherein the compressed air inlets (21) are arranged in two layers, and are evenly distributed in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction, that is, the compressed air inlets (21) in the upper layer and the compressed air inlets (21) in the lower layer are vertically staggered in the circumferential direction; preferably, the directions of the compressed air inlets (21) are all set to be vertical to the wall surface of the conical seal head (2).
8. The rice soaking and cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a sealing connecting piece (5) for connecting the conical head (2) and the composite connecting pipe (4), wherein the sealing connecting piece (5) is a hoop.
9. The rice soaking and washing tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conical strainer (45) is a detachable conical strainer.
10. A rice soaking and washing method characterized in that the rice soaking and washing method comprises the step of soaking and washing rice by using the rice soaking and washing tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and preferably the rice is intermittently subjected to pneumatic tumbling and washing by using compressed air during the soaking and washing process.
