技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,特别涉及无扰动贝类暂养净化系统。
背景技术
目前,传统的工厂化水产养殖生产过程中,为了供给池体内水体中的氧气,多采用充氧曝气的方式,通过置于养殖池上部的空气管道分出细管给每个池体供气。整个养殖水面多处曝气,水面的破碎气泡使得气水交界界面徒增,导致养殖车间内湿度很大。同时,这也是导致热量损失的一个重要方面。而高密度养殖时用纯氧曝气可以提高供氧效率,但液氧的制备运输储藏、液氧罐和减压释放溶解等装置复杂,富余氧气和二氧化碳溢出等问题也需要考虑。
此外,水产养殖水体的净化通常采用循环水的形式通过循环水流带走残饵粪便和溶解有毒物质。多个养殖容器的排水汇集后再通过沉淀池和生物包等单独的处理单元将水净化后回用。整个系统的循环动力是由多个水泵提供能量完成的。为满足养殖生物所需的温度条件,在冬夏两季生产时,必须对水体进行升温或制冷。整个系统在循环过程中循环路线越长,进行的热交换量就越多,需要消耗的能量就越多。这种大规模的循环路线一方面需要电力提供循环动力,另一方面需要消耗更多的能量维持水温恒定。项目建设投资高,且不利于节约能源。
发明内容
针对目前工厂化水产养殖的生产现状,解决上述问题,本发明改变了传统循环水养殖水体收集、集中净化的思路,提供一种无需单独循环动力的一体化水产养殖及净化设备,可以使养殖池内达到所需溶解氧浓度的同时,无需额外设备及动力使水体循环流动,并可以收集残饵粪便和净化水质,养殖池中因无直接池底曝气,水流不扰动,残饵粪便及悬浮物很容易沉积到池底随水流排出,便于清理的同时缩短了水质恶化时间。
发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

优选地,所述出水管的出水端口相对于养殖池的水面平行设置;使水流流速沿着与养殖池水面平行的方向进入,从而推动养殖池内水体的逆时针旋流,模拟出养殖生物在实际自然环境中的水流状态。
此外,出水管还可设有出水阀,用于调节生物包内的压力。
优选地,所述出水管的进水端距离生物包池底20-50cm。以防止生物滤料残渣及沉淀杂质随水流经出水管流出。
优选地,所述曝气头Ⅰ为PVC穿孔管曝气头,具有顶壁和侧壁,所述顶壁不开孔,所述侧壁开孔。
进一步优选地,所述侧壁开孔的孔径为2-4mm。
进一步优选地,所述侧壁开孔的孔眼角度与侧壁成60°角。
曝气头Ⅰ侧壁开孔,特别是成60°角的开孔,可使产生的微气泡沿提升管的管壁螺旋上升,增加气泡行走路程,减小水与提升管管壁的接触面积,同时空气与提升管管壁的摩擦阻力小于水与管壁的摩擦,降低了沿程水头的损失,提升水量大,利于增大循环水量。
优选地,所述曝气头Ⅱ为具有80-100μm孔径的橡胶膜微孔曝气器。
优选地,通过调节所述自动气压调节阀使所述生物包内保持5-10KPa的气压。曝气时未溶解的气体,进入生物包后经自动气压调节阀溢出,实现了将气体持续排出而不使水流出,完成气水分离,并保留了生物包中水的压力。

优选地,所述供气端包括风机和空气输送管道,所述风机连接于所述空气输送管道的入口端;所述空气输送管道的出口端依次引出支管道Ⅰ和支管道Ⅱ,所述支管道Ⅰ的出口端、支管道Ⅱ出口端伸入提升管的下部,分别与曝气头Ⅰ和曝气头Ⅱ连通;所述空气输送管道为倒U型,顶端高于提升管30-50cm。倒U型的空气输送管道,高于提升管30-50cm设置,以防止风机停止时,水倒流入风机内。
优选地,所述空气输送管道、支管道Ⅰ、支管道Ⅱ的材质为塑料管或钢管。
优选地,所述生物包内,近出水管的一端设有用于截留生物滤料的孔板,所述孔板将所述生物包分隔为生物处理区和缓冲区;所述生物处理区内,近入水口的一端,沿水流流向设置隔水板,并在隔水板末端设孔板,以形成水流的直流和回流。隔板的作用为在保证入流水体停留时间的同时,防止短流。
本发明的有益效果:
1、提升管内空气曝气
改变了传统的养殖池水面充氧曝气的方式,免去了空间上方杂乱的空气管道布置和纯氧曝气设备,通过在提升管中布置上下两层曝气头,曝入空气,使水中的溶解氧迅速达到饱和,减小曝气面积,提高曝气强度,提高曝气效率;大大降低车间湿度和热量交换损耗。
2、利用曝气实现水循环
利用气升泵原理在提升管内曝气推动水流上升,形成具有一定动能的气水混合物后进入到生物包中,连同未溶解气体产生的压力,在生物包内形成一定的气压,使出水管的出水具有足够的能量,以较快的流速进入养殖池,推动养殖池的池水形成旋流。
3、密闭生物包
气泡破碎于生物包的密闭腔体内,减少水蒸发换热而降低物耗能耗。
4、溶解氧含量、循环水量可调控
通过上下层曝气量的调节,协调溶解氧含量和循环水量的要求。当需要增加循环水量时,可适当开大曝气头Ⅰ的输气阀,使得曝气头Ⅰ曝气量增大,系统循环水量变大;当需要增加溶解氧含量时,可适当开大曝气头Ⅱ的输气阀,使得曝气头Ⅱ曝气量增大,溶解氧提升效果显著增加。
5、残饵粪便的净化分为三级,效率比普通沉淀更高
⑴大颗粒
在旋流的流速差和离心力下,大颗粒的残饵粪便随水流,依次经吸水口、沉淀管收集,打开排放阀,通过静水压力,经排放口Ⅰ排出;
⑵小颗粒
较小的悬浮颗粒随水流,在流经坡度(斜向)变径沉淀管时,流速下降,残饵粪便逐步从水中分离沉降下来,沉淀到坡度(斜向)变径沉淀管的管底,关闭排放阀,即可通过静水压力经排放口Ⅰ10a和10b排出;
⑶胶体颗粒
胶体颗粒和溶解物通过生物包过滤吸附降解净化。
经过三级净化的循环水再进行曝气剪切,减轻了残饵粪便被搅碎而增加的后期处理的难度,减轻了生物净化的负荷,即减少了生物包的反冲洗。同时,缩短了循环路径,降低热量损耗。

具体实施方式
下述非限制性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1无扰动贝类暂养净化系统
水产养殖及净化一体设备,包括具有锥形底部的养殖池1、具有密闭腔体的生物包6、风机13、空气输送管道12、提升管5、曝气头Ⅰ4a、曝气头Ⅱ4b、排水管、坡度变径沉淀管。
风机13连接于空气输送管道12的入口端;空气输送管道为倒U型,顶端高于提升管5的距离为30-50cm;空气输送管道12的出口端依次引出支管道Ⅰ11a和支管道Ⅱ11b;空气输送管道12、支管道Ⅰ11a、支管道Ⅱ11b的材质为塑料管或钢管;支管道Ⅰ11a设有输气调节阀Ⅰ18a、支管道Ⅱ11b设有输气调节阀Ⅱ18b。提升管5的下部形成为适于将曝气头Ⅰ4a和曝气头Ⅱ4b置于内部的形状;支管道Ⅰ11a的出口端、支管道Ⅱ11b的出口端伸入提升管5的下部,分别与曝气头Ⅰ4a和曝气头Ⅱ4b连通;曝气头Ⅰ4a为PVC穿孔管曝气头,具有顶壁4a-1和侧壁4a-2,顶壁4a-1不开孔,侧壁4a-2开孔,孔径为2-4mm,开孔的孔眼角度与侧壁成60°角。曝气头Ⅱ4b为具有2μm孔径的橡胶微孔曝气头。曝气头Ⅰ4a位于曝气头Ⅱ4b的上部,间距大于20cm;曝气头Ⅰ的淹没深度大于1m;
生物包6位于养殖池1的上部,内部填充生物滤料15,生物滤料15为陶粒或无纺布或沸石。生物包6的顶部设有自动气压调节阀7和入水口,通过调节所述自动气压调节阀使所述生物包内保持5-10kPa的气压;侧壁或底部设有出水管9;出水管9的出水端口相对于养殖池1的水面平行设置;出水管9的进水端距离生物包6的池底20-50cm;提升管5的上端伸入生物包6的入水口;生物包6内,近出水管9的一端设有用于截留生物滤料15的多孔板Ⅱ16b,多孔板Ⅱ16b将生物包6分隔为生物处理区和缓冲区;生物处理区内,近入水口的一端,沿水流流向设置隔水板17,并在隔水板17末端设多孔板Ⅰ16a,以形成水流的直流和回流;
养殖池1底部的中心形成有吸水口2(50立水体,吸水口2的口径为75-100mm);吸水口2、排水管、坡度变径沉淀管、提升管5的底部依次连通。坡度变径沉淀管的坡度为1%以上。排水管包括依次连通的沉淀管Ⅰ2a和沉淀管Ⅱ2b;坡度变径沉淀管包括依次连通且管径渐大的变径管Ⅰ3a,变径管Ⅱ3b,变径管Ⅲ3c,变径管Ⅳ3d;沉淀管Ⅱ2b末端设有排放阀14(塑料蝶阀或球阀)和排放口Ⅰ10a,变径管Ⅳ3d的末端设有排放口Ⅱ10b。每段变径管的尺寸长度满足围绕养殖池1的外缘即可,管径参考:养殖池1直径6.5m,沉淀管Ⅰ2a和沉淀管Ⅱ2b的管径为75mm,变径管Ⅰ3a,变径管Ⅱ3b,变径管Ⅲ3c和变径管Ⅳ3d的管径为DN100-350mm。
本发明设备的工作原理如下:
曝气装置(上部毫米孔径曝气头Ⅰ4a主要控制循环水量,下部微米孔径曝气头Ⅱ4b用于提高增氧能力)布置在提升管5中,外接风机13,通过控制输气调节阀Ⅰ18a和输气调节阀Ⅱ18b调节气水比0.5-5,使循环水量及曝气充氧达到最优。清水与空气气泡混合后,经过提升管5提升后进入生物包6进行生物滤料15的过滤和吸附。生物包6内保持5-10kp气压,使出水具有足够的能量,推动养殖池1的池水形成旋流,生物包6多余的气体经自动气压调节阀7排出。饱和溶氧水中携带或溶解的有机物和氨氮等经过生物滤料15过滤净化后,进入养殖池1。养殖生物位于养殖池1中,养殖池1中因无直接池底曝气,水流不扰动,残饵粪便和悬浮物很容易随水流沉积到池底。水流通过吸水口2进入排水管和变径沉淀管,随着流速的下降,残饵粪便逐步沉降下来,积累到一定程度后关闭排放阀14和风机,残饵粪便在静水压力的作用下由排放口Ⅰ10a排出,便于清理的同时降低了水质恶化时间。经沉淀净化的水流到提升管5中,曝气增氧、再次经生物包6过滤,沿出水管9逆时针流回到养殖池1中,完成循环。
Claims (6)
1.无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,包括:
具有锥形底部的养殖池;所述底部的中心形成有吸水口;
具有密闭腔体的生物包,所述生物包位于养殖池的上部;所述生物包的内部填充生物滤料,顶部设有自动气压调节阀和入水口,侧壁或底部设有出水管;
气升部,包括供气端、曝气头Ⅰ、曝气头Ⅱ和提升管;所述提升管的上端伸入生物包的入水口;所述提升管的下部形成为适于将所述曝气头Ⅰ和曝气头Ⅱ置于内部的形状;所述曝气头Ⅰ位于曝气头Ⅱ的上部,所述供气端分别向曝气头Ⅰ、曝气头Ⅱ供给曝气气体;
及沉淀部,包括排水管和坡度变径沉淀管;
所述吸水口、排水管、坡度变径沉淀管、提升管的底部依次连通;
所述出水管的出水端口相对于养殖池的水面平行设置;经过生物包净化后的水经出水管进入养殖池;
所述曝气头Ⅰ为PVC穿孔管曝气头,具有顶壁和侧壁,所述顶壁不开孔,所述侧壁开孔;
所述曝气头Ⅱ为具有80-100μm孔径的橡胶膜微孔曝气器;
通过调节所述自动气压调节阀使所述生物包内保持5-10kPa的气压;
所述生物包内,近出水管的一端设有用于截留生物滤料的孔板,所述孔板将所述生物包分隔为生物处理区和缓冲区;所述生物处理区内,近入水口的一端,沿水流流向设置隔水板,并在隔水板末端设孔板,以形成水流的直流和回流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,所述侧壁开孔的孔眼角度与侧壁成60°角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,所述坡度变径沉淀管的坡度为1%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,所述排水管的末端设有排放口Ⅰ,所述坡度变径沉淀管的末端设有排放口Ⅱ。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,所述供气端包括风机和空气输送管道,所述风机连接于所述空气输送管道的入口端;所述空气输送管道的出口端依次引出支管道Ⅰ和支管道Ⅱ,所述支管道Ⅰ的出口端、支管道Ⅱ出口端伸入提升管的下部,分别与曝气头Ⅰ和曝气头Ⅱ连通;所述空气输送管道为倒U型,顶端高于提升管30-50cm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无扰动贝类暂养净化系统,其特征在于,所述支管道Ⅰ设有输气调节阀Ⅰ,支管道Ⅱ设有输气调节阀Ⅱ。
