Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
However, from the viewpoint of design aesthetics, there are the following elevator specifications: the side plate to which the sub operation panel is attached is divided in the vertical direction, and the sub operation panel having a width dimension substantially equal to that of the side plate is interposed between the upper side plate and the lower side plate.
However, in the side plate divided in the vertical direction as described above, since the reinforcing member disposed on the back surface of the side plate is also partitioned in the vertical direction by the sub operation panel, the rigidity of the entire side plate is deteriorated, and it is difficult to satisfy a predetermined strength regulation.
The invention aims to provide an elevator car which can meet the required specified strength of a side plate even if the side plate is divided by an operation panel in the vertical direction.
Technical scheme for solving technical problem
In order to solve the above problem, an elevator car according to the present invention is an elevator car in which a side plate is provided on a side surface, the side plate including: an upper side plate disposed on the top side; a lower side plate disposed on the floor side and having the same width as the upper side plate; an operation panel disposed below the upper side plate and above the lower side plate, the operation panel having a width dimension substantially equal to that of the upper side plate and the lower side plate; and a reinforcing member that spans the protruding portion on the back surface side of the operation panel and is attached to the back surfaces of both the upper side plate and the lower side plate.
Effects of the invention
According to the elevator car of the present invention, even when the side plate is divided by the operation panel in the vertical direction, the required predetermined strength of the side plate can be satisfied.
Technical problems, structures, and effects other than those described above will be further apparent from the following description of the embodiments.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an elevator car according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[ example 1]
First, an outline of the elevator 50 used in the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, the elevator 50 includes a car 1, a counterweight 51, a main rope 52, a traction sheave 53, and a guide rail 54. Further, a door 6 is provided on the elevator hall side of the car 1, and an umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 described later is provided on the outer surface of the car 1.
The car 1 is installed in a hoistway 56 of a building 55. The car 1 includes a plurality of guide devices (not shown) and slidably engages with the guide rails 54. Therefore, the car 1 is guided by the guide rails 54 and ascends and descends in the hoistway 56.
A car 1 and a counterweight 51 are suspended from a main rope 52. The main rope 52 is wound around a traction sheave 53 disposed in a machine room 57. In the machine room 57, a driving device (not shown) for driving and braking the traction sheave 53 is disposed. The driving device rotates the traction sheave 53 to frictionally drive the main rope 52, thereby raising and lowering the car 1 and the counterweight 51.
Next, details of the car 1 and the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a transverse cross-sectional view of a car 1 of the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a front view of a left side plate 3 on which an operation panel 7 is disposed, as viewed from a side of fig. 1.
As shown in the transverse cross-sectional view of fig. 1, the car 1 includes: a rectangular floor 2, a plurality of side plates 3 vertically provided on the right, left, and back sides of the floor 2, a front side plate 5 provided on the side of the doorway 4, and a car door 6 openably and closably disposed at the doorway 4. The four sides of the chain line are the car outer dimensions, and the projecting portion of the car 1 is made to fall within this range, whereby collision of the car 1 with other structures during lifting and lowering can be avoided.
In the car 1, 3 side plates 3 are arranged side by side on the left, back, and right sides, respectively, and a floor 2, the side plates 3, a front side plate 5, and a ceiling plate not shown are assembled by bolts and nuts, respectively, to form a car room of the car 1.
An operation panel 7 is provided on the side plate 3 at the center of the left surface of the car 1. The operation panel 7 is provided with a destination floor registration button for registering a destination floor, a switch button of the car door 6, and the like, and may be a main operation panel operated by a general user or a sub-operation panel used for operation by a wheelchair user or the like.
The details of the left side of the car 1 will be described with reference to fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the side plate 3 having a width W1 disposed at the center of the left surface is divided into an upper side plate 3a and a lower side plate 3b by an operation panel 7 having a substantially equal width W2.
Here, the structure and function of the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 attached to the back sides of the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b across the operation panel 7 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a development view and a perspective view of the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8. As is apparent from a comparison of the two drawings, the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is a member obtained by bending a broken line portion of a substantially i-shaped thin plate (for example, a steel plate having a thickness of 1.6 mm) provided with notches 8a on both sides thereof by press working or the like and integrally forming the same. As shown in the right perspective view of fig. 3, a double-sided tape 9 is attached to the surfaces facing the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3 b. In addition, although the following description is made on the assumption that the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is attached by the double-sided tape 9, the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 may be attached by rivets or screws.
Fig. 4 is a rear view, (b) a longitudinal sectional view, and (c) a plan view of the side plate 3 at the left center of the car 1.
As shown in fig. 4(b), the operation panel 7 is disposed between the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b of the left central side plate 3. In fig. 4(b), the front surface of the operation panel 7 is arranged linearly with the upper plate 3a and the lower plate 3b, but may be arranged slightly forward or rearward of the front surface of the operation panel 7.
An umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is provided on the rear surface side of the left central side plate 3. The umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 has an overall length H1 and extends from a substantially upper end of the upper panel 3a to a substantially lower end of the lower panel 3 b. Here, if the depth dimension of the projection 7a on the back side of the operation panel 7 is L1, the cutout 8a of dimension L2 larger than the depth dimension L1 of the projection 7a is provided in the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8, and therefore, as shown in fig. 4(a) and (b), both the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b can be reinforced by one umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 spanning the operation panel 7, and the rigidity of the entire side plate 3 can be improved. Strictly speaking, the sum of the dimension L2 of the notch 8a and the thickness L3 of the double-sided tape 9 needs to be larger than the depth dimension L1 of the operation panel 7, but when the thickness L3 of the double-sided tape 9 is small and cannot be ignored, the dimension L2 of the notch 8a may be determined in consideration of only the depth dimension L1 of the operation panel 7.
As shown in the perspective view of fig. 3 and fig. 4(c), the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 has a substantially hat-shaped cross-sectional shape at the contact portion of the upper side plate 3a or the lower side plate 3b, and has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape at the other portion. By attaching the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 having a cross-sectional shape with high rigidity to the back surfaces of the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b, the side plate 3 divided by the operation panel 7 can also have sufficient strength.
The depth of the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is set to a value that converges to a predetermined car outer dimension B indicated by a dashed-dotted line. By converging each member within the car outer dimension B, the car 1 can be raised and lowered without interfering with the equipment in the hoistway.
According to the car 1 of the embodiment described above, the side plates 3 are reinforced integrally, and the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b can be connected to each other by the single high-strength member 8 while avoiding the protruding portion 7a of the operation panel 7 which becomes an obstacle, whereby the entire side plate 3 including the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b divided in the vertical direction can be made to satisfy a predetermined required strength.
In the present embodiment, the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b between which the operation panel 7 is disposed are reinforced by the single high-strength member 8 having a substantially hat-shaped cross-sectional shape, so that even if a predetermined force is applied to the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b, the strength required for the side plate 3 to deform no more than a predetermined amount and not to undergo plastic deformation can be ensured.
The upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b are reinforced by one umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8, so that the number of reinforcing members can be reduced, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced, as compared with a structure in which a reinforcing member is provided for each of the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3 b.
[ example 2]
Next, embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6. In addition, a repetitive description of points common to embodiment 1 is omitted.
In example 1, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and the like, the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 having a hat-shaped cross-sectional shape is attached to the back surface of the side plate 3 on which the operation panel 7 is provided, but in this example, the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape is attached as shown in fig. 6.
In the structure of this embodiment, the manufacturing process can be further simplified and the manufacturing cost can be further reduced by simplifying the structure of the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 as compared with embodiment 1, and in addition, the rigidity of the entire side plate 3 to which the umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is attached can be further improved because a larger double-sided tape 9 can be used.
The above description has been given of the embodiment of the elevator car according to the present invention, including the operational effects thereof. However, the elevator car of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented by being variously modified within a scope not departing from the gist of the invention described in the patent claims.
For example, in examples 1 and 2, the example in which the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3b are reinforced with 1 umbrella-shaped high-strength member 8 is shown, but a plurality of umbrella-shaped high-strength members may be provided in parallel on the back surfaces of the upper side plate 3a and the lower side plate 3 b.
