Abstract
The present invention relates to a sealing and packaging machine for food containers, in which a heater unit for sealing a film is configured to be operated uniformly up and down after an eccentric cam operation of a heater unit driving part, while the heater unit maintains a horizontal side along four heater units mounted on four heater unit driving supporting shafts, preventing defects from being generated due to unbalance of a heating means; tray for introducing food transport containers into a packaging machine, configured to pass through "'shape guide rail and'The' shape guide rail is engaged and simultaneously moves forwards/backwards stably without left and right vibration, so that the food container is more accurately positioned at the appointed position where sealing occurs, and the accuracy of the sealing operation is ensured; a heater unit driving support shaft of the heater unit driving part operates the heater unit up/down and is connected to a heater unit driving part support plate to operate up/down while being stably supported by two roller bearings and two eccentric cams installed at left and right end parts to be in contact with the heater driving support shaft and the bearings even though they are worn or allowed to have a tolerance, making the operation more stable without worrying about erroneous operation; the motor is fixedly installed on the base frame to drive the heater unit driving support shaft and the heater unit driving part support plate of the heater unit driving part up/down, so that the heater driving part can be operated more smoothly by preventing a load caused by an initial rotational power of the motor from being directly transferred to the heater unit driving support shaft and to the bearing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing and packaging machine for a food container,
in particular to a method for sealing and packaging an inlet of a food container filled with contents by using a film,

Background
In general, when natural foods such as vegetables and fruits and foods cooked in the cooking industry such as restaurants are stored or distributed, in order to maintain freshness, temperature, cleanliness and the like of the foods,
a sealing packaging step of filling a plastic food container with food and sealing an entrance of the container with a film is required.
For this reason, sealing and packaging machines for food containers have been developed for use in which the container inlet is sealed with a film,
however, since the heater unit for sealing the film in the conventional food container sealing and packaging machine simply performs the sealing operation by the up-and-down movement of the cylinder or the cam,
therefore, a phenomenon may occur in which the heater unit is not properly maintained in a horizontal state and is brought into contact with the entrance of the container in a state of being inclined to a certain side, thereby causing a problem in that the entire entrance of the food container is not uniformly sealed and a part of the non-adhered portion is generated.
Further, in the conventional sealing and packaging machine for food containers, since a tray for inserting a container containing food into the sealing and packaging machine is inserted while being shaken from side to side, the food container cannot be accurately set to a predetermined position for sealing, and thus there is a problem that the sealing work is performed in a state of being set to one side.
In addition, although the present applicant has developed Korean registered patent No. 10-1812108, "sealing and packaging machine for containers", which solves most of the above problems,
but since the elevation plate for driving the heater unit to move up and down is operated by means of the roller bearing installed at the center portion and the eccentric cam in contact therewith,
therefore, when the ball bearing and the eccentric cam are not properly mounted to the center of the lifting plate or the lifting rod connected to the lifting plate and the insertion hole for inserting the lifting rod are worn during use or the tolerance between the lifting rod and the insertion hole is accumulated beyond the allowable range due to repeated use, the problem that the lifting plate cannot be smoothly operated and is not stopped occurs may occur.
In addition, since the motor for driving the elevating plate is mounted on the elevating plate and moves up and down simultaneously with the elevating plate,
therefore, at the time of initial driving of the motor, a load caused by the rotational force of the motor is superimposed on the above-mentioned wear and accumulated amount of the allowable tolerance and further aggravates the problem that the lifter plate cannot operate smoothly.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the conventional food container sealing and packaging machine,
the purpose is to ensure that the heater unit for sealing the film can uniformly perform the sealing operation on the whole container inlet in a state of not deviating to one side by accurately maintaining the horizontal state and uniformly moving up and down.
Another object of the present invention is to accurately set a food container to a predetermined position where sealing is performed by stably inserting a tray for inserting the container containing food into a sealing and packaging machine in a state free from left and right shaking, thereby ensuring that sealing operation can be accurately performed.
Still another object of the present invention is to prevent malfunction due to wear or tolerance of a heater unit driving support shaft and a bearing housing and to ensure smooth operation thereof by allowing the heater unit driving support shaft of a heater unit driving part for driving a heater unit to move up and down and a heater unit driving part support plate connected thereto to move up and down in a more stable supported state.
Still another object of the present invention is to prevent a problem that a heater unit cannot be smoothly operated due to a load applied to a heater unit driving support shaft of the heater unit and a bearing housing into which the heater unit driving support shaft is inserted, which is caused by an initial rotational force of a motor.
The invention is characterized in that: the heater unit for sealing the film is driven by the 4 heater unit driving support shafts installed on the periphery to be in a horizontal state and uniformly moves up and down under the drive of the eccentric cam of the heater unit driving part, thereby preventing the bad phenomenon caused by the unbalance of the heater unit,

Detailed Description
Next, a sealing and packaging machine for food containers to which the present invention is applied will be specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an internal configuration state of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The sealing and packaging machine for food containers to which the present invention is applied,
the outer case 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, various components are mounted therein, a lid (not shown) is hinged to an upper portion thereof, and a film wound in a roll shape can be replaced or internal components and the like can be inspected,
an operation panel for operating the device is displayed on the front surface.
Further, a tray 5 for mounting a synthetic resin material food container 3 containing food to be sealed and packaged at an entrance with a film is provided inside the outer case 1,
a heater unit 7 for sealing the inlet of the food container 3 with a film is installed on the upper side of the tray 5,
a heater unit driving unit 9 for driving the heater unit 7 to move up and down is attached to a lower portion of the tray 5.
Further, a jig plate 13 having a container receiving hole 11 is provided in the center of the tray 5, and the food container 3 containing food to be hermetically packaged is placed and fitted in the container receiving hole 11.

Further, a container support plate 22 for supporting the lower portion of the set food container 3 is installed below the container receiving hole 11 of the jig plate 13, and the set food container 3 is moved up and down by automatically moving up and down in conjunction with the forward and backward movement of the tray 5 by the operation of a ball screw rotated by the driving of a motor, and thus the lifting operation of the container support plate 22 as described above is the same as that of the conventional well-known art, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted herein.

left and right heater unit driving section support plates 27 are respectively attached to the lower end portions of the heater unit driving support shafts 25 in the front-rear direction, and roller bearings 29 are attached to the intermediate portions thereof.
Further, an eccentric cam 31 is contact-mounted on an upper portion of the roller bearing 29, and the heater unit driving portion 9 is constituted by being connected to a motor 35 fixedly mounted on a bottom frame 33 of the outer case 1 by means of, for example, a chain or a gear.
Further, left and right heater unit support plates 36 are respectively installed in the upper end portion of the heater unit driving support shaft 25 in the front and rear direction, a heater unit 7 of a known type is installed between the left and right heater unit support plates 36, and the inlet of the food container 3 is thermally welded and cut by the supplied film by moving up and down by the action of an eccentric cam 31 installed in the heater unit driving part 9, thereby achieving the hermetic packaging.
The sealing and packaging machine for food containers according to the present invention, constructed as described above,
when it is desired to hermetically pack the entrance of the food container 3 containing food with the film,

After the food container 3 is set to the prescribed position through the process as described above,
the motor 35 fixedly installed to the bottom frame 33 of the lower side portion of the tray 5 is operated, and at this time, the eccentric cam 31 of the heater unit driving part 9 is rotated to bring the roller bearing 29 installed to the lower side of the eccentric cam 31 into contact therewith to rotate, so that the left and right heater unit driving part supporting plates 27 installed to the roller bearing 29 and the heater unit driving supporting shaft 25 connected to the heater unit driving part supporting plate 27 are slidably moved in a stable supporting state without shaking by means of the bearings of the 4 bearing housings 23 installed in front, rear, left and right directions,
at the same time the heating unit 7 mounted between the left and right heater unit support plates 36 at the upper end of the heater unit drive support shaft 25 is lowered in the state shown in fig. 4,
then, by means of the heated heater of the heater unit 7, the sealing work of heat-welding and cutting with a film uniformly is performed on the entire entrance portion of the food container 3 placed in the container receiving hole 11 of the tray 5, thereby achieving the sealed packaging of the food container 3.
After the sealing and packaging work of the food container is completed through the process as described above,
the roller bearing 29 contacting the eccentric cam 31 will rise as the eccentric cam 31 continues to rotate and return the heater 7 unit to the original position by means of the elastic force of the compression spring 37 installed at the lower end of the heater unit driving support shaft 25,
then, by means of the continuous driving of the motor, the pinion 21 of the tray 5 carrying the hermetically sealed food containers 3 is driven, and thereby the rack gear 19, the guide rails 15 mounted on the rack gear 19, and the gripper plate 13 are drawn forward, so that the hermetically sealed food containers 3 carried on the tray 5 are drawn out of the apparatus, and finally the entire packaging operation is completed.
Therefore, the sealing and packaging machine for food containers to which the present invention is applied as described above,
the heater unit 7 for sealing the thin film is horizontally formed by the 4 heater unit driving support shafts 25 installed at the four sides and is uniformly moved up and down by the driving of the eccentric cam 31 of the heater unit driving part 9, thereby preventing a defect caused by the unbalance of the heater unit 7.
Further, the tray 5 for putting the container containing the food into the packaging machine is engaged with the guide 17 of ┥ shape by the guide rail 15 of Contraband shape and is stably moved forward and backward without lateral shaking, so that the food container 3 can be more accurately set to a predetermined position for sealing and the sealing operation can be more accurately performed.
Further, the heater unit drive support shaft 25 of the heater unit drive unit 9 for driving the heater unit 7 to move up and down and the left and right heater unit drive unit support plates 27 connected thereto move up and down while being stably supported by the left and right 2 roller bearings 29 and the 2 eccentric cams 31 in contact therewith, whereby it is possible to avoid malfunction due to wear or tolerance of the support shaft 25 and the bearing housing 23 and ensure smooth operation thereof.
