Abstract

本发明公开了一种防误插的插板连接器,包括壳体、接触端子、端子座及定位挂钩;本发明采用冲压、卷曲工艺制作出整体的一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端的“L”形接触端子,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼;本发明采用在壳体内设置圆端子孔及端子定位槽的结构,在端子座内设置扁方端子孔及对应的端子插槽,通过接触端子与端子座及壳体插接的方式,实现接触端子与端子座及壳体的可靠连接,具有结构简单,零部件少,便于装配,且提高了本发明的连接可靠性、电性能及雷击测试性能。

一种防误插的插板连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及电连接器技术领域,尤其是一种防误插的插板连接器。
背景技术
对于插板连接器而言,由于连接器上接触端子的两端所插接的需求不同,接触端子的两端通常设计为不同的形状,当接触端子需呈“L”形设置时,不仅导致接触端子的制作难度大、制作成本高,而且导致与之匹配的壳体及端子座的结构复杂,壳体及端子座的结构又关系到接触端子的爬电距离,电性能及雷击测试性能。现有的插板连接器存在加工难度大,零件成本高,装配复杂,且连接可靠性、电性能及雷击测试性能差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种防误插的插板连接器,本发明采用冲压、卷曲工艺制作出整体的一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端的“L”形接触端子,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼;本发明采用在壳体内设置圆端子孔及端子定位槽的结构,在端子座内设置扁方端子孔及对应的端子插槽,通过接触端子与端子座及壳体插接的方式,实现接触端子与端子座及壳体的可靠连接,具有结构简单,零部件少,便于装配,且提高了本发明的连接可靠性、电性能及雷击测试性能。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种防误插的插板连接器,其特点包括壳体、接触端子、端子座及定位挂钩;
所述壳体为圆筒与方框结合而成的箱体件,圆筒与方框之间设有隔板,隔板上设有数个圆端子孔,方框的底面设有一根导向柱孔,两根定位柱及两个定位挂钩孔,方框内两侧边设有与底面平行的盖板插槽,方框内与数个圆端子孔对应依次设有端子定位槽,圆筒的端口设有内倒角,圆筒的内壁上设有防误插槽;
所述接触端子呈“L”形设置,其一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼;
所述端子座为矩形块状件,其一侧面设有压板、另一侧面设有盖板,盖板的侧边设有倒刺,盖板的板面上设有数个扁方端子孔,压板与盖板之间设有数个与扁方端子孔对应的端子插槽;
所述接触端子为数件,接触端子的扁方端依次插接在端子座的端子插槽内,并由盖板的扁方端子孔伸出;
所述端子座连同接触端子设于壳体内,端子座的盖板与壳体的盖板插槽插接,接触端子的圆筒端插接在定位槽内,并由圆端子孔伸出;
所述定位挂钩为两件,分别设于壳体的两个定位挂钩孔内。
所述端子座上盖板侧边的倒刺与壳体上盖板插槽摩擦连接。
本发明采用冲压、卷曲工艺制作出整体的一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端的“L”形接触端子,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼;本发明采用在壳体内设置圆端子孔及端子定位槽的结构,在端子座内设置扁方端子孔及对应的端子插槽,通过接触端子与端子座及壳体插接的方式,实现接触端子与端子座及壳体的可靠连接,而且有效的增加了接触端子的爬电距离,解决了与PCB板焊接时的爬锡现象,且电性能及雷击测试性能明显提高。本发明具有结构简单,零部件少,便于装配,且提高了本发明的连接可靠性、电性能及雷击测试性能。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2,本发明包括壳体1、接触端子2、端子座3及定位挂钩4。
参阅图1、图2、图3、图4,所述壳体1为圆筒与方框结合而成的箱体件,圆筒与方框之间设有隔板,隔板上设有数个圆端子孔16,方框的底面设有一根导向柱孔12,两根定位柱13及两个定位挂钩孔17,方框内两侧边设有与底面平行的盖板插槽18,方框内与数个圆端子孔16对应依次设有端子定位槽11,圆筒的端口设有内倒角15,圆筒的内壁上设有防误插槽14。
参阅图5,所述接触端子2呈“L”形设置,其一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端21,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼22。
参阅图6,所述端子座3为矩形块状件,其一侧面设有压板31、另一侧面设有盖板32,盖板32的侧边设有倒刺33,盖板32的板面上设有数个扁方端子孔34,压板31与盖板32之间设有数个与扁方端子孔34对应的端子插槽。
参阅图1~图6,所述接触端子2为数件,接触端子2的扁方端依次插接在端子座3的端子插槽内,并由盖板32的扁方端子孔34伸出;
所述端子座3连同接触端子2设于壳体1内,端子座3的盖板(32)与壳体1的盖板插槽18插接,接触端子2的圆筒端21插接在定位槽11内,并由圆端子孔16伸出;
所述定位挂钩4为两件,分别设于壳体1的两个定位挂钩孔17内。
参阅图3、图4,所述端子座3上盖板32侧边的倒刺33与壳体1上盖板插槽18摩擦连接。
参阅图1、图2,本发明与PCB板配合使用,本发明的壳体1通过一根导向柱孔12及两根定位柱13与PCB板插接,实现导向并插接;通过壳体1内两个定位挂钩孔17内的定位挂钩4与PCB板固连;通过壳体1内接触端子上2扁方端末端的鱼眼22与PCB板的电节点实现电连接;有效解决了本发明与PCB板之间的连接可靠性。
参阅图1、图5,本发明采用冲压、卷曲工艺制作出整体的一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端21的“L”形接触端子2,且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼22;与原有的机加工生产的端子相比,本发明接触端子2的设计更为合理,加工简便且降低了零部件的制作成本。
参阅图2、图3、图5、图6,本发明采用在壳体1内设置数个圆端子孔16及对应的端子定位槽11的结构,在端子座3内设置扁方端子孔34及对应的端子插槽的结构,通过接触端子2与端子座3及壳体1插接的方式,不仅实现了接触端子2与端子座3及壳体1的可靠连接,而且有效的增加了接触端子2的爬电距离,解决了与PCB板焊接时的爬锡现象,且电性能及雷击测试性能明显提高。
本发明通过了5KA的8/20μs电流波、正负5次,间隔时间3s的雷击测试。
参阅图1、图4,为便于与对接端插接,本发明在壳体1上圆筒的端口设置了内倒角15,用于与对接端的导向,在壳体1上圆筒的内壁上设置了防误插槽14,用于限定对接端的插接方位。
参阅图3、图6,为提高端子座3与壳体1的连接强度,本发明在上盖板32侧边设置了倒刺33,当端子座3经上盖板32与壳体1上盖板插槽18插接时,通过倒刺33与盖板插槽18的摩擦,增强端子座3与壳体1的连接强度。

Claims (2)

1.一种防误插的插板连接器,其特征在于,它包括壳体(1)、接触端子(2)、端子座(3)及定位挂钩(4);
所述壳体(1)为圆筒与方框结合而成的箱体件,圆筒与方框之间设有隔板,隔板上设有数个圆端子孔(16),方框的底面设有一根导向柱孔(12),两根定位柱(13)及两个定位挂钩孔(17),方框内两侧边设有与底面平行的盖板插槽(18),方框内与数个圆端子孔(16)对应依次设有端子定位槽(11),圆筒的端口设有内倒角(15),圆筒的内壁上设有防误插槽(14);
所述接触端子(2)呈“L”形设置,其一端为扁方端、另一端为圆筒端(21),且扁方端的末端设有鱼眼(22);
所述端子座(3)为矩形块状件,其一侧面设有压板(31)、另一侧面设有盖板(32),盖板(32)的侧边设有倒刺(33),盖板(32)的板面上设有数个扁方端子孔(34),压板(31)与盖板(32)之间设有数个与扁方端子孔(34)对应的端子插槽;
所述接触端子(2)为数件,接触端子(2)的扁方端依次插接在端子座(3)的端子插槽内,并由盖板(32)的扁方端子孔(34)伸出;
所述端子座(3)连同接触端子(2)设于壳体(1)内,端子座(3)的盖板(32)与壳体(1)的盖板插槽(18)插接,接触端子(2)的圆筒端(21)插接在定位槽(11)内,并由圆端子孔(16)伸出;
所述定位挂钩(4)为两件,分别设于壳体(1)的两个定位挂钩孔(17)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防误插的插板连接器,其特征在于,所述端子座(3)上盖板(32)侧边的倒刺(33)与壳体(1)上盖板插槽(18)摩擦连接。
