Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
to more clearly illustrate the processes and advantages of the method of the present embodiment, the present invention provides a smoke detection method.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a smoke detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a smoke detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
and S11, acquiring the smoke density value of the target environment.
Specifically, a certain environment is defined as a target environment, and preferably, a kitchen is taken as an example and explained herein. For example, after detecting smoke in the kitchen, a smoke intensity value in the kitchen is detected by the smoke detection module. The smoke detection module is preferably a smoke detection system in an NB smoke detector and is used for detecting a smoke concentration value in a kitchen.
And S12, judging whether the smoke density value is larger than a calibrated smoke density threshold value.
And after the smoke feeling concentration value is obtained, comparing the smoke feeling concentration value with the calibrated smoke feeling threshold value. The calibrated smoke sensation threshold value is a calibrated smoke sensation threshold value set by a user or a manufacturer, and the set standard can be an empirical value or can be adjusted according to specific requirements, and is not limited specifically here.
And S13, if the smoke density value is larger than the calibrated smoke density threshold value, acquiring a temperature value of the target environment.
And if the detected smoke intensity value is larger than the calibrated smoke intensity threshold value, triggering to acquire a temperature value in the target environment. For example, if the smoke concentration value of the kitchen is detected to be 5 and the set calibrated smoke threshold value is 4, it is determined that 5 is greater than 4, which indicates that the smoke concentration of the kitchen reaches and exceeds the set standard, and there is a risk of fire alarm or pot overflow, so as to further distinguish and determine the reason for the kitchen smoke exceeding the standard.
And triggering to enter a temperature detection system, and detecting a temperature value in the kitchen. Preferably, a temperature detection module is used to detect a temperature value of the kitchen, for example, the temperature detection module may include a temperature sensor.
And S14, judging whether the temperature value is larger than the temperature threshold value.
Still taking the kitchen as an example, after the temperature value of the kitchen is detected, the size of the temperature value and the temperature threshold value is judged. The temperature threshold value is a numerical value set by a user or a manufacturer, and the setting standard may be a fire experience value, or may be set according to a specific requirement, which is not specifically limited herein.
And S15, if the temperature value is larger than the temperature threshold value, triggering a fire alarm to alarm.
When the temperature value of the kitchen is judged to be larger than the temperature threshold value, the temperature of the kitchen is judged to exceed the standard, a fire disaster occurs, and a fire alarm is triggered.
For example, when the detected temperature value of the kitchen is 42 ℃, and the temperature threshold value is set to 40 ℃, and when the temperature value 42 is greater than 40, it indicates that the temperature of the kitchen reaches and exceeds the maximum preset temperature, the alarm device is triggered to give an alarm, and the alarm device may be a buzzer or an audible and visual alarm, which is not specifically limited herein.
And S16, if the temperature value is not greater than the temperature threshold value, acquiring the concentration value of the combustible gas in the target environment.
When the temperature value of the kitchen is judged to be smaller than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the temperature of the kitchen does not exceed the preset standard, and the smoke-sensitive concentration value of the kitchen exceeds the calibrated smoke-sensitive threshold value at the moment, so that the risk of pot overflow phenomenon in the kitchen is shown, and therefore, the combustible gas detection is triggered to detect the combustible gas concentration value in the kitchen when the condition of the kitchen combustible gas is further judged. Preferably, on the basis of the original smoke sensation, a CO sensor is added, and whether the alarm type is a boiler overflow combustible gas leakage alarm or a fire alarm is determined through combustible gas detection. It should be noted that the combustible gas is illustrated by way of example and not by way of limitation.
And S17, judging whether the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the threshold value of the concentration of the combustible gas.
After the combustible gas concentration value is obtained, the combustible gas concentration value and the combustible gas concentration threshold value are judged, the combustible gas concentration threshold value is set by a user or a manufacturer, the setting standard can be an empirical value or other specific requirements, and the setting standard is not specifically limited.
And S18, if the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas, triggering a pot overflow alarm.
When the obtained concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas, the concentration of the combustible gas in the kitchen exceeds the normal level, the combustible gas leaks in the kitchen, namely, the phenomenon of pot overflow in the kitchen is caused, the stove fire is extinguished, and the gas stove still conveys the fuel gas outwards to trigger the pot overflow alarm. The overflow alarm mode is different from the fire alarm mode, so that the overflow alarm and the fire alarm can be distinguished. For example, the fire alarm mode may be intermittent alarm by a buzzer, and the overflow alarm mode may be continuous alarm by a buzzer, and the like, which is not limited specifically here.
According to the smoke detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the smoke concentration value of the target environment is detected to be larger than the calibrated smoke threshold, whether the temperature value of the target environment exceeds the temperature threshold is judged again, so that after the temperature value exceeds the temperature threshold, the fire phenomenon of the target environment is judged, and the fire alarm is carried out. When the temperature value is lower than the temperature threshold value, whether the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas or not is judged, so that the pot overflow phenomenon is accurately judged, and the technical problem that in the prior art, the smoke detector gives an alarm after detecting smoke, kitchen smoke, fire alarm and pot overflow cannot be distinguished, and potential safety hazards are generated is solved.
Example two:
in order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention also provides another embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another smoke detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, another smoke detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
s201, detecting whether a human body exists in the target environment.
Still taking the kitchen as an example, whether a human body exists in the kitchen is detected, preferably, the human body information is detected by using a human body detection module, and the human body information can be detected by using a pyroelectric infrared sensor.
And S2011, if the human body is not detected to exist in the target environment, acquiring a smoke concentration value in the target environment.
Specifically, taking the kitchen as an example as well, when the presence of a human body in the target environment is not detected, it is described that no human body is present in the kitchen, and when the cooking person leaves the kitchen, the smoke density value detection is performed. Specifically, referring to step S11 of the foregoing embodiment, a smoke density value in the target environment is obtained, which is not described herein again.
S2012, if it is detected that a human body exists in the target environment, step S21 is executed.
S202, judging whether the smoke-feeling concentration value is larger than a calibrated smoke-feeling threshold value.
S203, if the smoke-sensitive concentration value is larger than the calibrated smoke-sensitive threshold value, acquiring a temperature value of the target environment;
s204, judging whether the temperature value is larger than a temperature threshold value;
s205, if the temperature value is larger than the temperature threshold value, triggering a fire alarm to alarm;
s206, if the temperature value is not greater than the temperature threshold value, acquiring a concentration value of the combustible gas in the target environment;
s207, judging whether the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds a combustible gas concentration threshold value;
and S208, if the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas, triggering a pot overflow alarm.
Steps S202 to S208 are the same as steps S12 to S18 in the above embodiment, please refer to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
And S209, if the concentration value of the combustible gas does not exceed the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas, triggering low-temperature alarm.
When the obtained concentration value of the combustible gas is less than or equal to the threshold value of the combustible gas concentration, the concentration of the combustible gas in the kitchen does not exceed the normal level, and the combustible gas does not leak or the concentration of the combustible gas is in the normal level in the kitchen, namely, the phenomenon of pot overflow in the kitchen is not caused. And if the smoke concentration of the kitchen exceeds the smoke concentration threshold value at the moment, the phenomena of rice burning or scorching and the like can be caused, and a low-temperature alarm is sent. The low temperature alarm mode is not limited specifically, and may be the same as or different from the fire alarm and the overflow alarm, and the user may set the low temperature alarm mode according to the specific requirement.
S210, acquiring a wind speed value in a target environment; judging whether the wind speed value exceeds a wind speed threshold value; if the smoke intensity exceeds the preset value, increasing the smoke intensity concentration value and/or the combustible gas concentration value according to a preset rule.
Still taking a kitchen as an example, in daily kitchen use, in order to keep fresh air in the kitchen, many people choose to turn on the range hood when cooking or cooking, and even choose to turn on the range hood when cooking soup, which makes certain influence on the detection of smoke concentration value in the kitchen. In order to more accurately determine the smoke density value in the kitchen, the wind speed value in the kitchen may be obtained after the smoke density value in the kitchen is obtained, for example, a wind speed sensor may be selected to detect the wind speed value in the kitchen, and a wind speed threshold may be set. The setting of the wind speed threshold value can be set according to the influence degree of the smoke exhaust ventilator and the kitchen pattern setting on the smoke density value, and the setting is not limited specifically here.
And after the acquired wind speed value is acquired, comparing the wind speed value with a wind speed threshold value, and when the wind speed value is larger than the wind speed threshold value, indicating that the wind speed has a certain influence on smoke detection, increasing the smoke detection concentration value and/or the combustible gas concentration value on the basis of the originally acquired temperature value and/or the combustible gas concentration value. And then judging the increased smoke density value and/or combustible gas density value and the preset standard value again.
It should be noted that the acquisition of the wind speed value may be performed after the acquisition of the smoke concentration value in the target environment in S2011, or after the acquisition of the combustible gas concentration value in the target environment in S206, which is not specifically limited herein.
S211, acquiring the duration that the smoke sensation concentration value is greater than the calibrated smoke sensation threshold value; judging whether the duration is greater than a duration threshold value; and if the time length is greater than the time length threshold value, sending warning information to a preset terminal.
And recording the duration that the smoke concentration value is greater than the calibrated smoke threshold after the smoke concentration value is obtained and the smoke concentration value is judged to be greater than the calibrated smoke threshold, and judging the duration and the duration threshold, wherein if the duration that the smoke concentration value is greater than the calibrated smoke threshold is greater than the duration threshold, the smoke in the kitchen is not effectively processed for a long time, and the situation that no person exists in the room possibly results in no alarm information being received. In order to improve the safety performance, warning information can be sent to a preset terminal.
For example, the time length threshold is 10 minutes, and within 10 minutes, if the smoke concentration value of the kitchen is always higher than the smoke concentration threshold, it indicates that smoke in the kitchen is not effectively processed, and a warning message may be sent to a preset mobile phone, or an alarm message may be set to be sent to a property department, so as to prompt the user that the smoke is possibly poisoned and coma.
It should be noted that steps S209 to S211 are only examples of the method steps, and the order of implementation is not limited.
Meanwhile, by detecting whether a human body exists in the target environment, smoke detection can be started in a targeted manner, and energy is saved. The low-temperature alarm is triggered when the concentration value of the combustible gas does not exceed the concentration threshold value of the combustible gas, so that a user can more clearly distinguish the phenomena of smoke, fire and pot overflow of a target environment, and a corresponding reaction is made. By analyzing the wind speed value of the target environment, the influence of the wind speed on the detection of the environmental parameters is reduced, and the detection precision is improved. Through setting the time threshold value, when smoke cannot be timely processed within a certain time, the warning information is sent to the preset terminal, and the technical problems that in the prior art, a user cannot inform others due to suffocation and falling down and the user cannot know indoor smoke alarm information due to absence of the user in a room so that a fire disaster occurs are solved.

Example five:
in order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention also provides another embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a smoke detector according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 is an external structural view of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, a smoke detector according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the system comprises a PCB 501, an NB-IOT module 502, an NB-IOT antenna 503, a combustible gas detection system 504, a combustible gas sensor 505, a human body induction detection system 506, a pyroelectric infrared sensor and Fresnel lens 507, a temperature detection system 508, a temperature sensor 509, a main control system 510, an MCU micro control unit 511, an LED small indicator lamp 512, a sound system 513, a self-checking/silencing button 514 and a buzzer 515.
Further, the functions of each system are communicated with the functions of each module in the above embodiments, and reference may be made to the above method and apparatus embodiments.
For the human body sensing detection system 506, a human body sensing function is added to the original smoke sensing detector, namely a pyroelectric infrared sensor is used. The human body induction system is a judging system for judging whether the whole set of system is started or not, when people are detected in a kitchen, the whole set of system is not started, and when no people are detected in the kitchen, the smoke detection system is started.
The pyroelectric infrared sensor is mainly a detection element with the size of 2 x 1mm made of a material with high thermoelectric coefficient, such as lead zirconate titanate ceramic, lithium tantalate, triethylene-sulfate and the like. One or two detecting elements are arranged in each detector, and the two detecting elements are connected in series with reversed polarity to suppress interference caused by self temperature rise. The infrared radiation detected and received by the detecting element is converted into weak voltage signal, amplified by the field effect tube in the probe and output. In order to improve the detection sensitivity of the detector and increase the detection distance, in the embodiment, a fresnel lens is arranged in front of the detector, the lens is made of transparent plastic, the upper part and the lower part of the lens are respectively divided into a plurality of equal parts, and the lens with a special optical system is manufactured, and is matched with an amplifying circuit to amplify a signal by more than 70 decibels, so that the movement of a person within the range of 20 meters can be measured.
The Fresnel lens utilizes the special optical principle of the lens to generate a blind area and a high-sensitivity area which are alternately changed in front of the detector so as to improve the detection receiving sensitivity of the Fresnel lens. When someone passes through the lens, infrared rays emitted by a human body continuously and alternately enter a high-sensitivity region from a blind region, so that received infrared signals are input in a pulse mode of strength and weakness, and the energy amplitude of the infrared signals is strengthened.
The infrared sensor has the advantages that ① small animal interference is prevented, the detector is installed at the recommended use height and generally does not give an alarm to small animals on the ground in the detection range, ② electromagnetic interference is prevented, the electromagnetic wave interference resistance of the detector meets the requirement of 4.6.1 in GB10408, the electromagnetic interference of a mobile phone does not cause light interference, the detector is irradiated by a halogen lamp H4 outside 3 meters in the normal sensitivity range and does not give an alarm, the transverse sensitivity of the infrared sensor to a human body is greatly related to the motion direction of the infrared, the radial movement response of the infrared sensor is most important for the transverse sensitivity of the infrared sensor to the human body, and the vertical movement response sensitivity of the pyroelectric sensor is most important for the detection of a vertical movement radius of the pyroelectric probe (namely, the false alarm is avoided).
The infrared signal emitted by human body is detected and converted into electric signal to be output. The rectangular window at the top of the sensor is provided with the optical filter, so that infrared rays with wavelengths of 9-10 microns emitted by a human body can pass through the optical filter, and infrared rays with other wavelengths are filtered out, and the anti-interference capability is improved. In a specific embodiment, if someone approaches the pyroelectric infrared sensor, the sensor receives an infrared signal of 9-10 μm emitted from the human body, and outputs a corresponding electrical signal to be sent to an amplifying circuit on the module for processing, the signal is amplified, shaped and the like, and then sent to the MCU micro-control unit 511, and the MCU micro-control unit 511 analyzes and processes the information to determine whether someone is present in the room. The whole working process does not emit any ray outwards, so that the human body cannot be injured. In order to increase the detection sensitivity, such an infrared sensor module is equipped with a fresnel lens.
The novel NB smoke detector for the kitchen changes the original smoke alarm mechanism into a detection mechanism. When the human body induction system judges that no person exists in the kitchen, the smoke detection system is started, when the smoke concentration in the environment is detected to exceed the standard value, the smoke detection system uploads detection information to the MCU control system, and the temperature detection system is started by the control system to perform next judgment.
For the temperature detection system 508 in this embodiment, a temperature sensor is added to the smoke detector in this embodiment based on the original configuration. The temperature sensing system is an important system for determining whether to turn on the combustible gas system and confirming the occurrence of a fire. The temperature detection system determines the ambient temperature, and when the ambient temperature is higher than 40 ℃ (the set temperature threshold can be revised as required), the temperature sensor 509 directly transmits the fire information to the MCU micro-control unit 511. And when the ambient temperature is lower than 40 ℃, starting the combustible gas detection system, and judging whether the gas leakage of the overflowing boiler or the fire occurs by the combustible gas detection system.
Temperature sensors can be classified into two broad categories, contact and non-contact, depending on the measurement mode.
First, contact. The detection part of the contact temperature sensor is in good contact with a measured object, and is also called as a thermometer. The thermometer reaches thermal equilibrium through conduction or convection, so that the indication value of the thermometer can directly represent the temperature of the measured object, and the measurement precision is higher generally. The thermometer can also measure the temperature distribution inside the object within a certain temperature measuring range. However, a large measurement error occurs in a moving body, a small target, or an object having a small heat capacity, and commonly used thermometers include a bimetal thermometer, a glass liquid thermometer, a pressure type thermometer, a resistance thermometer, a thermistor, a thermocouple, and the like. They are widely used in industrial, agricultural, commercial, etc. sectors. These thermometers are also commonly used by people in everyday life.
Second, contactless. Its sensitive element and tested object are not contacted with each other, also called non-contact thermometric instrument. Such a meter can be used to measure the surface temperature of moving objects, small targets and objects with small heat capacities or fast temperature changes (transients), and also to measure the temperature distribution of the temperature field. The most commonly used non-contact thermometers are based on the fundamental law of blackbody radiation, known as radiation thermometers. The radiation temperature measurement methods can only measure the corresponding photometric temperature, radiation temperature or colorimetric temperature. The temperature measured is only true for a black body (an object that absorbs all radiation and does not reflect light). If the true temperature of the object is to be measured, a correction of the surface emissivity of the material must be made. And the surface emissivity of the material is not only dependent on temperature and wavelength, but also related to surface state, coating film, microstructure, etc., and thus it is difficult to accurately measure. The advantage of a contactless temperature sensor is that the upper measurement limit is not limited by the temperature resistance of the temperature-sensitive element, so that there is in principle no limit to the maximum measurable temperature.
Preferably, a non-contact temperature sensor is selected in this embodiment. When the environmental temperature rises to 40 ℃, the thermosensitive element in the detector is subjected to physical change, the temperature signal is converted into an electric signal, the electric signal is transmitted to the MCU 511 for analysis and processing, after analysis, the analog quantity information is uploaded to an NB base station of an operator through the NB-IOT module 502, then the analog quantity information is uploaded to a cloud platform through the NB-IOT module, and the cloud platform sends the information to a mobile phone end, so that the environmental fire condition can be monitored by the temperature sensor, and the whole process of informing a user is realized. And when the ambient temperature is lower than 40 ℃, starting the combustible gas detection system.
For the combustible gas detection system 504, the smoke detector provided by the embodiment of the invention is added with a CO sensor. The combustible gas detection system is used as a final detection unit and can determine whether the alarm type is an overflow combustible gas leakage alarm or a fire alarm. When one alarm type is determined, the combustible gas detection system transmits information to the MCU 511, and after analysis and processing, the NB-IOT communication module uploads the equipment information to the cloud platform.
When the kitchen overflows and the fire on the gas stove is extinguished, the gas can be directly leaked into the air, the main component of the gas is carbon monoxide, and the carbon monoxide is a toxic gas, so that the gas can generate shock for a human body, and once the CO reaches the explosion limit in a closed environment, the gas can be immediately exploded when meeting an open fire. The carbon monoxide gas sensor is a core detection element in a combustible gas detection system, and takes fixed potential electrolysis as a basic principle. When carbon monoxide diffuses to the gas sensor, the output end of the gas sensor generates current output which is provided for a sampling circuit in the alarm to play a role of converting chemical energy into electric energy. When the gas concentration changes, the output current of the gas sensor also changes in direct proportion, and the output is converted and amplified by an intermediate circuit of the alarm to drive different execution devices to complete the detection and alarm functions of sound, light, electricity and the like, and the environment detection or monitoring alarm system is formed together with a corresponding control device.
The principle of the electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor is as follows: when carbon monoxide gas diffuses to the working electrode surface through the gas hole on the outer shell and the gas-permeable membraneIn the face, the carbon monoxide gas is oxidized at the working electrode under the catalytic action of the working electrode. The chemical reaction formula is as follows: CO + H2O→CO2+2H++2e-
H + ions and electrons generated by the oxidation reaction on the working electrode are transferred to a counter electrode which keeps a certain interval with the working electrode through the electrolyte and generate reduction reaction with oxygen in water. The chemical reaction formula is as follows:
1/2O2+2H++2e-→H2O
thus, a reversible oxidation-reduction reaction occurs inside the sensor. The chemical reaction formula is as follows:
2CO+2O2→2CO2
this reversible oxidation-reduction reaction occurs all the time between the working electrode and the counter electrode, and a potential difference is generated between the electrodes.
Preferably, in the embodiment, a carbon monoxide sensor with a range of 0-2000 ppm can be selected for detection. The service life is 2 years in the air, and the quality guarantee period is 18 months after delivery.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, a housing 61 of the smoke detector provided in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with: combustible gas inlet hole 611, pyroelectric infrared sensor + Fresnel lens hole 612, temperature sensor hole 613, smoke labyrinth upper cover 614, LED indicator lamp 512, self-checking/silencing button 514 and buzzer sounding hole 615.
Still taking the kitchen as an example, the alarm principle of the embodiment of the invention can be as follows: the alarm principle is as follows: through pyroelectric infrared sensor, whether detect someone in the kitchen, if the kitchen someone, then smog detecting system, temperature detecting system, combustible gas detecting system do not all start. When the pyroelectric sensor detects that no person exists in the kitchen, the smoke detection system is started, the phenomenon of pot overflow is assumed to occur at the moment, after the smoke detection system is started, smoke in the kitchen is detected, the temperature detection system is started again, after the smoke detection system is started, the temperature is detected to be lower than 40 ℃, the combustible gas detector system is started, when the concentration of the combustible gas detector in the environment is detected to exceed the alarm concentration, the device judges that the phenomenon of pot overflow occurs in the kitchen, and the alarm is notified. When the pyroelectric sensor detects that no person exists in the kitchen, the smoke detection system is started, and if no fire disaster exists in the kitchen, the smoke detection system does not detect smoke in the kitchen after being started, the system does not transmit information, and the temperature alarm system is not started. When the pyroelectric sensor detects that no person exists in a kitchen, the smoke detection system is started, a fire disaster exists in the kitchen, smoke is detected after the smoke detection system is started, the temperature detection system is started, if the temperature alarm system detects that the temperature is lower than 40 ℃, the combustible gas detector system is started, the concentration of combustible gas in the environment does not reach the alarm condition, the whole system judges that the fire disaster occurs in the place, and alarm information is uploaded. If the temperature alarm system detects that the ambient temperature rapidly rises within a short time or the temperature rises to an alarm value of over 40 ℃ already in a differential temperature detection mode, the temperature alarm system uploads alarm information to inform a user that a fire disaster occurs in a kitchen.
