Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Some embodiments provided herein may be applied to scenarios of interaction between a user terminal 101 and an article locker 102 provided with a payment credential medium 104 and a device management server 103. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an application scenario provided in the present application. The user terminal 101 first establishes a connection with the article cabinet 102 and the device management server 103, and the article cabinet 102 and the device management server 103 establish a connection, respectively. After connection, the user terminal 101 scans the two-dimensional code displayed on the article cabinet 102, displays inquiry information whether to bind the payment certificate medium 104 with the user terminal 101 on a display interface of the user terminal 101, and sends a request message for binding the information of the payment certificate medium with the information of the user terminal to the device management server 103 by a confirmation trigger operation of the inquiry information; the device management server 103 receives the request message and binds the information of the payment voucher medium and the information of the user terminal, and after the binding is completed, the binding result is sent to the user terminal 101, at this time, the payment voucher medium 104 is unlocked from the article cabinet 102, the payment voucher medium 104 can perform prepayment, a prepayment order generated by the payment voucher medium 104 can be fed back to the user terminal 101 in real time, and finally, the user terminal 101 triggers the payment completion operation of the prepayment order. This application scenario embodiment is provided for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the information processing method of the present application, and is not intended to limit the information processing method of the present application.
The following describes embodiments provided by the present application.
A first embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, and an application subject of the method may be an equipment management server. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S201, information of a plurality of article cabinets provided by a user terminal is obtained.
In this embodiment, the user terminal may be a terminal providing a living service class for the user. In the embodiment of the present application, a bathing place is taken as an example for explanation, and the article cabinet in step S201 is located in the bathing place for storing articles of the user, and the number of the article cabinets is large, so as to meet the requirement of the user. Of course, in other embodiments, if the application place is a supermarket, the article cabinet is an article cabinet in the supermarket. That is, the information processing method provided by the present application is not limited to the application place provided by the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, each article cabinet is provided with a corresponding service identification code, and information of the service identification code includes information of the article cabinet. The user terminal obtains the information of the plurality of service identification codes by scanning the plurality of service identification codes and provides the information of the plurality of service identification codes to the equipment management server. Of course, the user terminal may only scan the service identification code corresponding to one article cabinet, then obtain information of one article cabinet, and provide the information of the article cabinet to the device management server. The service identification code refers to a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like, which are composed of image identification elements according to a specific coding rule, and in this embodiment, the service identification code is a two-dimensional code.
Further, in this embodiment, each article cabinet is further provided with a payment voucher medium correspondingly, and the payment voucher medium correspondingly arranged on each article cabinet at least has a locking function and a prepayment function, specifically, the locking function of the payment voucher medium means that when the article cabinet is in an empty state, the cabinet door of the article cabinet is in a closed state and the payment voucher medium is locked on the article cabinet, so that when the user sees that the payment voucher medium exists on the article cabinet, the user can know that the article cabinet is empty, and further, the time for the user to search for the empty article cabinet is reduced. The locking function of the payment voucher medium further comprises the steps that after the user stores the goods, the user separates the payment voucher medium from the goods cabinet, the cabinet door of the goods cabinet is locked, and after the user combines the payment voucher medium with the goods cabinet again, the goods cabinet is opened, and the payment voucher medium is locked on the goods cabinet again. That is, the article cabinet of the present embodiment has a corresponding relationship with the payment voucher medium that is correspondingly disposed.
The pre-payment function of the payment voucher medium means that the user can consume through the payment voucher medium, the consumption record of the user is stored in the payment voucher medium, and then the completed consumption is settled through a third party. That is, the payment voucher medium is a consumption medium that can generate prepaid orders after consumption by the user, but the final settlement for these prepaid orders is done by a third party. The third party in this embodiment may be a service person, or may be other equipment capable of settlement, or an equipment management server.
It should be noted that the locking function and the pre-payment function of the multiple payment certificate mediums of the present embodiment can be implemented in the bathing place, that is, the multiple payment certificate mediums are used for performing a locking operation within a predetermined geographic range, and the multiple payment certificate mediums are used for performing a pre-payment operation within a predetermined geographic range, that is, within the bathing place. Correspondingly, a plurality of article cabinets are located within a predetermined geographic range for storing articles of a user. Of course, in other embodiments, the payment credential media may implement the locking function and the pre-payment function as long as it is correspondingly located in the corresponding application site.
Step S202, obtaining information of a plurality of payment voucher media respectively corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets according to the information of the plurality of article cabinets, and binding the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media.
In the step S201, information of a plurality of article cabinets provided by the user terminal is obtained, each article cabinet is correspondingly provided with a payment certificate medium, and each article cabinet has a corresponding relationship with the corresponding payment certificate medium, the device management server obtains information of a plurality of payment certificate media corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets according to the information of the plurality of article cabinets and the corresponding relationship between the information of the article cabinets and the information of the payment certificate medium, and binds the information of the user terminal and the information of the plurality of payment certificate media.
In this embodiment, after the device management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment credential media, the device management server instructs the plurality of article cabinets to open the cabinet doors, so that the user can store the articles of the user, and after the article cabinets are closed, the payment credential media are separated from the corresponding article cabinets. Wherein, equipment management server instructs a plurality of article cabinets to open the cabinet door, specifically includes: the equipment management server acquires geographical position information of the user terminal, judges whether the geographical position corresponding to the geographical position information is within a preset geographical range or not, and indicates the plurality of article cabinets to open the cabinet doors if the geographical position corresponding to the geographical position information is determined to be within the preset geographical range by the equipment management server. On the contrary, if the equipment management server determines that the geographic position corresponding to the geographic position information is not in the preset geographic range, the equipment management server indicates the plurality of article cabinets not to open the cabinet doors.
In another aspect of this embodiment, after the device management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the multiple payment credential media, the device management server instructs the multiple article cabinets to open the cabinet doors, and the method further includes: the equipment management server judges whether the plurality of article cabinets are occupied or not; and if the equipment management server determines that the plurality of article cabinets are not occupied, the equipment management server instructs the plurality of article cabinets to open the cabinet doors. On the contrary, if the equipment management server determines that the plurality of article cabinets are occupied, the equipment management server instructs the plurality of article cabinets not to open the cabinet doors.
Of course, in other solutions of this embodiment, after the device management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment credential media, the device management server instructs the plurality of article cabinets to open the cabinet doors, and the method further includes: the method comprises the steps that the equipment management server obtains geographical position information of a user terminal, the equipment management server judges whether the geographical position corresponding to the geographical position information is within a preset geographical range, if the equipment management server determines that the geographical position corresponding to the geographical position information is within the preset geographical range, the equipment management server judges whether a plurality of article cabinets are occupied, and if the equipment management server determines that the plurality of article cabinets are unoccupied, the equipment management server instructs the plurality of article cabinets to open cabinet doors. Otherwise, the plurality of article cabinets are indicated not to open the cabinet doors.
Step S203, recording payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the prepaid payment orders of the plurality of payment credential media.
After the cabinet doors are opened by the plurality of article cabinets, the user can store articles of the user, and after the user stores the articles, the article cabinets are closed, so that the payment certificate medium is separated from the corresponding article cabinets, and the user consumes the payment certificate medium in a bathing place. In this embodiment, the user can obtain the payment voucher media according to the preference or the number of people who take a bath, and specifically, the user can scan the service identification codes corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets through the user terminal according to the preference or the number of people who take a bath, so that the equipment management server binds the information of the plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets with the information of the user terminal, and the user can have the payment voucher media which can be consumed in a bath place.
In the embodiment, in consideration of different groups using the payment voucher media, for example, when a user wears old people and children together in a bathing place, the user obtains a plurality of payment voucher media through the user terminal of the user, and correspondingly distributes the plurality of payment voucher media to the user, the old people and the children respectively. However, in consideration of the self-control ability of children, the children may consume some unnecessary payment when using the payment voucher medium, which causes loss to the user, so that the user may allocate payment amount to a plurality of payment voucher media through the user terminal. Specifically, the user can allocate the payment amount of each payment voucher medium to an equal amount, or allocate the payment amount according to the consumption condition of the user, so that personal consumption is met, and meanwhile, the loss of the user caused by excessive consumption can be avoided. It can be understood that, after the device management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media, the device management server also judges whether each payment voucher medium bound by the user terminal has a payment amount before the user uses the payment voucher medium for consumption, if it is determined that the related payment voucher medium has no payment amount, the consumption of the payment voucher medium is limited, and the device management server can timely send the information that the corresponding payment voucher medium does not obtain the payment amount to the user terminal so as to remind the user of timely distributing the payment amount to the payment voucher medium, so that the use of the user is not affected.
When a user uses the payment voucher media for consumption, the device management server records a prepayment order of any one of the plurality of payment voucher media and sends the prepayment order of any one of the payment voucher media to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can acquire the consumption condition of each payment voucher media. In this embodiment, since the user does not complete all consumption once using the payment voucher media, the prepaid order recorded by the device management server for any one payment voucher media can be a real-time prepaid order, that is, each time the user finishes consuming, the device management server records the consumption as a real-time prepaid order and sends the real-time prepaid order to the user terminal, so that the user can know the consumption condition of each payment voucher media bound under the name of the user in time.
In the consumption process of the user, the equipment management server judges whether the sum of the current payment amount to be paid of the target payment voucher medium and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment voucher medium exceeds the payment amount distributed by the target payment voucher medium or not according to the payment amount, obtains a judgment result, and controls the current pre-payment operation of the target payment voucher medium according to the judgment result. For example, the allocated payment amount of the target payment credential medium bound by the user terminal is 100 yuan, the current to-be-paid amount of the target payment credential medium is 20 yuan, and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment credential medium is 50 yuan, then the sum of the current to-be-paid amount of the target payment credential medium and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment credential medium is 70 yuan, so that the obtained determination result is that the allocated payment amount of the target payment credential medium is not exceeded, and the target payment credential medium can perform the current pre-payment operation. If the current payment amount of the target payment voucher medium is 60 yuan and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment voucher medium is 50 yuan, the sum of the current payment amount of the target payment voucher medium and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment voucher medium is 110 yuan, so that the obtained judgment result shows that the sum of the current payment amount of the target payment voucher medium and the completed pre-payment amount of the target payment voucher medium exceeds the payment amount distributed by the target payment voucher medium, and the device management server prohibits the target payment voucher medium from performing current pre-payment operation according to the result. Wherein the target payment credential medium is a payment credential medium of a plurality of payment credential media.
Or the equipment management server judges whether the sum of the current payment amount to be paid of the target payment voucher medium and the completed prepayment amounts of the plurality of payment voucher media exceeds the total payment amount distributed by the plurality of payment voucher media according to the payment amount to obtain a judgment result, and controls the current prepayment operation of the target payment voucher media according to the judgment result. For example, if the total payment amount allocated to the plurality of payment credential media bound by the user terminal is 200 yuan, the current payment amount to be paid of the target payment credential media is 50 yuan, and the completed pre-payment amount of the plurality of payment credential media is 100 yuan, the sum of the current payment amount to be paid of the target payment credential media and the completed pre-payment amount of the plurality of payment credential media is 150 yuan, so that the obtained determination result is that the total payment amount allocated to the plurality of payment credential media is not exceeded, and the target payment credential media can perform the current pre-payment operation. If the current amount to be paid of the target payment voucher medium is 60 yuan and the completed pre-payment amounts of the plurality of payment voucher media are 150 yuan, the sum of the current amount to be paid of the target payment voucher medium and the completed pre-payment amounts of the plurality of payment voucher media is 210 yuan, so that the obtained judgment result shows that the sum of the current amount to be paid of the target payment voucher medium and the completed pre-payment amounts of the plurality of payment voucher media exceeds the total payment amount distributed by the plurality of payment voucher media, and the equipment management server prohibits the target payment voucher medium from performing current pre-payment operation according to the result. Wherein the target payment credential medium is a payment credential medium of a plurality of payment credential media.
Further, after the user finishes consuming, the user terminal obtains the prepaid payment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media bound by the user terminal, which are provided by the device management server, the user terminal performs payment operations for the prepaid payment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media, and the device management server records payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the prepaid payment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media. Specifically, the device management server obtains a payment request message of a prepaid order of a user terminal for a target payment voucher medium, wherein the target payment voucher medium is a payment voucher medium in a plurality of payment voucher media, and the device management server performs payment operation for the payment request message; and after the payment operation is successful, the equipment management server records payment operation completion information of the prepayment order aiming at the target payment voucher medium. In another aspect of this embodiment, the device management server records payment operation completion information of a prepaid order for a plurality of payment credential media by a user terminal, and further includes: the device management server obtains payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the pre-paid orders of the plurality of payment voucher media, which is provided by the other device except the user terminal. That is, the operation of completing payment for the prepaid order of the plurality of payment credential media bound to the user terminal may be not only the user terminal itself but also a third party payment terminal connected to the user terminal.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the preferential service of the bathing place, before the user terminal or other equipment completes the payment operation of the prepaid orders bound to the user terminal for the multiple payment voucher media bound to the user terminal, the equipment management server pushes, to the user terminal or other equipment, the preferential amount information for performing the payment operation for the prepaid orders of the multiple payment voucher media, and the user terminal can perform the payment operation for the prepaid orders bound to the multiple payment voucher media according to different preferential amount information, thereby reducing the consumption expenditure of the user.
A first embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, including: acquiring information of a plurality of article cabinets provided by a user terminal; acquiring information of a plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets respectively according to the information of the plurality of article cabinets, and binding the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media, wherein the plurality of payment voucher media are used for performing pre-payment operation within a preset geographic range, and the plurality of article cabinets are located within the preset geographic range and used for storing articles of a user; and recording payment operation completion information of the user terminal aiming at the pre-payment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media. In the embodiment of the application, the information of the user terminal is bound with the information of a plurality of payment voucher media, the payment voucher media respectively correspond to a plurality of article cabinets used by the user, in other words, if the user needs to use a plurality of article cabinets, the plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the article cabinets need to be bound with the user terminal, in this case, the payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the pre-payment orders of the payment voucher media can be recorded, the settlement is avoided for some payment voucher media, and therefore the data settlement accuracy for the payment voucher media is improved.
A second embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, where an application subject of the method may be a user terminal. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S301, obtaining information of a plurality of article cabinets, and providing the information of the plurality of article cabinets to the device management server.
Corresponding to the first embodiment, the present embodiment is explained by taking a bathing place as an example, and in the present embodiment, the user terminal may be a terminal for providing a living service class for a user. The article cabinet in the step is positioned in a bathing place range and used for storing articles of users, and the number of the article cabinets is large so as to meet the requirements of the users. Of course, in other embodiments, if the application place is a supermarket, the article cabinet is an article cabinet in the supermarket. That is, the information processing method provided in the second embodiment of the present application is not limited to the application place provided in the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, each article cabinet is provided with a corresponding service identification code, and information of the service identification code includes information of the article cabinet. The user terminal scans the plurality of service identification codes in the bathing place to obtain the information of the plurality of service identification codes and provides the information of the plurality of service identification codes to the equipment management server, and because the information of the service identification codes comprises the information of the article cabinets, the user terminal provides the information of the plurality of article cabinets to the equipment management server. Of course, the user terminal may only scan the service identification code corresponding to one article cabinet, then obtain information of one article cabinet, and provide the information of the article cabinet to the device management server. The service identification code refers to a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like, which are composed of image identification elements according to a specific coding rule, and in this embodiment, the service identification code is a two-dimensional code.
In this embodiment, each article cabinet is further provided with a payment voucher medium correspondingly, and the payment voucher medium correspondingly arranged on each article cabinet at least has a locking function and a pre-payment function, specifically, the locking function of the payment voucher medium means that when the article cabinet is in an empty state, the cabinet door of the article cabinet is in a closed state and the payment voucher medium is locked on the article cabinet, so that when a user sees that the payment voucher medium exists on the article cabinet, the user can know that the article cabinet is empty, and further, the time for the user to find the empty article cabinet is reduced. The locking function of the payment voucher medium further comprises the steps that after the user stores the goods, the user separates the payment voucher medium from the goods cabinet, the cabinet door of the goods cabinet is locked, and after the user combines the payment voucher medium with the goods cabinet, the goods cabinet is opened, and the payment voucher medium is locked on the goods cabinet again. That is, the article cabinet of the present embodiment has a corresponding relationship with the payment voucher medium that is correspondingly disposed.
The pre-payment function of the payment voucher medium means that the user can consume through the payment voucher medium, the consumption record of the user is stored in the payment voucher medium, and then the completed consumption is settled through a third party. That is, the payment voucher medium is a consumption medium that can generate prepaid orders after consumption by the user, but the final settlement for these prepaid orders is done by a third party. The third party in this embodiment may be a service person, or may be other equipment capable of settling accounts.
It should be noted that the locking function and the pre-payment function of the multiple payment certificate mediums of the present embodiment can be implemented in the bathing place, that is, the multiple payment certificate mediums are used for performing a locking operation within a predetermined geographic range, and the multiple payment certificate mediums are used for performing a pre-payment operation within a predetermined geographic range, that is, within the bathing place. Correspondingly, a plurality of article cabinets are positioned in the preset geographic range and used for storing articles of users. Of course, in other embodiments, the payment credential media may implement the locking function and the pre-payment function as long as it is correspondingly located in the corresponding application site.
Step S302, the user terminal obtains the binding result of the information of the user terminal and the information of a plurality of payment voucher media, which are provided by the equipment management server.
After the user terminal scans the service identification codes, the equipment management server acquires information of a plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets respectively according to the information of the plurality of article cabinets, binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media, and feeds back the binding result of the information of the user terminal and the information of the plurality of payment voucher media to the user terminal. In this embodiment, before the user terminal obtains the binding result between the information of the user terminal provided by the device management server and the information of the plurality of payment credential media, the method further includes: the user terminal obtains inquiry information sent by the equipment management server whether to bind the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment certificate media; the user terminal displays the inquiry information; and if the user terminal obtains the confirmation triggering operation aiming at the inquiry information, sending confirmation information for binding the information of the user terminal and the information of the plurality of payment certificate media to the equipment management server. And then the equipment management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment certificate media according to the confirmation information provided by the user terminal, and feeds back the binding result of the information of the user terminal and the information of the plurality of payment certificate media to the user terminal.
After the user terminal obtains the binding result of the information of the user terminal and the information of the payment voucher media, the plurality of article cabinets corresponding to the payment voucher media bound by the user terminal are opened, the user stores the articles of the user in the article cabinets, and after the cabinet doors of the article cabinets are closed, the payment voucher media are separated from the corresponding article cabinets, so that the user consumes the payment voucher media in the places. Before consumption, the user distributes payment amount for the plurality of payment certificate media through the user terminal, and provides the payment amount distributed for the plurality of payment certificate media to the equipment management server. Specifically, the user can allocate the payment amount of each payment voucher medium to an equal amount, or allocate the payment amount according to the consumption condition of the user, so that personal consumption is met, and meanwhile, the loss of the user caused by excessive consumption can be avoided. It can be understood that, after the device management server binds the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media, the device management server also judges whether each payment voucher medium bound by the user terminal has a payment amount before the user uses the payment voucher medium for consumption, if it is determined that the related payment voucher medium has no payment amount, the consumption of the payment voucher medium is limited, and the device management server can timely send the information that the corresponding payment voucher medium does not obtain the payment amount to the user terminal so as to remind the user of timely distributing the payment amount to the payment voucher medium, so that the use of the user is not affected.
When a user uses the payment voucher media for consumption, the device management server records a prepayment order of any one of the plurality of payment voucher media and sends the prepayment order of any one of the payment voucher media to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can acquire the consumption condition of each payment voucher media. In this embodiment, the information that the corresponding payment certificate medium does not obtain the payment amount is sent to the user terminal in time, so as to remind the user to distribute the payment amount to the payment certificate medium in time, thereby not affecting the use of the user. In this embodiment, since the user does not complete all consumption once using the payment voucher media, the prepaid order recorded by the device management server for any one payment voucher media can be a real-time prepaid order, that is, each time the user completes consumption, the device management server records the consumption as a real-time prepaid order and sends the real-time prepaid order to the user terminal, so that the user can know each consumption condition of each payment voucher media bound under the name of the user in time.
Step S303, the user terminal performs a payment operation for the prepaid payment orders of the plurality of payment credential media.
After the user finishes consumption, the user terminal obtains the prepayment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media bound by the user terminal, which are provided by the device management server, and the user terminal carries out payment operation aiming at the prepayment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media, namely, the prepayment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media bound by the user terminal are settled. Specifically, the user terminal sends a payment request message of a prepaid order for a target payment credential medium to the device management server, where the target payment credential medium is a payment credential medium among the multiple payment credential media, and the device management server performs a payment operation for the payment request message, so that the user terminal obtains payment result information returned by the device management server for the payment request message.
In another aspect of this embodiment, the device management server records payment operation completion information of a prepaid order for a plurality of payment credential media by a user terminal, and further includes: the device management server obtains payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the pre-paid orders of the plurality of payment voucher media, which is provided by the other device except the user terminal. That is, the operation of completing payment for the prepaid order of the plurality of payment credential media bound to the user terminal may be not only the user terminal itself but also a third party payment terminal connected to the user terminal.
It can be understood that, in order to promote the preferential service of the bathing place, before the user terminal or other equipment completes the payment operation of the prepaid orders bound to the user terminal, the equipment management server pushes, to the user terminal or other equipment, the preferential amount information for performing the payment operation on the prepaid orders bound to the multiple payment voucher media, the user terminal can perform the payment operation on the prepaid orders bound to the multiple payment voucher media according to different preferential amount information, specifically, the user terminal obtains the preferential amount information provided by the equipment management server for performing the payment operation on the prepaid orders bound to the multiple payment voucher media, and the user terminal performs the payment operation on the prepaid orders bound to the multiple payment voucher media by using the preferential amount information, so as to reduce the consumption expenditure of the user.
A second embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, including: acquiring information of a plurality of article cabinets and providing the information of the article cabinets to an equipment management server; acquiring a binding result of information of a user terminal provided by the device management server and information of a plurality of payment voucher media, wherein the payment voucher media are corresponding to the item cabinets, the payment voucher media are used for performing pre-payment operation in a preset geographic range, and the target item cabinet is located in the preset geographic range and used for storing items of a user; performing a payment operation for a pre-paid order for the plurality of payment credential media. According to the embodiment of the application, the information of the plurality of article cabinets is acquired, the binding results of the information of the user terminal and the information of the plurality of payment voucher media are acquired, the payment voucher media respectively correspond to the plurality of article cabinets used by the user, in other words, if the user needs to use the plurality of article cabinets, the plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the article cabinets need to be bound with the user terminal, after payment operation is carried out on the prepayment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media, the payment operation completion information of the prepayment orders of the payment voucher media can be recorded, settlement omission of some payment voucher media is avoided, and therefore the data settlement accuracy of the payment voucher media is improved.
A third embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, and an application subject of the method may be an apparatus management server. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a third embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S401, obtaining the information of the target payment voucher medium provided by the exit gate.
Corresponding to the second embodiment, the present embodiment takes the bathing place as an example for explanation, and the exit gate of the step is located within the range of the bathing place, and the number of exit gates is large, so that the user can leave the consumption area quickly. When the user needs to leave the consumption area after the consumption of the bathing place is finished, in order to avoid that the pre-payment order of the payment voucher medium is forgotten to be settled by the user by the merchant, a plurality of exit gates are arranged in the range of the bathing place and at the position leaving the consumption area. When the user is ready to leave the consumption area, the user is required to brush the corresponding payment voucher medium on the exit gate to be able to exit, and when the corresponding payment voucher medium is brushed on the exit gate, the equipment management server acquires the information of the payment voucher medium provided by the exit gate. The device management server obtains information of the target payment voucher medium provided by the exit gate, and the device management server obtains the information of the target payment voucher medium provided by the exit gate.
Step S402, inquiring the information of the target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium.
In this embodiment, since there are many people who consume in the bathing place, when the user swipes the payment voucher medium out of the exit gate, the device management server queries the information of the target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium according to the acquired information of the target payment voucher medium. Specifically, the device management server obtains the information of the target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium according to the information of the target payment voucher medium and the binding relationship between the information of the user terminal and the information of the payment voucher medium. This may correspond the target payment credential media to the target user.
Step S403, according to the recorded payment operation completion information, determining whether the prepaid payment orders of the target user terminal for all payment voucher media have completed payment operations, and if yes, sending an indication message to the exit gate to allow the user holding the target payment voucher media to pass through the exit gate.
The payment operation completion information comprises payment operation completion information of the user terminal aiming at a prepayment order of a payment voucher medium bound with the user terminal, the information of all the payment voucher media is information of the payment voucher medium bound with the information of the user terminal, and all the payment voucher media are used for prepayment operation in a preset geographic range.
After a user swipes a target payment voucher medium at an exit gate, as a plurality of payment voucher media are bound at a user terminal, in order to ensure that the user finishes payment of all the bound pre-paid orders of all the payment voucher media, an equipment management server judges whether the payment operation of the target user terminal for all the pre-paid orders of all the payment voucher media is finished or not according to recorded payment operation finishing information, specifically, the equipment management server obtains the payment operation finishing information of the target terminal from the recorded payment operation finishing information, the equipment management server obtains the pre-paid orders of all the payment voucher media bound with the target terminal, and if the payment operation finishing information of the target terminal is matched with the pre-paid orders of all the payment voucher media, the target user terminal is determined to finish the payment operation for all the pre-paid orders of all the payment voucher media, and issuing an indication message to the exit gate to allow the user holding the target payment credential media to pass through the exit gate. Otherwise, determining that the target user terminal does not finish the payment operation aiming at the prepayment orders of all the payment voucher media, sending prompt information of the payment operation not finished aiming at the prepayment orders of all the payment voucher media to the target user terminal, and sending an indication message for prohibiting the user holding the target payment voucher media from passing through the exit gate to the exit gate. The prompt message comprises a prepayment order of which the target user terminal does not finish payment operation. By the method, whether the prepayment orders of all the bound payment voucher media of the user are paid and finished or not can be detected, and the user is reminded of finishing the payment operation in time when the prepayment orders of the payment voucher media which are not paid and finished exist, so that the loss of merchants is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
A third embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, including: acquiring information of a target payment voucher medium provided by an exit gate; inquiring information of a target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium; and judging whether the prepayment orders of the target user terminal for all the payment voucher media complete the payment operation or not according to the recorded payment operation completion information, if so, sending an indication message allowing a user holding the target payment voucher media to pass through the exit gate to the exit gate, wherein the payment operation completion information comprises payment operation completion information of the prepayment orders of the user terminal for the payment voucher media bound with the user terminal, the information of all the payment voucher media is information of the payment voucher media bound with the information of the user terminal, and all the payment voucher media are used for prepayment operation within a preset geographical range. The implementation obtains the information of the target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium provided by the exit gate, then judges whether the payment operation of the target user terminal for the pre-payment orders of all the payment voucher media is finished according to the recorded payment operation finishing information, and if so, the exit gate is opened. That is to say, when the user wants to leave through the exit gate, the exit gate is opened only after the payment is completed for the prepaid orders of all the payment voucher media bound by the user terminal, so that the settlement is avoided for some payment voucher media, the accuracy of data settlement for the payment voucher media is improved, and further the loss of merchants is avoided.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, and an application subject of the method may be an apparatus management server. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, and the method according to this embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 5. The following description refers to embodiments for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the methods, and is not intended to be limiting in actual use. As shown in fig. 5, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S501, obtaining a request message of a target user terminal requesting to open a cabinet door of a target article cabinet.
Corresponding to the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present application is explained by taking a bathing place as an example, and there are article cabinets for storing articles of users in a range of the bathing place, and the number of the article cabinets is large so as to meet the requirements of the users. After the user finishes consumption in the bathing place, the corresponding article cabinet needs to be opened through the payment certificate medium bound by the user terminal so as to take the articles of the user. In this embodiment, in order to enable the user to quickly find the corresponding article cabinet, the payment voucher medium and the article cabinet are marked with the same number, and the user can find the article cabinet, i.e., the target article cabinet, as long as the user finds the number of the corresponding article cabinet according to the number on the payment voucher medium. And when the user finds the target article cabinet, combining the target payment voucher medium with the target article cabinet, and acquiring a request message of the target user terminal requesting to open a cabinet door of the target article cabinet by the equipment management server. Wherein the request message includes information of the service identification code of the target item cabinet. Of course, the request message may also be provided by the target payment credential medium, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S502, according to the recorded payment operation completion information, judging whether the target user terminal completes the payment operation for all the prepayment orders of the payment voucher media, if so, indicating the target article cabinet to open the cabinet door.
The payment operation completion information comprises payment operation completion information of the user terminal aiming at a prepayment order of a payment voucher medium bound with the user terminal, the information of all the payment voucher media is the information of the payment voucher medium bound with the information of the user terminal, all the payment voucher media are used for prepayment operation in a preset geographic range, and the target article cabinet is located in the preset geographic range and used for storing articles of a user.
After the device management server obtains a request message of a target user terminal requesting to open a cabinet door of a target article cabinet, the device management server inquires information of a target payment voucher medium bound with the information of the target user terminal, and specifically, the device management server obtains the information of the target payment voucher medium bound with the information of the target user terminal according to the information of the target user terminal and a binding relationship between the information of the user terminal and the information of the payment voucher medium. Further, the device management server judges whether the information of the target payment voucher medium and the information of the target article cabinet have a corresponding relation between the information of the payment voucher medium and the information of the article cabinet, and if so, the target user terminal is allowed to open a cabinet door of the target article cabinet. If not, the target user terminal is prohibited from opening the cabinet door of the target article cabinet.
After the device management server determines that the target payment voucher medium can open the corresponding target article cabinet, because the target payment voucher medium is one of the plurality of payment voucher media bound by the user terminal, in order to avoid that all the prepaid orders in the payment voucher medium of the user are paid, the device management server judges whether the prepaid orders of all the payment voucher media of the target user terminal have finished payment operation according to the recorded payment operation finishing information, specifically, the device management server obtains the payment operation finishing information of the target terminal from the recorded payment operation finishing information, the device management server obtains the prepaid orders of all the payment voucher media bound with the target terminal, if the payment operation finishing information of the target terminal is matched with the prepaid orders of all the payment voucher media, determining that the target user terminal completes payment operation for all pre-paid orders of the payment voucher media, and sending an indication message allowing a user holding the target payment voucher media to open the target item cabinet to the target item cabinet. Otherwise, determining that the target user terminal does not finish the payment operation for the prepayment orders of all the payment voucher media, sending prompt information that the payment operation is not finished for the prepayment orders of all the payment voucher media to the target user terminal, and sending an indication message for prohibiting a user holding the target payment voucher media from opening the target article cabinet to the target article cabinet. The prompt message comprises a prepayment order of which the target user terminal does not finish payment operation. By the method, whether the prepayment orders of all the bound payment voucher media of the user are paid and finished or not can be detected, and the user is reminded of finishing the payment operation in time when the prepayment orders of the payment voucher media which are not paid and finished exist, so that the loss of merchants is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, including: acquiring a request message of a target user terminal requesting to open a cabinet door of a target article cabinet; and judging whether the target user terminal finishes payment operation aiming at the prepayment orders of all payment voucher media according to the recorded payment operation finishing information, if so, indicating the target article cabinet to open a cabinet door, wherein the payment operation finishing information comprises the payment operation finishing information of the user terminal aiming at the prepayment orders of the payment voucher media bound with the user terminal, the information of all the payment voucher media is the information of the payment voucher media bound with the information of the user terminal, the payment voucher media are used for carrying out prepayment operation in a preset geographic range, and the target article cabinet is positioned in the preset geographic range and is used for storing articles of the user. The implementation judges whether the payment operation of the target user terminal for the pre-payment orders of all payment voucher media is finished or not according to the recorded payment operation finishing information through the request information for opening the cabinet door provided by the target article cabinet, and if so, the target article cabinet is opened. That is to say, when the user wants to pass through the target article cabinet, the prepaid orders of all payment voucher media bound by the user terminal need to be opened after payment is completed, and the settlement is avoided by avoiding omission of some payment voucher media, so that the data settlement accuracy for the payment voucher media is improved, and further the loss of merchants is avoided.
The fifth embodiment of the present application also provides an information processing apparatus, since the apparatus embodiment is basically similar to the method embodiment, so that the description is relatively simple, and the details of the related technical features can be found in the corresponding description of the method embodiment provided above, and the following description of the apparatus embodiment is only illustrative. Referring to fig. 6, to understand the embodiment, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a unit of the apparatus provided in the embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus provided in the embodiment includes: an information acquisition unit 601, configured to acquire information of a plurality of article cabinets provided by a user terminal; a binding unit 602, configured to obtain, according to information of the multiple article cabinets, information of multiple payment credential media corresponding to the multiple article cabinets, respectively, and bind the information of the user terminal with the information of the multiple payment credential media, where the multiple payment credential media are used to perform a pre-payment operation within a predetermined geographic range, and the multiple article cabinets are located within the predetermined geographic range and are used to store articles of a user; a recording unit 603, configured to record payment operation completion information of the user terminal for the prepaid orders of the plurality of payment credential media.

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring information of a plurality of article cabinets provided by a user terminal;
acquiring information of a plurality of payment voucher media corresponding to the plurality of article cabinets respectively according to the information of the plurality of article cabinets, and binding the information of the user terminal with the information of the plurality of payment voucher media, wherein the plurality of payment voucher media are used for performing pre-payment operation within a preset geographic range, and the plurality of article cabinets are located within the preset geographic range and used for storing articles of a user;
and recording payment operation completion information of the user terminal aiming at the pre-payment orders of the plurality of payment voucher media.
2. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring information of a plurality of article cabinets and providing the information of the article cabinets to an equipment management server;
acquiring a binding result of information of a user terminal provided by the device management server and information of a plurality of payment voucher media, wherein the payment voucher media are corresponding to the item cabinets, the payment voucher media are used for performing pre-payment operation in a preset geographic range, and the target item cabinet is located in the preset geographic range and used for storing items of a user;
performing a payment operation for a pre-paid order for the plurality of payment credential media.
3. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring information of a target payment voucher medium provided by an exit gate;
inquiring information of a target user terminal bound with the information of the target payment voucher medium;
