Abstract
A developer replenishing container comprises a cylinder body, an upper cover body assembly, a lower cover body, a stirring assembly and a chip assembly, wherein the upper cover body assembly is integrated with one end part of the cylinder body, the lower cover body is detachably arranged at the other end part of the cylinder body, one end of the stirring assembly is connected and fixed to the upper cover body assembly, and the chip assembly is partially fixed to the upper cover body assembly; the lower cover body is provided with an openable piston, the piston is connected with the lower cover body, a convex ring is arranged inside the lower cover body, a sealing gasket is arranged in an annular gap between the convex ring and the lower cover body, and the cylinder body is abutted against the sealing gasket to form a sealing environment. The invention integrates the existing head cover and the developer replenishing container, fills the developer from the bottom of the container, abandons the existing developer filling mode of frequently disassembling the head cover, maintains good tightness of the container, innovates the connection mode of the lower cover body and the cylinder body, and is convenient to disassemble while maintaining the sealing performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a developer replenishing container, which integrates a head cover and the developer replenishing container, fills developer from the bottom of the container, and adds a powder stirring developer mechanism in the developer replenishing container to increase the fluidity of the developer and improve the product performance.
Background
Heretofore, a fine powder developer has been used as a developer in an image forming apparatus such as an electrophotographic copying machine or a printer, and when the developer is consumed, a new developer is supplied to the image forming apparatus by using a developer supply container.
In the related art, in the known described apparatus, the developer is filled into the developer replenishing container through the head, and the developer replenishing container is put into the image forming apparatus, specifically, the following method is adopted: the developer is filled into the developer replenishing container in advance, and then the head cover portion is attached to the developer replenishing container, and the head cover portion and the developer replenishing container are sealingly engaged with each other through a sponge. In the normal printing process, the gear on the developer replenishing container drives the part inside the head cover to rotate, the part inside the head cover drives the whole container to rotate, and the stripes arranged on the container per se play a role in conveying the developer.
However, the conveying method in the prior art has the following defects: when the existing structure is installed, a developer needs to be filled into a developer replenishing container firstly, and then a head cover accessory is installed, so that the assembling difficulty is high, the developer is easy to leak, and even the risk of damaging the sealing sponge at the head part of the developer with a certain probability exists in the assembling process, so that the functionality of the product is poor; moreover, in the known developer replenishing container, the whole developer replenishing solvent is required to be driven to rotate by a machine in the working process of the container, the required driving force is large, and the aging of the machine is accelerated due to the large driving load; the developer replenishing container does not have an effect of stirring the developer therein, and the developer is poor in fluidity after the developer replenishing container is stored for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is provided to solve the problems posed by the background art, and the present invention will be further described below.
A developer replenishing container comprises a barrel, an upper cover body assembly and a lower cover body, and is characterized by further comprising a stirring assembly and a chip assembly, wherein the upper cover body assembly and one end part of the barrel are integrated, the lower cover body is detachably arranged at the other end part of the barrel, one end of the stirring assembly is connected and fixed to the upper cover body assembly, and the chip assembly is partially fixed to the upper cover body assembly;
the lower cover body is provided with an openable piston, the piston is connected with the lower cover body, a convex ring is arranged inside the lower cover body, a sealing gasket is arranged in an annular gap between the convex ring and the lower cover body, and the cylinder body is abutted against the sealing gasket to form a sealing environment.
Furthermore, the upper cover body assembly comprises a cover body, a sliding cover, a handle and a driving gear, wherein the cover body is one part of the end part of the cylinder body, a powder outlet penetrating through the cover body is formed in the cover body, the sliding cover which is movably opened or closed is arranged on the powder outlet, the sliding cover is connected with the handle, and the handle slides on the surface of the cover body; the hollow part of the cover body is provided with a driving gear, and the driving gear is connected with an external power device and driven by the external device to rotate. The upper cover body assembly and the barrel are integrated, the existing head cover design is directly cancelled, and the problems that the developer leaks out during the filling operation of the developer, even the sealing sponge is damaged, and the product functionality is poor are solved.
Optionally, the lower cover body is connected with the barrel in a buckled mode, a plurality of clamping protrusions are arranged on the barrel along the circumference array of the axis of the barrel, the lower cover body has certain elasticity, clamping grooves corresponding to the clamping protrusions are formed in the lower cover body, the inner diameter of the lower cover body is larger than the outer diameter of the barrel, one surface, facing the bottom end of the barrel, of each clamping protrusion is a slope, and the clamping grooves are matched with the clamping protrusions to complete buckled connection of the lower cover body and the barrel.
Preferably, at least one surface of the clamping protrusion adjacent to the slope surface is an inclined surface. When the lower cover body is dismounted, the lower cover body is twisted towards the inclined plane, the lower cover body crosses the inclined plane to the convex top surface of the clamp, and then the lower cover body is dismounted.
The stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft, a stirring frame and stirring blades, one end of the stirring shaft is connected with the driving gear, the stirring frame is connected and arranged on the stirring shaft, the stirring blades are fixed on the stirring frame, an included angle of 10-20 degrees exists between the installation contact line of the stirring frame and the stirring shaft and the axis of the stirring shaft, and the stirring frame is symmetrically distributed around the stirring shaft. The arrangement of the angle ensures that the developer gradually and stably flows to the powder outlet at the top of the cylinder body.
Further, there is an overlap between the stirring frames in projection along the longitudinal section of the stirring shaft to enhance the stirring and conveying effect.
Furthermore, the stirring blades are made of PVC materials.
Preferably, the cylinder body and the upper cover body assembly are manufactured into a whole by adopting a plastic part process.

A developer replenishing container comprises a barrel body 10, an upper cover body assembly 20, a lower cover body 30, a stirring assembly 40 and a chip assembly 50, wherein the upper cover body assembly 20 and one end part of the barrel body 10 are arranged, the lower cover body 30 is arranged at the other end part of the barrel body 10, one end of the stirring assembly 40 is fixedly connected with the upper cover body assembly 20, and the chip assembly 50 is partially fixed on the upper cover body assembly 20.
The upper cover body assembly 20 comprises a cover body 21, a sliding cover 22, a handle 23 and a driving gear 24, the cover body 21 and the cylinder body 10 are designed into a whole, namely the cover body 21 is a part of the end part of the cylinder body 10, the cover body 21 is provided with a powder outlet 25 penetrating through the cover body 21, the powder outlet 25 is provided with the sliding cover 22 which is opened or closed movably, the sliding cover 22 is connected with the handle 23, and the handle 23 slides on the surface of the cover body 21; the cover body 21 has a drive gear 24 in a hollow portion thereof, and the drive gear 24 is connected to an external power device and is rotated by the external device. The upper cover body assembly 20 and the barrel body 10 are integrated, the existing head cover design is directly cancelled, and the problems that the developer leaks out during the filling operation of the developer, even the sealing sponge is damaged, and the product functionality is poor are solved.
Further, the lower cover 30 is provided as a detachable member in the present invention, and the developer supply container of the present invention is filled with the developer from the bottom of the cylinder 10. Therefore, in the embodiment, the lower cover 30 is provided with the piston 32 which can be opened, the piston 32 is connected with the lower cover 30 in a threaded connection manner, the lower cover 30 is internally provided with the convex ring 33, the annular gap between the convex ring 33 and the lower cover 30 is provided with the sealing gasket, and after the lower cover 30 is buckled with the cylinder 10, the cylinder 10 is in close contact with the sealing gasket, so that the developer cannot overflow from the gap between the cylinder 10 and the lower cover 30.
The invention abandons the spiral conveying mode in the prior art, the stirring component 40 is arranged in the cylinder 10 for replacement, the stirring component 40 comprises a stirring shaft 41, a stirring frame 42 and a stirring blade 43, one end of the stirring shaft 41 is connected with the driving gear 24 and rotates under the driving of the driving gear 24, the stirring frame 42 is connected and arranged on the stirring shaft 41, and the stirring blade 43 is fixed on the stirring frame 42, specifically, a certain included angle exists between the installation contact line of the stirring frame 42 and the stirring shaft 41 and the axis of the stirring shaft 41, the included angle is 10-20 degrees, and 15 degrees is the best, and the arrangement of the included angle ensures that the developer gradually and stably flows to the powder outlet 25 at the top of the cylinder 10; the stirring frames 42 are symmetrically distributed about the stirring shaft 41, preferably, there is an overlap between the stirring frames 42 in the projection along the longitudinal section of the stirring shaft 41 to enhance the stirring and conveying effects, and preferably, the stirring blades 43 are made of PVC.
In the prior art, the surface of the cylinder 10 is threaded, the cylinder is manufactured by blow molding in the prior art, and the process is relatively complex, while the stirring assembly 40 is adopted for conveying in the invention, the cylinder 10 can be manufactured by a plastic part process, and in the invention, the cylinder 10 and the upper cover body assembly 20 are manufactured into a whole by the plastic part process.
Further, a cylindrical supporting portion 34 is arranged on one side of the lower cover body 30 facing the interior of the cylinder 10, and the other end of the stirring shaft 41 is movably arranged in the supporting portion 34, so that the two ends of the stirring shaft 41 are restrained and stressed uniformly; the support portion 34 is provided with a rib 35 radially outward for strength reinforcement.
In order to prevent the lower cover 30 from sliding on the inclined surface 112 under the driving of the stirring shaft 41, in the present embodiment, the surface of the snap 11 opposite to the inclined surface 112 is set as a vertical surface 113, and the direction of the rotation tendency of the lower cover 30 is the direction in which the lower cover 30 is in close contact with the vertical surface 113.
The invention also optimizes the integrated design of the chip holder and the cylinder body 10 in the prior art, designs a chip assembly 50 which can be conveniently disassembled, wherein the chip assembly 50 comprises a clamping seat 51 which is partially integrated with the cylinder body 10 and a chip holder 52 which can be in clamping connection with the clamping seat 51, when the chip needs to be taken out due to chip replacement or other requirements, the whole developer supply container does not need to be taken out, and only the chip holder 52 needs to be disassembled from the clamping seat 51, so that the invention is convenient and efficient.

an openable piston (32) is arranged on the lower cover body (30), the piston (32) is connected with the lower cover body (30), a convex ring (33) is arranged inside the lower cover body (30), a sealing gasket is arranged in an annular gap between the convex ring (33) and the lower cover body (30), and the cylinder body (10) is pressed against the sealing gasket to form a sealing environment;
the upper cover body assembly (20) comprises a cover body (21), a sliding cover (22), a handle (23) and a driving gear (24), the cover body (21) is one part of the end part of the cylinder body (10), a powder outlet (25) penetrating through the cover body (21) is formed in the cover body (21), the sliding cover (22) which is opened or closed movably is arranged on the powder outlet (25), the sliding cover (22) is connected with the handle (23), and the handle (23) slides on the surface of the cover body (21); a driving gear (24) is arranged in the hollow part of the cover body (21), and the driving gear (24) is connected with an external power device and driven by the external device to rotate;
the lower cover body (30) is connected with the barrel body (10) in a buckling mode, a plurality of clamping protrusions (11) are arrayed on the barrel body (10) along the axis circumference of the barrel body (10), the lower cover body (30) has certain elasticity, clamping grooves (31) corresponding to the clamping protrusions are formed in the lower cover body (30), the inner diameter of the lower cover body (30) is larger than the outer diameter of the barrel body (10), one surface, facing the bottom end of the barrel body (10), of each clamping protrusion (11) is a slope surface (111), and the clamping grooves (31) are matched with the clamping protrusions (11) to complete buckling connection of the lower cover body (30) and the barrel body (10);
