Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electrical appliance inclination detection structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the electrical tilt detecting structure provided in this embodiment includes a first metal sheet 10, a second metal sheet 20, and a capacitance detecting circuit 30; a first end of the second metal sheet 20 is movably connected with the first metal sheet 10 through a shaft connecting piece, and the second metal sheet 20 can rotate around the shaft connecting piece relative to the first metal sheet 10; the first metal sheet 10 is fixedly arranged on an electric appliance, when the electric appliance inclines, the first metal sheet 10 inclines, the second metal sheet 20 keeps a vertical state under the action of gravity, and the distance and the included angle between the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 change; the capacitance detection circuit 30 is respectively connected to the first metal sheet 10 and the second metal sheet 20, and is configured to detect a capacitance value between the first metal sheet 10 and the second metal sheet 20.
Specifically, the first metal sheet 10 of the electrical apparatus inclination detection structure can be fixedly mounted on the electrical apparatus through a carrier plate or directly, the shaft connecting member includes a roller and a roller, the first end of the second metal sheet 20 is connected to the roller, the roller is movably sleeved outside the roller, the roller is fixedly connected to the first metal sheet 10, and the first metal sheet 10 is fixedly mounted on the carrier plate or directly fixedly mounted on the electrical apparatus. When the electrical appliance inclines, the first metal sheet 10 fixedly installed on the electrical appliance inclines accordingly, the second metal sheet 20 keeps a vertical state under the action of gravity, the roller and the roller are driven to rotate relatively, the included angle and the distance between the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 change, and the capacitance value between the second metal sheet and the first metal sheet changes accordingly.
It should be noted that the shaft connecting member between the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 is an insulating member, so that the metal sheets can constitute a capacitor structure. In a specific embodiment, the shaft connector is provided with two conductive contacts, wherein the first metal sheet 10 is in contact with the first conductive contact, the second metal sheet 20 is in contact with the second conductive contact, and the capacitance detection circuit 30 is connected with the first metal sheet 10 and the second metal sheet 20 through the two conductive contacts, respectively. The capacitance value between the first metal sheet 10 and the second metal sheet 20 is detected by the capacitance detection circuit 30, and whether the electrical appliance is inclined or not and the inclination degree are determined according to the change and the change amplitude of the capacitance value.
More specifically, the second metal sheet 20 is disposed opposite to the first metal sheet 10, and the projected area between the two is maximized when the two are in any relative positions. Preferably, the first end of the second metal sheet 20 is disposed corresponding to the center of the first metal sheet 10, and when the electrical appliance is inclined by the same angle in the opposite direction, the capacitance of the second metal sheet 20 is the same as that of the first metal sheet 10 in the opposite direction, and the capacitance is the same.
For example, if the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 are perpendicular to each other when the electrical appliance is placed horizontally, the capacitance between the two is C1; when the electrical appliance is inclined at an arbitrary angle X ° on the spatial plane where the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 are located, the capacitance value between the two becomes Cx; when the electrical appliance is tilted by 90 °, i.e. completely tilted, the second metal sheet 20 and the first metal sheet 10 are parallel to each other, and the capacitance between the two is C2. Understandably, the value of Cx varies between C1 and C2 as the tilt angle of the appliance varies, and therefore, tilt detection of the appliance can be achieved according to the variation of the value of Cx.
In practical application, the installation position and the number of the electrical appliance inclination detection structures can be specifically selected according to the shape and the structure of the electrical appliance, for example: the electrical appliance inclination detection structure can be respectively installed on a cuboid electrical appliance along two directions respectively perpendicular to two sets of opposite side faces, so that the cuboid electrical appliance is detected along the inclination of any one direction of four side faces.
The electric appliance inclination detection structure provided by the embodiment of the invention can detect whether the electric appliance is inclined or not and the inclination degree, helps a user to know the placement state of the electric appliance in time, and has the advantages of simple structure and assembly, easiness in implementation and low cost.
FIG. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an appliance tilt detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electrical appliance inclination detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes electrical appliance inclination detection based on the electrical appliance inclination detection structure.
Referring to fig. 2, the method for detecting an electrical tilt provided by the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes steps S11 to S13, as follows:
and S11, acquiring the capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure.
In this embodiment, after the electrical appliance is powered on and the tilt detection function is turned on, the capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure is obtained. Specifically, the capacitance value may be detected and acquired in real time, or may be periodically detected and acquired.
And S12, comparing the capacitance value with a standard capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure when the electric appliance is in a horizontal state to obtain a capacitance value difference value.
And S13, judging the inclination state of the electric appliance according to the capacitance value difference.
Specifically, the obtained capacitance value is compared with a standard capacitance value to obtain a capacitance value difference. In this embodiment, the capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure when the electrical appliance is in a horizontal state is set as a standard capacitance value, and when the obtained capacitance value is inconsistent with the standard capacitance value, it indicates that the electrical appliance is inclined to a certain extent.
Further, as can be seen from the foregoing embodiment, the obtained capacitance value Cx has a corresponding relationship with the tilt angle X ° of the electrical appliance, and therefore, the tilt angle of the electrical appliance can be known according to the obtained value of the capacitance value Cx. Based on this, the present embodiment adopts a method of calculating the difference between the obtained capacitance Cx and the standard capacitance, and determines the degree of inclination of the electrical appliance compared with the horizontal state according to the magnitude of the difference.
According to the method for detecting the inclination of the electric appliance, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure is obtained, and the capacitance value is compared with the standard capacitance value measured by the capacitance detection structure when the electric appliance is in a horizontal state, so that a capacitance value difference value is obtained, and whether the electric appliance is inclined or not and the inclination degree are judged according to the capacitance value difference value. The invention can conveniently and quickly identify whether the electrical appliance is inclined or not, is helpful for a user to find the abnormal placement state of the electrical appliance in time and make a countermeasure, and ensures the operation safety of the electrical appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S13 of determining the tilt state of the electrical appliance according to the capacitance difference specifically includes the following steps S131 to S134 which are not shown in the drawings:
s131, judging whether the capacitance difference value falls into a first preset threshold interval or not;
and S132, if the capacitance difference value falls into a first preset threshold interval, determining that the electric appliance is in a slightly inclined state.
Specifically, when the electrical apparatus is at different inclination angles, the degree of influence on the running state of the electrical apparatus is different.
It can be known that the larger the angle of inclination of the electric appliance, the larger the difference between the obtained capacitance value and the standard capacitance value. It should be noted that, based on the electrical appliance tilt detection structure, although the electrical appliance is completely inverted or almost inverted after being powered on, the corresponding capacitance value is still measured, but in consideration of that in practical applications, the situation is less, and therefore, the electrical appliance tilt method provided by the embodiment of the present invention only detects tilt and toppling of the electrical appliance.
In this embodiment, a first preset threshold interval is preset according to the adaptable inclination degree of the electrical appliance, and when the capacitance difference falls into the first preset threshold interval, it is determined that the electrical appliance is in a slight inclination state. For example, the capacitance value measured when the humidifier A is horizontally placed is C0The product isThe capacitance value measured when the humidifier is inclined by 25 degrees is C25And at the moment, the humidifier runs well, and the problem that water in the water tank reaches any water level and cannot overflow is solved, C is selected0And C25The difference value of (a) is used as the maximum value of the first preset threshold interval, and if the capacitance value difference value is not more than the maximum value in the inclination detection, the humidifier is judged to be in a slight inclination state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the appliance is in the slight tilt state, the method further includes the following steps:
generating and outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the electric appliance is in an inclined state and requesting the user to confirm whether to maintain the current state for continuous use;
and after receiving a confirmation instruction triggered by the user, adjusting a preset water full detection strategy of the electric appliance according to the slight inclination state of the electric appliance.
The specific embodiment is suitable for the electric appliance with the water storage device, the full water detection device and the preset full water detection strategy.
Specifically, after the electrical appliance is judged to be in the slight inclination state, prompt information is generated and output, the current inclination state of a user can be prompted in modes of voice broadcast or character display and the like through the electrical appliance, and meanwhile, the user is waited to make feedback aiming at the prompt information so as to confirm whether the current inclination state is maintained. And if the user does not correct the placement posture of the electric appliance and makes feedback confirmation and maintenance, adjusting the preset water full detection strategy according to the current inclination angle of the electric appliance.
For example, the preset full water detection strategy of the humidifier a is to determine that the water tank is full when the liquid level in the water tank is detected to be L, and if the whole humidifier is determined to be inclined at the moment according to the capacitance value measured by the electromagnetic inclination detection structure and the inclination angle is θ, the preset full water detection strategy is adjusted to determine that the water tank is full when the liquid level in the water tank is detected to be L1(L1 ═ L × sin θ). In practical application, adaptive parameter or condition adjustment can be made according to different preset water full detection strategies.
S133, if the capacitance difference value does not fall into a first preset threshold interval, judging whether the capacitance difference value falls into a second preset threshold interval;
and S134, if the capacitance difference value falls into a second preset threshold interval, determining that the electric appliance is in a severe inclined state.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a second preset threshold interval is further preset according to the adaptable inclination degree of the electrical appliance, and when the capacitance difference falls into the second preset threshold interval, it is determined that the electrical appliance is in a severe inclination state. For example, the capacitance value measured when the humidifier A is horizontally placed is C0The capacitance value measured when the humidifier is inclined by 70 degrees is C70And at the moment, the humidifier can not generate fog, and the water in the water tank can overflow certainly, C is selected0And C70The difference value of (a) is used as the minimum value of a second preset threshold interval, and if the capacitance value difference value measured in the inclination detection exceeds the minimum value, the humidifier is determined to be in a serious inclination state.
In another embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the appliance is in a severe tilt state, the method further comprises the steps of:
and generating and outputting warning information, and generating a power-off control instruction to control the electric appliance to disconnect the working circuit.
Specifically, after the electrical appliance is judged to be in the severe inclined state, warning information is sent out firstly to warn a user that the electrical appliance is in the severe inclined state at the moment, so that the user can timely know and timely make a response measure, and meanwhile, a power-off control instruction is generated, so that the electrical appliance is automatically powered off after warning, the safety of the electrical appliance is protected, other problems are avoided, and risks are avoided.
In combination with the foregoing embodiment, it can be understood that, if the measured capacitance difference of the humidifier a is between the maximum value of the first preset threshold interval and the minimum value of the second preset threshold interval, that is, the inclination degree of the humidifier a is greater than the slight state but has not yet reached the serious state, a corresponding alarm message may be generated and output to prompt, and meanwhile, the humidifier a is controlled to stop fogging according to the characteristic of the humidifier a (for example, the humidifier a cannot normally fog when being in the current inclination state). For simplicity of explanation, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the embodiments of the invention.
