A suitable blade angle has the following benefits: firstly, the abrasion of the scraper can be reduced; secondly, the aim of scraping ink can be achieved by using the scraper pressure as low as possible; and thirdly, the contact area and the pressure between the scraper and the printing plate roller can be kept constant to the greatest extent in the whole printing process, so that the stability of the same batch of same color and color difference is ensured. For many years, gravure workers have been largely empirical in setting the position and angle of the doctor blade, and have not checked what the angle of the doctor blade is, and indeed, have not been a means for accurately determining the angle of the doctor blade.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, an angle gauge for measuring an angle is specifically used in the following manner: the small cambered surface of the angle gauge leans against the plate roller, the scraper is propped against the left side of the angle gauge, the strip-shaped plate with the deep color part is rotated, the short edge of the strip-shaped plate is completely attached to the scraper, the angle gauge is moved out of the plate roller under the condition that the relative operation position is kept unchanged, and the currently actually measured scraper angle value can be read from the diameter scale of the plate roller corresponding to the right side of the strip-shaped plate. When the angle gauge is used for measurement, because the diameters of the printing rollers are different, the small cambered surfaces of the printing rollers are difficult to completely fit with the outer circles of the printing rollers, and the angle error obtained by measurement is large.
