Description

Method for improving operation efficiency of drying part of paper machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pulping and papermaking, and particularly relates to a method for improving the operation efficiency of a drying part of a paper machine.
Background
The current raw materials of the cardboard paper are mostly waste paper which is recycled for papermaking, the waste paper contains a large amount of stickies, hot melts and asphalt, the stickness of the substances after melting is very high, and the substances after melting at a high temperature of about 100 ℃ in a drying part of a paper machine are stuck on a drying cylinder of the paper machine. When the paper is scraped by a dryer scraper, the paper is collected on the scraper blade again. Because the scraper blade of the drying cylinder of the paper machine is easy to damage and consume, the blade is locally worn or the scraper frame is deformed and the scraper is not tightly closed in the later period, and the adhesive which can not be completely scraped by the scraper is easily stuck to the surface of the drying cylinder. The paper is tightly attached to the surface of the drying cylinder, so that sometimes the paper is locally stressed due to the fact that sticky substances are stuck on the paper, paper breaking is caused due to uneven cross-web tension, or the paper is broken when the paper passes through surface sizing and an overpressure area. In practice, it has been found that, especially in the production of low-grammage paper grades, the paper break in the dryer section is essentially caused by stickies on the dryer surface. In addition, the soiling and deposits of stickies on the paper machine system, especially the wire section and the felts, reduce the cleanliness, dewatering efficiency and drying efficiency of the system.
At present, some additives aiming at reducing the dirt deposition of the sticky matters in the waste paper in a paper machine system appear in the situation, but because the required reaction time is long, the additives enter a fan pump along with pulp before the waste paper fully acts, and the phenomenon that a net water line is unstable is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems in the background art, it is desirable to provide a method for improving the operation efficiency of the drying section of a paper machine, which can rapidly reduce the viscosity caused by the sticky substances in the sticky substances and the asphalt, thereby reducing the accumulation of the sticky substances in the paper machine system, increasing the freeness and the dewatering capacity of the paper pulp, improving the dewatering rate of the wet section of the paper machine and the drying efficiency of the paper, reducing the drying energy consumption, and facilitating the improvement of the paper machine speed and the production efficiency.
In order to achieve the above objects, the inventors provide a method for improving the operational efficiency of the drying section of a paper machine, comprising the step of adding a clean enzyme in the pulp conduit before the fan pump at the approach location of the paper machine, wherein the clean enzyme is a polyamide hydrolase added in an amount of 150-250g/t pulp.
The stickies in the waste paper are organic substances containing a large amount of hydrophobic property, and can be divided into large stickies particles and small stickies particles according to the particle size, and the stickies harmful to papermaking are caused by the large stickies particles with the diameter of more than 0.1 mm. These hydrophobic substances are mainly glues and adhesives, among which one of the main sources is vinyl acetate (PVAc), which is an important factor causing stickies problems. The control of stickies can be achieved by treating or modifying the vinyl acetate (PVAc). The glue control enzyme provided by the invention can effectively hydrolyze vinyl acetate (PVAc) to form a water-soluble low-molecular substance. The hydrolyzed product can be stably dispersed on the fiber surface, the surface viscosity is reduced, the possibility of agglomeration of the hydrolyzed product into large sticky particles is greatly reduced, and the large sticky particles can be attached to the fiber surface and taken out of the system with paper without causing the quality reduction of the paper, so that the sticky influence on the production phenomenon is effectively controlled.
The clean enzyme degrades and changes stickies and colloidal garbage with different compositions in a slurry system through a plurality of reaction mechanisms such as hydrolysis, oxidation and the like, and realizes the broad spectrum control of the biological enzyme on the stickies. Meanwhile, the fat-binding protein selectively reacts with undegraded particle stickies to ensure that the fat-binding protein is stably dispersed in water and effectively removed, thereby efficiently solving the problem of stickies/resins puzzling the paper industry for many years, including reducing the dirt deposition of the stickies in a paper machine system (particularly a wire part and a blanket), improving the cleanness of the system, reducing paper breakage, improving the dewatering and drying efficiency and the like.
Preferably, the polyamide hydrolase consists of the E3 enzyme and the PAMI enzyme produced by the yellow-producing strain K172.
In a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of the activities of E3 enzyme and PAMI enzyme produced by the xanthogenic strain K172 in the polyamide hydrolase is (0.1-0.3): (1.5-120).
In a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of the activities of E3 enzyme and PAMI enzyme produced by Flavobacterium sp.K 172 in the polyamide hydrolase is 0.2: 4.
Different from the prior art, the technical scheme at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. the dirt deposition of stickies in a paper machine system (particularly a net part and a blanket) is reduced or even eliminated, the cleanness of the paper machine system is improved, and the stickies in a drying part are obviously reduced, so that the paper breaking condition caused by the stickies is obviously reduced;
2. the net part speed difference is obviously reduced, the net part dehydration is obviously improved, the net part waterline is shortened, the dehydration is more uniform, the waterline is more neat, the improvement of the paper sheet uniformity is facilitated, and the banner quantitative difference is favorably reduced;
3. the influence of stickies on paper is eliminated by enhancing the surface cleanliness of the fibers, the fiber bonding force is improved, and the tensile strength and the tearing strength are increased;
4. the freeness and the dewatering capacity of the paper pulp are enhanced, the dewatering speed of the wet end of the paper machine and the drying efficiency of the paper are improved, the drying energy consumption is reduced, and the improvement of the speed and the production efficiency of the paper machine is facilitated;
5. the clean enzyme and the adhesive react with the adhesive substances in the asphalt to reduce the viscosity, and then the adhesive substances and the paper wool are mixed, passivated and solidified, so that the paper is not stuck to the paper and the paper breaking of the paper machine in a drying part and a surface adhesive pressing area is avoided, and the running efficiency of the paper machine is influenced.
Detailed Description
A method according to the invention for increasing the operating efficiency of the drying section of a paper machine is described in detail below.
The waste paper pulp has good economic benefit, social benefit and environmental protection benefit, and is increasingly widely applied to the modern pulping and papermaking industry. However, as the recycling amount of the secondary fibers increases, the problem of blocking of stickies in the waste paper is serious, and the stickies mainly come from various artificially synthesized organic matters such as pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot melt, coating adhesive, sizing agent, ink residue and the like in the waste paper. These stickies present a variety of hazards to the pulp and paper making process, mainly: deposited on the forming net to block the meshes, thereby causing difficult water filtration and increasing the shutdown cleaning time and the labor cost; the water is deposited in the pressing felt and the pressing roller, so that the service life of the felt is shortened, and the dehydration of paper sheets is influenced; adhere to the surface of the drying cylinder to cause the broken end of the paper sheet; remain in the paper sheet, form stains, and increase paper defects.
The invention provides a method for using polyamide hydrolase as a clean enzyme of a paper machine system to solve the problem of obstacles caused by stickies in pulping and papermaking of waste paper.
The invention provides a method for improving the operation efficiency of a drying part of a paper machine, which comprises the step of adding a clean enzyme into a pulp pipe in front of a fan pump at the approach part of the paper machine, wherein the clean enzyme is polyamide hydrolase, and the addition amount of the clean enzyme is 150-250g/t pulp.
When the clean enzyme is added, the type and the performance of the clean enzyme can cause unstable operation of a paper machine, fluctuation of quality of finished paper, freeness of ground pulp, high and low finished paper breaking time and the like. Therefore, the reaction time and the maintenance of slurry stability during clean enzyme addition in the slurry pipe before the fan pump are the core factors of the flow system.
The efficiency of the biological enzyme preparation in practical production and application is easily inhibited in extreme environments such as high temperature in a paper machine system. Therefore, it is necessary to select a bio-enzyme that is resistant to acid and alkali, an organic solvent, and high-temperature hydrolysis of complex components such as proteins and esters.
Therefore, preferably, the polyamide hydrolase consists of the E3 enzyme and the PAMI enzyme produced by the yellow-producing strain K172.
