More preferred compositions are: 50-60 parts of SOL FR fiber, 40-30 parts of tencel or modal, 8-10 parts of chinlon and 2-5 parts of spandex.
The healthy home textile fabric adopts a short-process spinning process, and the process flow is as follows:
automatic cotton feeding → cotton carding → one drawing → two drawing → three drawing → roving → spun yarn → automatic bobbin winding.
The SOL FR is a flame-retardant regenerated cellulose fiber produced by Beijing Sailan flame-retardant fiber Co., Ltd, and other fibers are widely sold in the market, the SOL FR is specifically named as a multi-element synergistic flame-retardant regenerated cellulose fiber, the fiber is formed into a silk fiber structure by cellulose, a multi-element synergistic flame retardant and a cationic cross-linking agent in a cross network, the manufacturing process of the fiber is that α -cellulose, the multi-element synergistic flame retardant and the cationic cross-linking agent are used as raw materials, and the steps of the manufacturing process comprise dipping, squeezing, crushing, ageing, yellowing, filtering, glue mixing, balancing, spinning, drafting, crosslinking, refining and drying, and the invention can be particularly referred to Chinese patent application No. 201810777003.4.
The SOL FR fiber has the characteristics of high flame retardance, good antibacterial and anti-mite effects, good deodorization performance and the like, and is suitable for the underwear material of infants through OEKO-TEX Standard100-2015 international ecological textile Standard detection.
Tencel and modal fiber are regenerated cellulose fibers, and have the characteristics of ecology and environmental protection, and the comfort is excellent.
Through blending research, the fabric blended by the SOL FR fiber, the tencel and the modal has the characteristics of silky smoothness, good flame retardant property, high antibacterial and bacteriostatic rate, high mite-proof and mite-repellent rate and the like.
The healthy home textile fabric can meet the requirements of GB/T20944.3-2008 antibacterial detection, GB/T24253-2009.9.1 anti-mite detection, ISO 17299-2:2014 deodorization detection, GB/T14644-.
