Description

Bacillus coagulans MES847, microbial inoculum, chicken feed, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to a bacillus coagulans MES847, a microbial inoculum, a chicken feed, a preparation method and an application thereof.
Background
In recent years, the phenomenon of water-induced defecation is increased when meat (egg) chickens pull feed, and clinical symptoms are shown as follows: small feed particles which can be digested by stomach are remained in the excrement, and the water content of the excrement is high; the growth speed of the broiler chickens is reduced, the laying rate of the laying hens is reduced, and the feed conversion rate is reduced. Generally, poultry do not have a high mortality rate without secondary disease. The diarrhea and overfeeding symptom has complex etiology, often has no obvious characteristic pathological changes in anatomical examination, is difficult to determine the etiology, and brings certain difficulty to clinical prevention and treatment.
The reason for the formation of the thin material can be summarized into three aspects:
(1) infectious agents
Bacterial enteritis caused by pathogenic escherichia coli has various clinical manifestations, such as dampness of feather below the anus, filth, adhesion, bleeding of intestinal mucosa and congestion, while diarrhea is a sign of bacterial enteritis.
Other diseases such as salmonella infection, bursal disease, renal infectious bronchitis, infectious growth short syndrome, fowl cholera, etc. can also cause diarrhea and overfeeding.
(2) Feed factor
The feed mostly generates mould after mildewing, and mycotoxin is very easy to detect in raw materials such as corn and byproducts thereof, peanut meal, rapeseed meal and the like. The presence of mold and mycotoxins, even if not at levels that severely poison birds, often causes diarrhea and is not effective with antibiotic drugs.
The feed contains anti-nutritional factors, such as trypsin inhibitor in soybean and xylan in wheat, which cause diarrhea of meat (egg) chicken.
When the composition is used for treating diseases, a plurality of antibiotics are taken at the same time, and the long-term taking of the composition easily causes the unbalance of microorganisms in intestinal tracts of meat (egg) chickens, the mass propagation of harmful microorganisms, the obvious decrease of the feed intake of chickens, the diarrhea and the weight gain speed.
In addition, the feed contains too high salt, the anion and cation of the feed are seriously unbalanced, and the feed protein is too high, so that the (meat) laying hens are diluted.
(3) Other factors
In addition to infectious and feed factors, other factors such as coccidiosis and stress factors can cause the (meat) layer chicken to loose.
After the occurrence mechanism of the disease is analyzed, the propagation of the living bacteria in the intestinal tract can play a role in preventing and treating infectious factors and feed reasons.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Example 3 test of therapeutic Effect of Bacillus coagulans
(1) Time and place of experiment:
the experiment was carried out in two broiler breeding greenhouses of the double-pond poplars scholar village in the quiet sea area of Tianjin in 2019, 6 months and 8 days.
(2) Testing greenhouse conditions:
the cultivation greenhouse is a simple east-west greenhouse, the south side and the north side are covered by thick plastic, keel supports are arranged in the cultivation greenhouse, and adobe walls of entrances and exits are arranged on the two sides of the east and west. The greenhouse is 60 meters from east to west; the span between south and north is 9.5 meters, the height of the middle is about 2 meters, the height of both south and north is about 1.5 meters, the breeding mode is net breeding, and the breeding variety is broiler chicken. Before the test, the situation of diarrhea occurs to different degrees in the broilers cultured in 2 greenhouses.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps:
the No.1 is a control greenhouse and has light diarrhea symptoms, and the No. 2 is a test greenhouse and has heavy symptoms; the broiler chickens in the No. 2 greenhouse are mixed with the bacillus coagulans preparation prepared in the example 2 at the beginning of the test, and the dosage of the bacillus coagulans preparation is 200g preparation per 100kg feed, namely 2kg preparation per ton feed. One treatment course is 7 days continuously, and two treatment courses are continuously used; no.1 greenhouse broiler chickens do not take any products.
After 7 days (6 months and 15 days) in the No. 2 greenhouse, the symptoms of diarrhea of the broilers are relieved, and then the phenomenon of diarrhea completely disappears after the broilers are continuously mixed for one treatment period to 6 months and 22 days, so that the broilers eat normally. And the symptoms of the 2# greenhouse diarrhea are aggravated, the number is increased, and the appetite is reduced.
Example 4 preventive effect test of Bacillus coagulans preparation
(1) Time and place of experiment: the experiment was carried out in three broiler breeding greenhouses of the double-pond populus scholartree village in the quiet sea area of Tianjin from 7/6 th in 2019, and 3 greenhouses are all chicks bred for 10 days.
(2) Testing greenhouse conditions:
the 3 greenhouses are all broiler breeding greenhouses and are respectively marked as 3#, 4#, and 5 #. The three chicken houses are used for putting seedlings, feeding, adding water and the like, and the conditions are kept consistent. Three greenhouses were fed normally before the start of the test, without "diarrhea".
(3) The test method comprises the following steps:
randomly selecting a 3# greenhouse as a test greenhouse, and selecting a 4# greenhouse and a 5# greenhouse as comparison greenhouses. In a test greenhouse, the bacillus coagulans preparation prepared in the example 2 is continuously stirred, and the using dosage is 100-200g of microbial inoculum per 100kg of feed. Namely 1kg-2kg of microbial inoculum is used for each ton of feed. And directly feeding the broiler chickens in the control greenhouse with the feed which is not mixed with the bacillus coagulans preparation.
In 20 days and 23 days after 7 months, the greenhouse of the control group generates the symptoms of diarrhea in sequence; the test greenhouse has no 'diarrhea' symptom until the chickens are sold. The utilization rate of the greenhouse feed of the control group is obviously lower than that of the experimental group.
