本发明公开了一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,首先按重量份数称取纤维素1~3份、磷酸1~4份、丁基溶纤剂2~10份、消泡剂1~20份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、两性表面活性剂0.5~2份、甘油1~4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1~2份、硬脂酸1~2份、磺酸3~12份;对称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,得到混合浆料;然后将得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,静置,得到胶状物;最后将得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。本发明解决了现有的地板去污剂清洁能力差且不环保的问题。

本发明属于瓷砖清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,相信经常做家务的人就很有体会,最难打扫的两个地方就是厕所和厨房了,有水的地方就很容易脏,几乎每天都要打扫,特别是厨房不但有水还有油,即使天天擦还是很脏,时间久了厨房地板更是难清理难擦洗干净,有的厨房地砖甚至因为长期油烟侵蚀已经完全看不到最初的色泽,那么如何清除地板上的污渍就是很多人想要知道的,目前市场上有售各种地板去污剂,但各有利弊,有的清洁能力差,有的刺激性气味太强,家中使用不慎环保。因此,寻求一种安全环保且清洁能力强的去污产品迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,解决了现有的地板去污剂清洁能力差且不环保的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按重量份数称取纤维素1~3份、磷酸1~4份、丁基溶纤剂2~10 份、消泡剂1~20份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、两性表面活性剂0.5~2份、甘油1~4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1~2份、硬脂酸1~2份、磺酸3~12份;
步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。
本发明的特点还在于,
消泡剂为硅油、乙醇中的其中一种。
步骤2中加热温度为80℃~120℃。
步骤3中搅拌速度为300~800r/min。
步骤3中加热温度为100℃~200℃。
步骤4中搅拌速度为500~1000r/min。
步骤4中加热温度为100℃~200℃。
本发明的有益效果是,由本发明厨房清洁膏的制备方法制得的清洁剂,对污垢具有吸附携裹的作用,对油污或灰尘具有较好的溶解、乳化的作用,依此增溶作用来去除污垢,去污能力强;适用范围较广,可用于不锈钢制品、石材、瓷砖、家俱等硬表面的清洗工作,也可用于皮革制品的清洁。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按重量份数称取纤维素1~3份、磷酸1~4份、丁基溶纤剂2~10 份、消泡剂1~20份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、两性表面活性剂0.5~2份、甘油1~4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1~2份、硬脂酸1~2份、磺酸3~12份,消泡剂为硅油、乙醇中的其中一种;
步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,加热温度为80℃~120℃,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,搅拌速度为300~800r/min,加热温度为100℃~200℃,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,搅拌速度为 500~1000r/min,加热温度为100℃~200℃,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。

步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,加热温度为120℃,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,搅拌速度为800r/min,加热温度为100℃,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,搅拌速度为 1000r/min,加热温度为100℃,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。
实施例2
本发明一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按重量份数称取纤维素3份、磷酸1份、丁基溶纤剂10份、消泡剂1份、十二烷基磺酸钠1份、两性表面活性剂0.5份、甘油4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1份、硬脂酸1份、磺酸12份,消泡剂为硅油、乙醇中的其中一种;
步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,加热温度为80℃,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,搅拌速度为300r/min,加热温度为200℃,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,搅拌速度为 500r/min,加热温度为200℃,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。
实施例3
本发明一种厨房清洁膏的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按重量份数称取纤维素2份、磷酸3份、丁基溶纤剂6份、消泡剂10份、十二烷基磺酸钠2份、两性表面活性剂1份、甘油3份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1.5份、硬脂酸1.5份、磺酸8份,消泡剂为硅油、乙醇中的其中一种;
步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,加热温度为100℃,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,搅拌速度为500r/min,加热温度为150℃,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,搅拌速度为800r/min,加热温度为150℃,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。

步骤1、按重量份数称取纤维素1~3份、磷酸1~4份、丁基溶纤剂2~10份、消泡剂1~20份、十二烷基磺酸钠1~3份、两性表面活性剂0.5~2份、甘油1~4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠1~2份、硬脂酸1~2份、磺酸3~12份;
步骤2、对步骤1中称取的纤维素、磷酸、丁基溶纤剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸钠、磺酸混合均匀加热,得到混合浆料;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合浆料中加入消泡剂,并混合均匀,加热,静置,得到胶状物;
步骤4、将步骤3的得到的胶状物中加入硬脂酸,加热,静置,得到瓷砖表面清洁膏。
