The preparation method of the tree whitening functional coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are fully mixed and the adverse reaction is avoided by controlling the adding sequence and the stirring condition of the raw materials, and the prepared coating is good in storage stability and excellent in coating performance.

When the tree grows, pruning or pruning is often needed, wounds cannot heal due to improper treatment, cortical cells and xylem cells of the wounds die gradually, germs easily invade the wounds, and the trees are weakened or even die as a result. The core-shell structure silicone-acrylic emulsion is used as a film forming material, and has good elasticity, stain resistance and bonding strength, but the tree white-coating paint needs more titanium dioxide and filler to improve the heat preservation function of trees, the elasticity, the bonding strength and the like of the emulsion are easily influenced under the high content of the titanium dioxide and the filler, and particularly, after the botanical bactericide and the insecticide are added, the performance of the paint can be further influenced by organic substances in the emulsion. According to the invention, the dispersing agent is selected, and the sodium polycarboxylate and the LBCB-1 in a specific ratio are used as the dispersing agent, so that the high-solid-content coating system has excellent dispersing performance, the elasticity and the bonding strength of the coating are ensured, and the heat insulation performance of the coating is improved. The compound sodium nitrophenolate can improve the resistance of plant organisms, excite the potential of plants and improve the absorption and utilization rate of the plant organisms to fertilizers, and the gibberellic acid can break plant dormancy and promote the growth and development of the plants. The botanical fungicide and the insecticide have no toxic or side effect on plants while killing bacteria and insects, and all the components act together, so that the tree whitening functional coating has the characteristics of disease prevention, growth promotion, heat preservation, long-lasting property and the like.
Optionally, the filler is at least one of kaolin and heavy calcium.
Optionally, the wetting agent has an HLB value of 12 to 15.
Optionally, the botanical fungicide is prepared by extracting pulsatilla chinensis, liquorice, rheum officinale and scutellaria barbata in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:1-1.3: 2-3. The preparation method of the botanical fungicide comprises the following steps: taking the four raw materials according to the proportion, crushing, extracting for 4-5h in a mixed solvent of ethanol and water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃, and concentrating and drying the extracting solution to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The volume ratio of ethanol to water in the mixed solvent is 1: 1-2.
Optionally, the botanical pesticide is a mixed aqueous solution of anisatin and cineole, wherein the mass ratio of the anisatin to the cineole is 1: 80-90, and the total concentration of the two in the aqueous solution is 5-6 wt%.
The botanical fungicide and the insecticide are extracted from plants, so that the botanical fungicide and the insecticide have good bactericidal and insecticidal effects, have no toxic or side effect on the plants, and have no adverse effect on the performance of the coating.
Optionally, the neutralizing agent is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based tree whitening functional coating, which comprises the following steps: under the stirring of 400-sand-modified cement sand glass 600r/min, sequentially adding a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a defoaming agent into deionized water, stirring for 1-2min, increasing the rotating speed to 700-sand-modified cement sand glass 900r/min, sequentially adding titanium dioxide and a filler, increasing the rotating speed to 1000-sand-modified cement sand glass 1200r/min, dispersing at a high speed until the fineness is less than or equal to 55 mu m, then adding a silicone-acrylic emulsion, gibberellic acid, compound sodium nitrophenolate, a botanical fungicide, a botanical insecticide, a neutralizer and a mildew-proof fungicide under the stirring of 400-sand-modified cement sand glass 600r/min, adding a thickening agent after stirring for 2-3min, and stirring for 10-15.
By controlling the adding sequence and the stirring condition of the raw materials, the raw materials are fully mixed and the adverse reaction is avoided, and the prepared coating has good storage stability and excellent coating performance.

The same procedure as in example 1 was repeated except that HT-5050 was used in place of LBCB-1 in example 1.
To better illustrate the characteristics of the tree-whitening functional coating provided by the examples of the present invention, the coatings prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 were tested for performance.
