Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a baking-free brick, in particular to a baking-free brick manufactured by sand washing mud and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Through continuous exploitation for many years, natural sand resources are rapidly reduced, some areas are exhausted or nearly exhausted, the exploitation cost of the natural sand is higher and higher, but the pace of infrastructure is not stopped, so that the application of machine-made sand instead of the natural sand becomes the inevitable choice for sustainable development of the concrete industry. However, the disposal of the slurry generated in the water washing step when the sand is produced by mechanical grinding of solid wastes such as construction wastes or mine tailings is also a problem to be solved. Therefore, the sand washing mud is effectively utilized, waste is changed into valuable, and the method has obvious social and economic benefits and wide prospects.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the baking-free brick manufactured by the sand washing mud and the manufacturing method thereof, the baking-free brick can be manufactured without sintering and steam curing, and the prepared baking-free brick has good permeability resistance and compressive strength, thereby not only solving the problems of environment pollution and land occupation caused by the sand washing mud, but also effectively utilizing the sand washing mud and promoting economic development.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a baking-free brick manufactured by sand washing mud comprises the following components: 86-94 parts by weight of primary mixture, 6-14 parts by weight of cement, 0.01-0.1 part by weight of soil stabilizer and 5-10 parts by weight of water; the primary mixture is composed of 80 parts by volume of sand washing mud and 20 parts by volume of graphite production waste residue.
In the scheme, the soil stabilizer consists of 100 parts by weight of water, 1-15 parts by weight of surfactant and 0.1-10 parts by weight of boric acid or borate.
In the above scheme, the cement is portland cement.
In the scheme, the pH value of the soil stabilizer is adjusted to 8-10.
In the above scheme, the surfactant is butylnaphthalenesulfonate.
A method for manufacturing a baking-free brick by using sand washing mud comprises the following steps:
(1) raw material treatment: drying and crushing the raw materials, and sieving the raw materials to ensure that the granularity of the raw materials is less than 5 mm so as to ensure that the raw materials can be uniformly mixed when being uniformly mixed;
(2) mixing and primarily stirring raw materials: mechanically stirring 86-94 parts by weight of primary mixture and 6-14 parts by weight of cement uniformly, and putting into a storage bin;
(3) preparing solidified soil: adding 0.01-0.1 part by weight of soil curing agent and 5-10 parts by weight of water into the mixture, and stirring and uniformly mixing the mixture again;
(4) and (3) pressing and forming: the solidified soil enters a material bin of a brick making machine, and is automatically distributed and pressed for forming;
(5) stacking finished products: automatically pushing out the finished bricks after press forming, and mechanically and automatically stacking;
(6) and (5) spraying water and maintaining at normal temperature for 7 days to meet the standard requirement.
Through the technical scheme, the baking-free brick manufactured by the sand washing mud and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention adopt the soil curing agent which contains a substance between an organic substance and an inorganic substance, and the following formula is shown as follows:
the molecular structure of the composite material consists of a hydrophilic head and a hydrophobic tail, the hydrophobic mechanism of the composite material enables bound water in a soil body to be drained away, the particle size is reduced, and a theoretical basis is provided for increasing the compactness of the soil body and improving the impermeability. Meanwhile, the hydrophobic mechanism weakens the chemical action force between the soil surface and water, the soil particles are changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, the water absorption function is not recovered, the particles have the function of shielding water, and the prepared baking-free brick has good permeability resistance and compressive strength. Wherein, cement is the inorganic binder, plays the bonding shaping, promotes the effect of intensity, and the effect of inorganic binder is played on the one hand in the addition of graphite production waste residue, reduces the cement quantity, also is solid waste resource utilization on the one hand.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the method adopts the sand washing mud and the graphite to produce the waste residue for making the bricks, saves the cost, and can relieve the serious damage to farmland cultivated land caused by using a large amount of clay for clay sintered bricks; the pollution of the sand washing mud and the graphite production waste residue to the environment is reduced, and the method is economical and environment-friendly;
2. the baking-free brick prepared by the invention has high strength and good water resistance;
3. the baking-free brick prepared by the invention has good impermeability and freeze-thaw resistance;
4. the invention has simple manufacturing process, does not need to be fired or steamed, saves a large amount of energy consumed in the sintering process of the baked brick, avoids the emission of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and the like or greenhouse effect gases into the air, and simultaneously avoids the energy consumption and emission problems of the traditional baking-free brick (requiring high-temperature steam curing);
