Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a baking-free brick, in particular to a baking-free brick manufactured by adopting Xinjiang saline-alkali soil and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The natural saline-alkali soil is extremely wide in distribution and abundant in buried amount, and is a natural resource with great potential. The soil colloid contains more sodium which is replaceable, can make the soil show strong alkaline reaction, and deteriorate the physical properties of the soil, swell and mud when wet, harden and harden when dry, and have extremely poor permeability and tiltability. The saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang has large area, wide distribution and multiple types, the pH value of the soil is more than 10, the soil is strong alkaline soil, the development of the agriculture, the construction industry and the transportation industry in Xinjiang is seriously hindered, and the problems can be greatly relieved if the saline-alkali soil can be changed into building materials such as bricks.
However, the saline-alkali soil bricks manufactured by the prior art have the problem of alkali return, and the problem of alkali return is a common quality problem which causes construction units to feel headache because the alkali components are complex and are difficult to treat after alkali return and large construction cost is required even if the alkali components are treated.
Therefore, a new process and technology are urgently needed to effectively utilize saline-alkali soil, and the problems of energy waste and harm are not generated, and the most important problem is to solve the problem of alkali return.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the baking-free brick manufactured by adopting the Xinjiang saline-alkali soil and the manufacturing method thereof, the baking-free brick can be manufactured without sintering and steam curing, the prepared baking-free brick has good permeability resistance and compressive strength, and the problem of alkali resistance of the brick is solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a baking-free brick manufactured by adopting Xinjiang saline-alkali soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 86-94 parts of Xinjiang saline-alkali soil, 6-14 parts of cement, 0.01-0.1 part of soil curing agent and 5-10 parts of water.
In the scheme, the soil stabilizer consists of 100 parts by weight of water, 1-15 parts by weight of surfactant and 0.1-10 parts by weight of boric acid or borate.
In the above scheme, the cement is portland cement.
In the scheme, the pH value of the soil stabilizer is adjusted to 8-10.
In the above scheme, the surfactant is butylnaphthalenesulfonate.
A method for manufacturing baking-free bricks by adopting Xinjiang saline-alkali soil comprises the following steps:
(1) raw material treatment: drying and crushing the raw materials, and sieving the raw materials to ensure that the granularity of the raw materials is less than 5 mm so as to ensure that the raw materials can be uniformly mixed when being uniformly mixed;
(2) mixing and primarily stirring raw materials: mechanically stirring 86-94 parts by weight of Xinjiang saline-alkali soil and 6-14 parts by weight of cement uniformly, and putting into a storage bin;
(3) preparing solidified soil: adding 0.01-0.1 part by weight of soil curing agent and 5-10 parts by weight of water into the mixture, and stirring and uniformly mixing the mixture again;
(4) and (3) pressing and forming: the solidified soil enters a material bin of a brick making machine, and is automatically distributed and pressed for forming;
(5) stacking finished products: automatically pushing out the finished bricks after press forming, and mechanically and automatically stacking;
(6) and (5) spraying water and maintaining at normal temperature for 7 days to meet the standard requirement.
Through the technical scheme, the soil curing agent adopted by the invention contains a substance between an organic substance and an inorganic substance, and is shown as the following formula:
the molecular structure of the composite material consists of a hydrophilic head and a hydrophobic tail, the hydrophobic mechanism of the composite material enables bound water in a soil body to be drained away, the particle size is reduced, and a theoretical basis is provided for increasing the compactness of the soil body and improving the impermeability. Meanwhile, the hydrophobic mechanism weakens the chemical action force between the soil surface and water, the soil particles are changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, the water absorption function is not recovered, the particles have the function of shielding water, and the prepared baking-free brick has good permeability resistance and compressive strength. The alkali is a water-soluble substance and moves along with the movement of the water, and the soil body does not recover the water absorption function because of the soil curing agent in the invention, and the alkali is cured in the brick and cannot be separated out, thereby solving the problem of alkali return of the brick. The invention not only solves the defects of saline-alkali soil expansion and poor engineering property, but also effectively utilizes the saline-alkali soil and promotes economic development.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the method adopts the saline-alkali soil to manufacture the bricks, saves the cost, and can relieve the serious damage to farmland cultivated land caused by using a large amount of clay for the clay baked bricks;
2. the strength is high, and the water resistance is good;
3. the problem of alkali return in the brick making of the saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang is solved;
4. the impermeability and the freeze-thaw resistance are good;
5. the manufacturing process is simple, firing is not needed, and a large amount of energy consumed in the sintering process of the sintered brick is saved;
6. the emission of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and the like or greenhouse effect gases into the air is avoided, and the energy consumption and emission problems of the traditional baking-free brick (requiring high-temperature steam curing) are also avoided.
