(Elevator door pocket assembly according to the first embodiment of the present invention)
Fig. 1a is a schematic perspective view of an elevator door pocket 1 showing an elevator door pocket assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention; fig. 1b is a perspective view illustrating a fastener 2 of an elevator door pocket installation assembly of an elevator door pocket assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 1c is a side schematic view showing the fastener 2 of FIG. 1 b; fig. 1d is a schematic top view showing the right side frame 12 of the elevator door pocket 1 of fig. 1a installed in cooperation with the fastener 2 of the elevator door pocket installation assembly of fig. 1 b; fig. 1e is an enlarged schematic view showing the region S in fig. 1 d.
As shown in fig. 1a to 1e, an elevator door pocket assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes an elevator door pocket 1 and an elevator door pocket installation assembly that can be assembled together. The elevator door sleeve mounting assembly is used for being fixedly mounted in an elevator door opening, and the elevator door sleeve mounting assembly is used for inserting and mounting the elevator door sleeve 1, so that the elevator door sleeve 1 can be fixedly mounted at any preset position of the elevator door opening.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1a, the elevator door pocket 1 includes an upper beam 11, a right frame 12, and a left frame 13. The upper beam 11 is preferably detachably assembled with a right frame 12 and a left frame 13 to form the elevator door pocket 1, the right frame 12 and the left frame 13 being connected to both end portions of the upper beam 11 in the left-right direction W, respectively. The upper beam 11 extends entirely in the left-right direction W, and the right and left frames 12 and 13 extend entirely in the up-down direction H, respectively. Further, the upper beam 11, the right and left side frames 12 and 13 are made of a galvanized steel sheet, which is the most preferable material selected in consideration of manufacturing cost and structural strength, etc., and other materials may be used as the material for manufacturing the elevator door pocket 1 according to the present invention according to actual needs.
In the present embodiment, the upper beam 11 extends entirely in the left-right direction W and has a shape symmetrical with respect to a center line in the left-right direction W. The upper beam 11 has an upper beam front panel that extends in the up-down direction H and the left-right direction W and is preferably formed with a decorative pattern. Further, for the sake of manufacturing convenience, in the present embodiment, the upper beam front panel is formed by one piece of galvanized steel sheet.
In the present embodiment, the structure of the right frame 12 and the structure of the left frame 13 are symmetrical with respect to the center line of the elevator door pocket in the left-right direction W. The structure of the right frame 12 and the left frame 13 is explained below with specific reference to fig. 1a and 1 d.
As shown in fig. 1a and 1d, in the present embodiment, the right bezel 12 has a right bezel front panel 121 and a right bezel side panel 122. The right frame front panel 121 extends in the up-down direction H and the left-right direction W, and the right frame side panel 122 extends rearward in the front-rear direction F from the left edge of the right frame front panel 121.
The left bezel 13 has a symmetrical structure with the right bezel 12, and as shown in fig. 1a, the left bezel 13 has a left bezel front panel 131 and a left bezel side panel 132.
When the elevator door pocket 1 is in the installed state, the elevator door body is interposed between the right frame front panel 121 and the left frame front panel 131.
Further, in this embodiment, the elevator door sleeve mounting assembly comprises two fasteners 2 fixedly mounted to the wall of the elevator door opening (fig. 1b shows the fastener 2 cooperating with the right frame 12 of the elevator door sleeve 1 in fig. 1 a). The two fastening members 2 are respectively located at both side positions in the left and right direction W within the elevator door opening and the structures of the two fastening members 2 are symmetrical with respect to the center line of the elevator door pocket in the left and right direction W, so that the two fastening members 2 are respectively assembled corresponding to the left and right frames 13 and 12 of the elevator door pocket 1 after the elevator door pocket 1 is inserted into the elevator door opening.
As shown in fig. 1b to 1e, the fastener 2 includes a fastener side plate 21, a fastener fixing portion 22 connected to the fastener side plate 21, and a plurality of elastic pieces 21p provided to the fastener side plate 21. When the elevator door pocket 1 is inserted into the elevator door pocket mounting assembly in the front-back direction F, the elevator door pocket 1 presses against the elastic piece 21p, so that the elevator door pocket 1 is elastically abutted against the elastic piece 21p, and the elevator door pocket 1 is fixed relative to the elevator door pocket mounting assembly by means of the reaction force of the elastic piece 21p from the outer side in the left-right direction W, so that the elevator door pocket 1 can be fixedly mounted at a preset position in the front-back direction F of the elevator door opening.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1b, the fastener side plate 21 of the fastener 2 engaged with the right frame 12 of the door pocket assembly in fig. 1a extends in the front-rear direction F and the up-down direction H, and the fastener fixing portion 22 extends in the up-down direction H and the left-right direction W. The right edge of the fastener fixing portion 22 is connected to the rear edge of the fastener side plate 21. The fastener side plate 21 and the fastener fixing portion 22 may also be made of a galvanized steel plate.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1b and 1c, 12 elastic pieces 21p protrude from the flat plate-shaped fastener side plate 21 toward the inside in the left-right direction W. The 12 elastic pieces 21p are arranged in the up-down direction H and the front-back direction F, each elastic piece 21p is arranged offset in the front-back direction F and each elastic piece 21p is arranged offset in the up-down direction H, so that the plurality of elastic pieces 21p are arranged along one diagonal line of the fastener side plate 21. Thus, after the elevator door sleeve 1 is inserted into the elevator door sleeve mounting assembly (elevator door opening) in the front and rear direction F, along with the insertion of the elevator door sleeve 1, the abutting positions of the elastic pieces 21p and the right frame 12 in the up-down direction H or the front and rear direction F are reasonably distributed, compared with the situation that the elastic pieces 21p are not staggered in the front and rear direction F or the up-down direction H, the distance between the elastic pieces 21p can be fully ensured, the situation that the parts between the elastic pieces 21p are narrow and the strength is difficult to ensure can be avoided, and therefore the firmness and the accuracy of the elevator door sleeve 1 mounted on the elevator door sleeve mounting assembly are ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 1b to 1e, all the elastic pieces 21p can be formed at one time by, for example, performing a press process on the fastener side plate 21 so that the rear end edges of the respective elastic pieces 21p in the front-rear direction F are tilted from the fastener side plate 21 toward the inner sides in the left-right direction W, and thus, it can be ensured that the tilted shape of the elastic pieces 21p does not interfere with the insertion of the elevator door pocket 1 into the elevator door pocket mounting assembly, further, as shown in fig. 1e, the tilted angle α of the elastic pieces 21p with respect to the fastener side plate 21 is greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees, if the tilted angle α of the elastic pieces 21p exceeds 90 degrees, the elastic pieces 21p are caused to interfere with the insertion of the elevator door pocket 1 into the elevator door pocket mounting assembly, preferably, the tilted angle α of the elastic pieces 21p with respect to the fastener side plate 21 is 40 degrees.
Further, as shown in fig. 1b, the fastener fixing portion 22 is formed with three mounting holes 22H aligned in the vertical direction H, and the fastener fixing portion 22 can be fixedly mounted at an appropriate position on the wall portion of the elevator door opening by a fixing member passing through the three mounting holes 22H.
