The positioning device for a handbrake assembly according to claim 1, wherein said device body (1) comprises a first curved lever (13), a second curved lever (14) and a first connecting lever (15) for connecting said first curved lever (13) and said second curved lever (14), said first curved lever (13) and said second curved lever (14) being located on the same side of said first connecting lever (15), the free end of said first curved lever (13) being said first end (11) and the free end of said second curved lever (14) being said second end (12).
4. The positioning device for the handbrake assembly according to claim 1, wherein said first positioning structure (2) and said second positioning structure (3) are positioning blocks with a plane bottom surface, said positioning blocks being fixed on said device body (1) by bolts.
5. The positioning device for the handbrake assembly according to claim 1, wherein a second connecting rod (16) is fixed at a side of the device body (1) close to the handbrake assembly, and the third positioning structure (4) is fixed at a side of the second connecting rod (16) close to the shift handle mounting plate (5).
6. The positioning device for a handbrake assembly according to claim 5, wherein said third positioning structure (4) further comprises a third connecting rod (42), one end of said third connecting rod (42) being connected with said second connecting rod (16), the other end of said third connecting rod (42) being connected with said handbrake positioning block (41).
7. The positioning device for a handbrake assembly according to claim 6, wherein a washer is provided between said second connecting rod (16) and said device body (1) and between said third connecting rod (42) and said second connecting rod (16), said second connecting rod (16) being fixedly connected to said device body (1) by means of a bolt passing through said washer, said third connecting rod (42) being fixedly connected to said second connecting rod (16) by means of a bolt passing through said washer.
8. A method of assembling a handbrake assembly using the positioning device of any of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
respectively sleeving a first mounting hole (81), a second mounting hole (82) and a third mounting hole (83) which are arranged on a hand brake mounting base plate (8) on a first bolt (91), a second bolt (92) and a third bolt (93) which are fixed on a hand brake mounting plate (9) of a vehicle body, wherein the second mounting hole (82) and the third mounting hole (83) are both long round holes, and the length direction of the long round holes is vertical to the length direction of a hand brake handle (7);
inserting a first end (11) of a device body (1) into a first positioning hole (51) formed in a gear shift handle mounting plate (5) of a vehicle body, inserting a second end (12) of the device body (1) into a second positioning hole (61) formed in a middle channel body (6) of the vehicle body, enabling the bottom surface of a first positioning structure (2) to be matched with a first matching surface (52) on the gear shift handle mounting plate (5), and enabling the bottom surface of a second positioning structure (3) to be matched with a second matching surface (62) on the middle channel body (6);
the position of the hand brake mounting base plate (8) on the hand brake mounting plate (9) is adjusted, so that the outer peripheral surface (71) of the hand brake handle (7) is matched with the inner peripheral surface (411) of a hand brake positioning block (41) in the third positioning structure (4);
and fastening the first bolt (91), the second bolt (92) and the third bolt (93) to ensure that the handbrake mounting base plate (8) and the handbrake mounting plate (9) do not rotate relatively.
9. An assembling method according to claim 8, characterized in that the first mounting hole (81) is provided at a side of the hand brake mounting base plate (8) close to the hand brake lever (7), the second mounting hole (82) and the third mounting hole (83) are both provided at a side of the hand brake mounting base plate (8) far from the hand brake lever (7), and a line connecting the second mounting hole (82) and the third mounting hole (83) is perpendicular to a length direction of the hand brake lever (7).
10. The assembly method according to claim 9, wherein the first mounting hole (81) has a hole diameter of 12mm, and the second mounting hole (82) and the third mounting hole (83) each have a size of 8 x 12 mm.
