The second positioning block 120 is provided with oblong holes 102 extending along the X direction and spaced apart from each other, the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120 can be fixed by two positioning screws 130, and the two positioning screws 130 can pass through the two oblong holes 102 to adjust the position of the second positioning block 120 in the X direction.
The positioning screw 130 can slide in the elongated hole 102, and the second positioning block 120 provided with the elongated hole 102 can move in the X direction relative to the positioning screw 130 because the elongated hole 102 extends in the X direction.
Further, at least one end of each positioning screw 130 is provided with a fastening nut 140 to limit the movement of the second positioning block 120 in the X direction after the position adjustment of the second positioning block 120 is completed.
For example, after the position of the second positioning block 120 is adjusted, the fastening nut 140 and the positioning screw 130 are tightened, so that the second positioning block 120 is fixed relative to the first positioning block 110, and the second positioning block 120 cannot move along the X direction.
In a specific example of the present invention, two positioning screws 130 are respectively inserted through the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120, two ends of each positioning screw 130 are provided with threads, and two ends of each positioning screw 130 are fixed on the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120 by fastening nuts 140.
When the position of the first and second positioning blocks 120 needs to be adjusted, at least one fastening nut 140 on both ends of the positioning screw 130 may be loosened, so that the position of the second positioning block 120 may be adjusted in the X direction; when the position is determined, the two fastening nuts 140 on the positioning screw 130 can be fastened, and the second positioning block 120 cannot move in the X direction.
Optionally, the oblong hole 102 is disposed on the first branch portion 121 of the second positioning block 120, a certain distance exists between the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120, so that the second positioning block 120 can adjust the position in the Y direction, the positioning screw 130 can fix the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120, and the diameter of the positioning screw 130 is not greater than the aperture of the oblong hole 102.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a separation member 170 is interposed between the first positioning block 110 and the second positioning block 120, and a width of the separation member 170 in the Y direction may be adjusted.
Since the width of the spacer 170 in the Y direction can be adjusted and the first positioning block 110 is fixed to the vehicle body, when the width of the spacer 170 in the Y direction is changed, the position of the second positioning block 120 in the Y direction is naturally changed.
Alternatively, there are two spacer members 170, and the two spacer members 170 are provided at intervals in the X direction. Therefore, the second positioning block 120 can be more stably supported on the first positioning block 110 without rotating relative to the first positioning block 110.
