发明要解决的课题
然而,在专利文献1中,由于连接器连接部从壳体侧面凸出,电气设备的尺寸变大,而且,连接器连接部上还设置有檐,因此电气设备的尺寸进一步增大。如果连接器连接部从壳体侧面凸出,则外部冲击可能直接输入到连接器连接部。
本发明提供一种能够在减小电气设备的尺寸的同时保护连接器连接部免受外部冲击的电气设备。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明提供一种电气设备,其具备:
电路部;
冷却所述电路部的冷却部;
容纳所述电路部和所述冷却部的壳体;
向所述冷却部供给制冷剂的制冷剂导入部;以及
从所述冷却部排出所述制冷剂的制冷剂排出部,其中,
所述制冷剂导入部和所述制冷剂排出部在水平方向上夹着所述电路部而设置于相反侧,
在所述壳体的比所述壳体的外缘靠内侧的位置设置有连接连接器的连接器连接部,
所述连接器连接部处于所述冷却部的下方,并且设置于在所述水平方向上比所述电路部靠所述制冷剂导入部侧或所述制冷剂排出部侧的下方。
发明效果
根据本发明,将连接器连接部配置在比壳体的外缘靠内侧的位置,并且位于冷却部的下方、比电路部靠制冷剂导入部侧或制冷剂排出部侧,从而能够在确保电路部的大空间的同时有效地利用不干扰电路部的空间。由此,能够在减小电气设备的尺寸的同时保护连接器连接部免受外部冲击。

具体实施方式
下面,使用附图,以搭载在车辆上的电气设备为例对本发明的电气设备的一个实施方式进行说明。另外,设为沿附图标记的方向观察附图,在以下的说明中,根据从车辆的操作者观看的方向来描述前后、左右和上下,另外,车辆的前方示为Fr,后方示为Rr,左侧示为L,右侧示为R,上侧示为U,下侧示为D。
【车辆的整体构造】
如图1和图2所示,车辆1通过车底板2和前围板3划分出车室10和其前方的前室20而形成。在车室10中设置有前部座位11以及后部座位12。在后部座位12的后方的车底板2的下方设置有驱动装置单元30。驱动装置单元30驱动左右后轮5。即,该车辆1将左右后轮5作为驱动轮,将左右前轮4作为从动轮。各前轮4及各后轮5分别经由悬架支持部6支撑的悬架(未图示)支撑于车体框架50。
在车室10的下方配置有由多个电池模块60a构成的电池60。电池60容纳于电池盒61并配置在车底板2的下方。
车体框架50具备沿前后方向延伸设置的一对左右侧梁51和52、沿左右方向延伸设置且连接在侧梁51和52之间的多个横梁53、以及具有矩形形状以便包围驱动装置单元30的副车架54。也参照图9,副车架54具备支撑于两侧梁51和52的一对副侧梁55和56、以及连接两个副侧梁55和56之间的前车架构件57和后车架构件58。驱动装置单元30具备收容作为电动机的电动机MOT的驱动装置31和作为电气设备以控制电动机MOT的功率控制单元PCU(Power Control Unit)32。驱动装置31和PCU32经由未示出的母线电连接。
在前室20设置有冷却PCU32的冷却装置70。冷却装置70具备设置在车辆1的最前面的散热器。冷却装置70和PCU32通过冷却配管71连接。冷却配管71配置在车底板2和电池60(电池盒61)之间。冷却配管71具备将制冷剂从冷却装置70供给到PCU32的第一冷却配管72,以及将制冷剂从PCU32排放到冷却装置70的第二冷却配管73。
如图1到图3所示,在前室20设置有接线盒80,该接线盒80与设置于车辆1的前端上部的充电端口(未图示)连接。接线盒80经由电池电缆81与电池60连接,且经由PCU电缆82与PCU32连接。PCU电缆82具有从接线盒80延伸的第一电缆821和从PCU32延伸的第二电缆822,第一电缆821和第二电缆822经由在位于电池60和驱动装置单元30之间的横梁53的下表面固定的电缆连接盒8而彼此连接。
如图2和图3所示,PCU电缆82的第一电缆821配置在第一冷却配管72和第二冷却配管73之间。这样,第一冷却配管72和第二冷却配管73配置在PCU电缆82的两侧,从而能够抑制PCU电缆82的发热。另外,除了第一冷却配管72和第二冷却配管73之外,PCU电缆82也配置在车底板2和电池60之间,从而保护其免受飞石等的影响。
如图2所示,驱动装置单元30经由一对前安装部541固定于前车架构件57,并且经由后安装部542固定于后车架构件58。在驱动装置31中设置有电动机MOT以及变速器(未图示),并且电动机MOT的扭矩经由变速器被传递到输出轴(未图示),并从输出轴(未图示)传递到后轮5。
【PCU(电气设备)】
如图2至图8所示,PCU32是,例如逆变器,其具备电路部90、冷却电路部90的冷却部100、容纳电路部90和冷却部100的壳体200、向冷却部100供给制冷剂的制冷剂导入部210、以及从冷却部100排出制冷剂的制冷剂排出部220。在电路部90搭载有例如电抗器、电容器和开关元件等电气元件。
制冷剂导入部210设置在壳体200的右侧面。在制冷剂导入部210连接有第一冷却配管72。制冷剂排出部220设置在壳体200的前表面。
如图8所示,制冷剂导入部210的制冷剂流路210a连接到冷却部100的制冷剂入口100a。制冷剂排出部220的制冷剂流路220a连接到冷却部100的制冷剂出口100b。制冷剂导入部210和制冷剂排出部220在前后方向上夹着电路部90而设置于相反侧。这样,制冷剂导入部210和制冷剂排出部220在前后方向上夹着电路部90而设置于相反侧,因此能够确保电路部90的大空间。
如图4至图7所示,在壳体200的比壳体200的外缘201靠内侧的位置设置有连接器连接部230,连接器连接部230与设置在电缆83的一端部的连接器400连接。由此,能够保护连接器连接部230免受外部冲击。另外,设置在电缆83的另一端部的连接器300连接到与PCU32不同的设备,例如,驱动装置31、ECU等电气设备。
另外,连接器连接部230设置在冷却部100下方,并且在前后方向上比电路部90靠近制冷剂导入部210侧。根据这种构成,能够在确保电路部90的大空间的同时有效地使用不干扰电路部90的空间,并且可以减小PCU32的尺寸。
连接器连接部230以连接面231指向右侧的方式配置于在比壳体200的外缘201靠内侧的位置设置的竖直壁202上。根据这种构成,能够保护连接器连接部230免受来自下方的冲击。
如图8所示,在制冷剂入口100a和制冷剂出口100b的周围,密封部101和102内外双层地设置。内侧密封部101配置成围绕制冷剂入口100a和制冷剂出口100b,外侧密封部102配置成隔着空间100c围绕内侧密封部101。制冷剂入口100a的密封部101和102之间的空间100c如图7所示,经由设置在壳体200内部的排放通道203连接到壳体200的外部。
如图4至图7所示,在连接器连接部230的上方设置有檐状的槽部204。另外,该槽部204不从壳体200的后表面32a突出,且不构成壳体200的外缘201。槽部204在左右方向上延伸。在槽部204上方,排放通道203的出口203a打开。根据这种构成,从出口203a排出的制冷剂被槽部204阻止下落并沿左右方向被引导,然后如图5中的箭头W所示,从槽部204的左右两端落下,避开连接器连接部230。因此,即使制冷剂导入部210的内侧密封部101损坏并且制冷剂通过排放通道203流出到壳体200之外,也能够防止制冷剂流入连接器连接部230。
如图7所示,在壳体200设置有容纳连接器连接部230的连接器容纳部240。连接器容纳部240的上部241具有向上凸起的凸起形状。密封部242设置在连接器连接部230和连接器容纳部240之间。这样,由于连接器容纳部240的上部241具有向上凸起的凸起形状,即使制冷剂流入连接器连接部230,制冷剂也能够远离连接器连接部230的连接面231。并且,通过设置在连接器连接部230和连接器容纳部240之间的密封部242能够防止制冷剂进入连接器容纳部240。
如图4和图5所示,在连接到连接器连接部230的电缆83的中间部分形成有转弯部83a,在该转弯部83a上安装有铁氧体磁芯84。铁氧体磁芯84设置在连接器连接部230的下方。根据这种构成,设置在连接器连接部230下方的死区得以有效利用,通过铁氧体磁芯84能够降低电缆83的噪声。
另外,如图9所示,在仰视观察下,连接器连接部230被副车架54的后车架构件58覆盖。根据这种构成,由于来自外部的冲击在输入PCU32之前先输入副车架54,所以能够保护连接器连接部230免受冲击。此外,由于连接器连接部230处于比副车架54高的位置,因此能够防止连接器连接部230从下方浸水。
另外,上述实施方式能够适当地进行变形、改良等。
例如,在上述实施方式中,连接器连接部230设置在制冷剂导入部210下方,但是连接器连接部230也可以设置在制冷剂排出部220下方。
并且,本发明的电气设备也可以应用于除PCU32之外的车载电气设备,并且还可以应用于非车载电气设备。
本说明书中至少记载了以下事项。另外,在括弧内,示出了在上述的实施方式中对应的构成要素等,但是本发明并不限于此。
(1)一种电气设备(PCU32),其具备:
电路部(电路部90);
冷却所述电路部的冷却部(冷却部100);
容纳所述电路部和所述冷却部的壳体(壳体200);
向所述冷却部供给制冷剂的制冷剂导入部(制冷剂导入部210);以及
从所述冷却部排出所述制冷剂的制冷剂排出部(制冷剂排出部220),其中,
所述制冷剂导入部和所述制冷剂排出部在水平方向上夹着所述电路部而设置于相反侧,
在所述壳体的比所述壳体的外缘(外缘201)靠内侧的位置设置有连接连接器(连接器400)的连接器连接部(连接器连接部230),
所述连接器连接部处于所述冷却部的下方,并且设置于在所述水平方向上比所述电路部靠所述制冷剂导入部侧或所述制冷剂排出部侧。
根据(1),连接器连接部配置于比壳体的外缘靠内侧,并且位于冷却部的下方、比电路部靠制冷剂导入部侧或制冷剂排出部侧,从而能够在确保电路部的大空间的同时有效地利用不干扰电路部的空间。由此,能够在减小电气设备的尺寸的同时保护连接器连接部免受外部冲击。另外,本发明的水平方向是指与上下方向正交的方向,并不限于前后方向,也可以是左右方向或相对于前后方向和左右方向倾斜的方向。
(2)根据(1)所述的电气设备,其中,
所述连接器连接部以连接面(连接面231)指向所述水平方向(右侧)的方式配置于在比所述外缘靠内侧的位置设置的竖直壁(竖直壁202)。
根据(2),连接器连接部以连接面指向水平方向的方式配置于在设置于比壳体的外缘靠内侧的竖直壁,因此能够保护连接器连接部免受来自下方的冲击。
(3)根据(2)所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述连接器连接部的上方,设置有排放通道(排放通道203)的出口(出口203a)和介于所述出口与所述连接器连接部之间的槽部(槽部204)。
根据(3),即使制冷剂导入部或制冷剂排出部的密封部损坏,通过设置在连接器连接部上方的槽部也能够防止在排放通道中流动的制冷剂流入连接器连接部。
(4)根据(2)或(3)所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述壳体设置有容纳所述连接器连接部的连接器容纳部(连接器容纳部240),
所述连接器容纳部的上部(上部241)具有向上凸起的凸起形状,
在所述连接器连接部和所述连接器容纳部之间设置有密封部(密封部242)。
根据(4),由于连接器容纳部的上部具有向上凸起的凸起形状,即使制冷剂流入连连接器连接部,制冷剂也能够远离连接面。并且,通过设置在连接器连接部和连接器容纳部之间的密封部,能够防止制冷剂进入连接器容纳部。
(5)根据(1)至(4)中任一项所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述连接器连接部的下方设置有铁氧体磁芯(铁氧体磁芯84)。
根据(5),设置在连接器连接部下方的死区得以有效利用,能够由铁氧体磁芯降低电缆的噪声。
(6)根据(1)至(5)中任一项所述的电气设备,其中,
所述电气设备由具有矩形形状的副车架(副车架54)支撑,
在仰视观察下,所述连接器连接部被所述副车架覆盖。
根据(6),由于来自外部的冲击在输入电气设备之前先输入副车架,所以能够保护连接器连接部免受冲击。此外,由于连接器连接部设置在比副车架高的位置,因此能够防止连接器连接部从下方浸水。

Claims (6)

1.一种电气设备,其具备:
电路部;
冷却所述电路部的冷却部;
容纳所述电路部和所述冷却部的壳体;
向所述冷却部供给制冷剂的制冷剂导入部;以及
从所述冷却部排出所述制冷剂的制冷剂排出部,其中,
所述制冷剂导入部和所述制冷剂排出部在水平方向上夹着所述电路部而设置于相反侧,
在所述壳体的比所述壳体的外缘靠内侧的位置设置的竖直壁,以连接面指向所述水平方向的方式设置有连接器连接部,该连接器连接部与设置在电缆的一端部的连接器连接,所述电缆的另一端部连接到与所述电气设备不同的电气设备,
所述连接器连接部处于所述冷却部的下方,并且设置于在所述水平方向上比所述电路部靠所述制冷剂导入部侧或所述制冷剂排出部侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述连接器连接部的上方,设置有排放通道的出口和介于所述出口与所述连接器连接部之间的槽部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述壳体设置有容纳所述连接器连接部的连接器容纳部,
所述连接器容纳部的上部具有向上凸起的凸起形状,
在所述连接器连接部和所述连接器容纳部之间设置有密封部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电气设备,其中,
在所述连接器连接部的下方设置有铁氧体磁芯。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电气设备,其中,
所述电气设备由具有矩形形状的副车架直接或间接地支撑,
在仰视观察下,所述连接器连接部被所述副车架覆盖。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电气设备,其中,
所述电气设备由具有矩形形状的副车架直接或间接地支撑,
在仰视观察下,所述连接器连接部被所述副车架覆盖。
