Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacture of non-woven fabrics, in particular to a preparation method of an antibacterial non-woven fabric and the antibacterial non-woven fabric.
Background
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are composed of oriented or random fibers. It is called a cloth because of its appearance and certain properties. The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity or irritation, rich color, low price, recycling and the like. For example, the polypropylene fiber is produced by adopting polypropylene granules as raw materials through a continuous one-step method of high-temperature melting, spinning, laying a line and hot-pressing coiling. The non-woven fabric has no warp and weft, is very convenient to cut and sew, is light in weight and easy to shape, and is popular with hand fans. Because it is a fabric formed without spinning a woven fabric, it is formed by orienting or randomly arranging textile staple fibers or filaments to form a web structure and then reinforcing them by mechanical, thermal or chemical means. It is not woven and knitted by yarns one by one, but the fibers are directly bonded together by a physical method. The non-woven fabric breaks through the traditional spinning principle and has the characteristics of short process flow, high production rate, high yield, low cost, wide application, multiple raw material sources and the like.
However, the excellent properties of nonwoven fabrics are very popular and widely used in various fields. Such as medical, food packaging. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for preparing an antibacterial non-woven fabric, including the steps of:
step 101: soaking pure cotton cloth in aloe juice with viscosity of 1cP to 5cP to adsorb aloe.
The pure cotton cloth is produced by using cotton as a raw material through a textile process, and has the characteristics of moisture absorption, heat preservation, heat resistance, alkali resistance, sanitation and the like. In particular, the pure cotton cloth has good adsorption performance and is a good natural carrier for adsorbing the aloe juice. The aloe juice is natural aloe juice, has good sterilizing and inflammation diminishing effects, and is convenient to absorb by pure cotton cloth due to the fact that the aloe juice with the viscosity of 1cP to 5cP is convenient to absorb.
Specifically, the pure cotton cloth is soaked in the aloe juice with the viscosity of 1cP to 5cP for 1 minute to 5 minutes, so that the pure cotton cloth can sufficiently adsorb the aloe. In order to improve the antiseptic property of the antibacterial non-woven fabric, the aloe juice contains an antiseptic. Aloe juice with viscosity of 1cP to 5cP is prepared by diluting natural Aloe juice with water. It should be noted that the aloe juice with high viscosity is not easy to be absorbed by pure cotton cloth. In this example, the aloe vera juice has a viscosity of 2 to 4 cP. Further, the aloe vera juice has a viscosity of 3 cP. It should be noted that, during the soaking process, the temperature of the aloe juice is 30 ℃ to 50 ℃ so as to be more beneficial for the pure cotton cloth to absorb the aloe juice.
Step 103: drying the pure cotton cloth adsorbed with aloe juice in a drying chamber.
Wherein the temperature of the drying chamber is ensured to be 50 ℃ to 70 ℃.
Specifically, the pure cotton cloth adsorbed with the aloe juice is dried in the drying chamber for 5 to 8 hours, and in order to shorten the drying time of the pure cotton cloth adsorbed with the aloe juice in the drying chamber, in the present embodiment, the pure cotton cloth adsorbed with the aloe juice is subjected to a draining process before the pure cotton cloth adsorbed with the aloe juice is dried in the drying chamber. The temperature of the drying chamber is ensured to be 50-70 ℃ so as to avoid that the aloe juice is deteriorated and invalid due to overhigh temperature and the bacteriostatic effect of the aloe juice is influenced.
Step 105: the first side of the nonwoven fabric is heated to 150 to 160 degrees celsius such that the first side of the nonwoven fabric softens.
The non-woven fabric is prepared from polypropylene serving as a raw material through the steps of high-temperature melting, spinning, spreading, hot-pressing and coiling and the like. The non-woven fabric made of polypropylene has the characteristics of air permeability, moisture absorption, flexibility, light weight and the like. The melting point of polypropylene is 165 ℃, and the non-woven fabric made of polypropylene can be softened at the temperature of 150-160 ℃.
Specifically, the first side of the nonwoven fabric is heated to 150 to 160 degrees celsius such that the first side of the nonwoven fabric is softened. In this embodiment, the first side of the nonwoven fabric is heated to 154 to 156 degrees celsius such that the first side of the nonwoven fabric softens. Further, the first side of the nonwoven fabric was heated to 155 degrees celsius such that the first side of the nonwoven fabric was softened. In another embodiment, heating the first side of the nonwoven to 160 degrees celsius softens the first side of the nonwoven. The first surface of the non-woven fabric can deform after being heated and softened at 150-160 ℃, but the chemical property of the non-woven fabric can be ensured not to change.
Step 107: and placing the dried pure cotton cloth between the two non-woven fabric surface layers with the softened first surfaces.
The dried pure cotton cloth is adhered with natural aloe, so that a good sterilization and anti-inflammation effect can be achieved, the moderate viscosity of the aloe juice does not affect the flexibility of the dried pure cotton cloth, and the dried pure cotton cloth is still soft.
Specifically, the softened first faces of the two non-woven fabrics are close to each other, and the dried pure cotton cloth is arranged between the two non-woven fabrics, so that conditions are created for bonding the dried pure cotton cloth and the non-woven fabrics.
Step 109: the two non-woven fabrics are pressed so that the dried pure cotton cloth is embedded into the softened surfaces of the two non-woven fabrics, and the two non-woven fabrics are bonded together to form the combined non-woven fabric.
Specifically, extrude two non-woven fabrics and make the pure cotton after the stoving imbed in two non-woven fabrics softening's surfaces to make two non-woven fabrics adhere together and form combination non-woven fabrics, two surface softening's non-woven fabrics will dry the pure cotton after the effect down and adhere to the centre, that is to say, the pure cotton after the stoving imbeds in two surface softening's non-woven fabrics. The two non-woven fabrics are bonded together in the process that the two non-woven fabrics with softened surfaces bond the dried pure cotton cloth to the middle. In order to improve the bonding effect, before the step 109 of extruding the two non-woven fabrics, the two non-woven fabrics and the dried pure cotton cloth are subjected to wrinkle removing treatment to eliminate wrinkles on the two non-woven fabrics and the dried pure cotton cloth, so that the non-woven fabrics and the dried pure cotton cloth are rolled flat, the bonding effect between the two non-woven fabrics and the dried pure cotton cloth is improved, and the quality of the combined non-woven fabrics is improved.
Step 111: and coating bacteriostatic solution with the viscosity of 10cP to 30cP on the front side and the back side of the combined non-woven fabric.
Wherein, the front and back surfaces of the combined non-woven fabric are the second surfaces of the two non-woven fabrics, the second surfaces of the two non-woven fabrics are not directly heated, the physical structure of the combined non-woven fabric is not greatly changed, and the good adsorbability is still kept. In this embodiment, the bacteriostatic solution is a natural bacteriostatic solution, specifically, the bacteriostatic solution is clove essential oil, and the clove essential oil has the efficacy of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. In another embodiment, the bacteriostatic liquid is lavender essential oil, molecules of the lavender essential oil can directly kill germs and microorganisms, and the lavender essential oil can enhance the immunity of the human body after entering the human body. In other embodiments, the bacteriostatic liquid is a mixture of clove essential oil and lavender essential oil.
Specifically, the front side and the back side of the combined non-woven fabric are coated with bacteriostatic solution with the viscosity of 10cP to 30 cP. The bacteriostatic solution with the viscosity of 10cP to 30cP can ensure that the front side and the back side of the combined non-woven fabric can effectively adsorb the bacteriostatic solution, and the softness of the surface of the combined non-woven fabric is not influenced. In this embodiment, the front and back sides of the nonwoven fabric assembly are coated with a bacteriostatic solution having a viscosity of 20cP to 30 cP. In another embodiment, the front and back sides of the combined non-woven fabric are coated with a bacteriostatic solution with the viscosity of 30 cP.
Step 113: and airing the non-woven fabric coated with the antibacterial liquid to obtain the antibacterial non-woven fabric.
Specifically, the non-woven fabrics that will coat and have the antibacterial liquid dries the processing in indoor and obtains antibiotic non-woven fabrics, dries the processing and can avoid antibacterial liquid to lose activity because of high temperature to can reduce the volume of volatilizing of antibacterial liquid effectively, guarantee the antibacterial effect of antibiotic non-woven fabrics, prolong the bacteriostatic time of antibiotic non-woven fabrics.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, before the step 105 of heating the first side of the nonwoven fabric to 150 to 160 degrees celsius to soften the first side of the nonwoven fabric, the method further includes:
step 104: the first surface of the nonwoven fabric is subjected to plasma treatment.
The plasma treatment process is to adopt a plasma treatment machine to carry out physical and chemical modification on the first surface of the non-woven fabric, so that the adhesive force of the first surface of the non-woven fabric is improved.
Specifically, the first surface of the nonwoven fabric is subjected to plasma treatment. That is, the plasma treatment is performed on the side where the two nonwoven fabrics are bonded to each other, so that the first side of the nonwoven fabric has better adhesion. Thereby improving the bonding effect of the two non-woven fabrics and the bonding effect of the dried pure cotton cloth and the two non-woven fabrics. The quality of the combined non-woven fabric is increased, so that the quality of the antibacterial non-woven fabric is increased.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, before step 111 of coating bacteriostatic liquid with viscosity of 10cP to 30cP on front and back sides of the non-woven combination fabric, the method further includes:
step 110: and coating a layer of bacteriostatic film agent with the viscosity of 400cP to 600cP on the upper surface and the lower surface of the combined non-woven fabric.
In the embodiment, the bacteriostatic film agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75 to 95 parts of high molecular polymer emulsion and 5 to 25 parts of auxiliary agent. In another embodiment, the high molecular polymer emulsion is 80 to 90 parts and the auxiliary agent is 10 to 20 parts. In other embodiments, the high molecular polymer emulsion is 85 parts and the auxiliary agent is 15 parts. Furthermore, the auxiliary agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone. The high molecular polymer emulsion is polypropylene emulsion.
Specifically, the upper surface and the lower surface of the combined non-woven fabric are coated with a layer of bacteriostatic film agent with the viscosity of 400cP to 600 cP. On one hand, the bacteriostatic film agent with the viscosity of 400cP to 600cP does not affect the softness of the upper surface and the lower surface of the combined non-woven fabric. On the other hand, the bacteriostatic film agent with the viscosity of 400cP to 600cP can improve the adhesive force of the upper surface and the lower surface of the combined non-woven fabric, and can further improve the bacteriostatic effect of the antibacterial non-woven fabric. In this embodiment, a layer of bacteriostatic film agent with a viscosity of 500cP to 600cP is coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the combined non-woven fabric. In another embodiment, a layer of bacteriostatic film agent with the viscosity of 550cP is coated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the combined non-woven fabric.
The preparation method of the antibacterial non-woven fabric is concise in steps and ingenious, and the obtained antibacterial non-woven fabric is long in bacteriostasis time, high in stability, free of toxicity and harm and adopts natural bacteriostasis components. Meets the antibacterial requirement of special fields on non-woven fabrics.
