The light and tough waste agricultural film mainly flows along the axial direction, and heavy impurities such as soil, straws, weeds and the like move radially under the action of centrifugal force, impact the screening cylinder 220 and fly out through the screening holes 221. The friction washing device 300 is a spiral friction washing machine, which includes a washing frame, an outer friction cage, a rotary drum 340, a plurality of second friction strips 350, a washing driving motor 360, a washing feed inlet 370, a washing discharge outlet 380, and a plurality of water injection ports 390, as shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6.
The washing machine frame comprises an upper washing machine body 311 and a lower washing machine body 312 which are detachably separated, wherein a washing support seat 313 is arranged at the lower part of the lower washing machine body 312;
the outer friction cage is composed of a plurality of first friction strips 330, a gap is reserved between every two first friction strips 330, the outer friction cage comprises an upper half cage 321 and a lower half cage 322, the upper half cage 321 is arranged in the upper washing machine body 311, the lower half cage 322 is arranged in the lower washing machine body 312, and the upper half cage 321 and the lower half cage 322 jointly enclose a long cylindrical cavity; specifically, two ends of the outer friction cage are fixedly connected to the inner parts of two side walls of the rack respectively; in the preferred embodiment, the gap between every two first rubbing strips 330 is 2 mm.
The rotating roller 340 is arranged in the outer friction cage and is coaxial with the outer friction cage; one end of the rotary drum 340 penetrates out and is rotatably connected with the first side plate 314 of the washing rack, and the other end of the rotary drum 340 penetrates out and is rotatably connected with the second side plate 315 of the rack;
the second rubbing strip 350 extends from one bottom surface to the other along the outer side surface of the rotating drum 340 and forms an acute angle with the rotating shaft 230 of the rotating drum 340; specifically, the second rubbing strip 350 is fixedly connected to the outer side surface of the rotating drum 340 to form a spiral line, and the spiral angle of the spiral line is within a range of 10 ° to 20 °, that is: the angle formed by the second rubbing strip 350 and the rotating shaft of the rotating drum 340 is within the range of 10-20 degrees; in a preferred embodiment, the helix angle of the helix is 15 °. The waste agricultural film washed by the spiral friction washing machine is conveyed to the film wringing device 600 by the second spiral conveying device 940, and the film wringing device 600 is the existing film wringing machine. The film wringing device 600 comprises an inclined inner cavity, a drain hole 610 is formed in the bottom of the inclined inner cavity, and waste agricultural films enter from the position higher than the inclined inner cavity and are discharged from the position lower than the inclined inner cavity. The waste agricultural film with high water content is pressed by the helical blade of the film wringing device 600 and pushed to the conical discharge hole, and most of the water adsorbed on the waste agricultural film is discharged from the drain hole 610 in the process. The structure of the second spiral conveying device 940 is the same as that of the first spiral conveying device 920, and is not described herein again.
The waste agricultural films discharged from the film wringing device 600 enter the axial-flow type centrifugal dehydration device 400 for dehydration treatment. The axial-flow centrifugal dewatering device 400 is an axial-flow centrifugal dewatering machine, which is an existing machine for dewatering and is not described herein.
The dewatered waste agricultural film enters the next axial-flow centrifugal dehydrator through a second conveying air pipe 950 for further dewatering. After the secondary dehydration, the cleaned and dried waste agricultural film is conveyed to a semi-finished product warehouse or a granulator by a third conveying air pipe 960 for subsequent treatment.
The invention relates to an environment-friendly regeneration production line of high-impurity-content waste agricultural films, which further comprises a water circulation system 700, wherein the water circulation system 700 comprises a pipeline system 710 for providing water required in the production process, a waste water tank 720 for collecting used waste water, and a filtering system 730. The water circulation system 700 is used to provide water required in the manufacturing process, collect used wastewater and convert it into water required in the manufacturing process. Clear water is injected into the agricultural film crusher, the axial flow type centrifugal impurity removing machine and the friction washing machine when the materials are fed, and the agricultural film crusher, the axial flow type centrifugal impurity removing machine and the friction washing machine are used for processing the agricultural films together with the waste agricultural films.
The working principle of the environment-friendly regeneration production line of the high-impurity-content waste agricultural film is as follows:
waste agricultural films are thrown to the inlet of an agricultural film crusher through a belt conveying device 910 and are crushed into film fragments of about 60mm multiplied by 60mm to 100mm multiplied by 100mm through water injection. The crushed waste agricultural film fragments fall into a feeding port of a first spiral conveying device 920, and are conveyed to an impurity removal feeding port 260 of an axial-flow type centrifugal impurity remover from high to low through spiral blades; the first screw conveyer 920 has a water leakage hole at the bottom thereof for discharging fine impurities and sewage. The waste agricultural film fragments are subjected to impurity removal by an axial-flow centrifugal impurity remover and then are blown to the reticular material collecting bin 500 by the first conveying air pipe 930 for collection. Waste agricultural film fragments are collected in a water flow collecting groove 520 at the bottom of the net-shaped collecting bin 500, under the action of water flow sprayed from two ends and height difference, the waste agricultural film fragments flow to a discharge port with a lower middle part and enter a washing feed port 370 of a spiral friction washing machine, and after the waste agricultural film fragments are subjected to friction of an inner friction strip and an outer friction strip of the spiral friction washing machine and water flow washing, residual impurities attached to the waste agricultural film fragments are discharged from gaps of the outer friction strip; the clean waste agricultural film is pushed to the washing discharge port 380 under the action of spiral motion and discharged. Then lifted to the material inlet of the film wringing device 600 by the second spiral conveying device 940; the clean waste agricultural film with high water content is pressed by the helical blade of the film wringing device 600 and pushed to the conical discharge hole, and most of the water absorbed on the waste agricultural film is discharged from the drain hole 610 of the film wringing device 600 in the process. The waste agricultural film extruded through the water drops to the feed inlet of the axial-flow type centrifugal dehydrator, and after being dehydrated, the waste agricultural film is blown to the next axial-flow type centrifugal dehydrator through the second conveying air pipe 950. After the secondary dehydration, the cleaned and dried waste agricultural film is blown to a semi-finished product warehouse or a granulator feeding port by a third conveying air pipe 960 for subsequent finished product processing.
Compared with the prior art, the high-impurity-content waste agricultural film environment-friendly regeneration production line has at least the following technical effects:

2. 3. According to the axial-flow type centrifugal impurity removing device, the poking plate pieces arranged on the rotating shaft form an acute angle with the axial direction of the rotating shaft, so that in the rotating process of the rotating shaft, radial force can be generated to impact and separate waste agricultural films and impurities, and axial force can be generated to push the waste agricultural films to axially move to the impurity removing discharge hole. The structure is simple, and the impurity removal effect is good.
4. The friction washing device is provided with a second friction strip and a first friction strip, wherein the second friction strip and the first friction strip are at an acute angle with a rotating shaft of the rotating roller, gaps are formed between the first friction strip and the first friction strip, the rotating roller drives the waste agricultural film to roll when rotating, the first friction strip and the second friction strip jointly carry out pressure friction on the waste agricultural film, separation of impurities attached to the waste agricultural film is accelerated, and the clean waste agricultural film can be conveyed to a discharge hole. The structure is simple, and the washing effect is good.
5. A net-shaped material collecting bin is added between the axial-flow type centrifugal impurity removing device and the friction washing device, and impurities such as soil, straws and weeds can be removed through the water flow material collecting tank before the waste agricultural film is washed, so that the washing operation is convenient to carry out, and the washing effect is good.
6. A film water squeezing device is added between the friction washing device and the axial-flow type centrifugal dehydration device, so that residual impurities are removed while water is squeezed out of the waste agricultural film with high moisture content, the final dehydration is facilitated, the dehydrated waste agricultural film has the lowest impurity content, and the best recycling effect is achieved.
7. According to the environment-friendly regeneration production line for the high-impurity-content waste agricultural films, the waste agricultural films are treated by using clear water in the whole process, no medicament is added, and the waste agricultural films are subjected to pure physical cleaning treatment, so that no pollution is caused, and the environment-friendly effect is good.
8. The water circulation system is arranged, so that clean water and produced wastewater which need to be used in the process of treating the waste agricultural film can be recycled, and the waste of water resources is reduced.
